Apr 20, 2018Battlezone is great. The game is tons of fun playing it online with 4 other players. There is a lot to learn upgrades, weapons etc. very good PSVR title. I wish the graphics are a little bit sharper on PS4 Pro.

Oct 23, 2016Shame it's just so frustratingly difficult and upgrades are lost between campaigns. You feel like you're progressing only for it all to get reset. It's a shame because initially it's an amazing experience, clearly a lot of care has been put into this took make sure it runs so well.

Jan 17, 2021This rating refers to the VR version of this game. It is a nice cockpit shooter. The visuals looks blurry on PS4 Pro. The resolution of the game world is too low for this PS3-like presentation. It might be good before years, but it is not enough today.

Feb 7, 2019They made a big deal out of this game at launch and it was one of the more expensive titles but I never found it to be that entertaining. Now that it's cheaper it might be a better value but I doubt there are many people still playing it.

CD-ActionJan 12, 2017It’s a simple game with primitive visuals, poor AI and almost nonexistent physics, but it turned out to be very enjoyable in co-op. [13/2016, p.80]

Edge MagazineDec 14, 2016A fine introduction to the pleasures of multiplayer VR, but ultimately there's not quite enough substance here to keep you coming back after your first few tours of duty. [Christmas 2016, p.119]

Nov 29, 2016Battlezone is a wonderful old Atari game in a new jacket called VR. The game looks great, but is difficult to master. The presence of only one mode in singleplayer and multiplayer is a let down.
