    Although the game has potential, it falls short overall due to a lack of proper care and clunky gameplay.

    Castle Renovator is a game plagued with nauseating technical problems, tedious gameplay design and frustrating building mechanics. There’s no salvaging this mess of a castle, perhaps except in the eyes of those already too deep into the medieval mire.

    Even if Castle Renovator delivered on exactly what its name promised, I have a hard time imagining it’d be much more fun. There’s a way to make these job sims fun, and a way to make them feel like a dull slog, and every design decision here ensures that this game falls squarely in the latter camp.

    I am very disappointed by this game playing on PS5. The first few days you werent even able to play because the game couldnt be started (!)I am very disappointed by this game playing on PS5. The first few days you werent even able to play because the game couldnt be started (!) which in my opinion says quite a lot on the quality that is being provided and sadly the game itself is even worse. The framerate is choppy, the controls are horrible as well as the whole UX/UI in general. The gameplay itself is non existent and I say this loving these types of games and I played many budget titles in this genre style but even patches wont make this game good. Spare yourself the money and frustration, you will regret the invest.… Full Review »
