    Its meant to be played on mobile.

    Well guess what it can be. Its on both PC and AND which is fantastic because since its a casual strategy game (which belongs on mobiles) you can download it here, link it to your mobile app and play there. Oh did I mention you are also able to receive achievements even if you have been playing on mobile. Lets move on from that and here are the pros    Its meant to be played on mobile.

    Lets move on from that and here are the pros and cons:

    Almost no learning curve
    Game is still balanced

    Con
    Upgrade prices are pretty high (not too bad though but still..)
    Once you attack someone you stay on there board saying you've attacked them. I've been revenged upon many times because of this.

    Really poor mobile game, takes several hours to just be able to do anything as you have to upgrade your buildings and such which makes it just a horrible experience. It is slow, and a pay 2 win game. Nothing really good here.

    There's no game here. The "tech" tree - if you can call it that - is just an endless void designed specifically to entice you into sinking real money into this game for no actual reward... it's hard to believe Sony even lets this kind of crap exist on their marketplace, when they actively stop things like gambling - at least Casinos stab you in the front when they take your money!

    And when I say there's no actual reward, there really isn't - there's zero strategy to this, upgrading stuff doesn't level the playing field. It's just a repetitive cycle of getting attacked by someone significantly higher rank and paying it forward by in-turn attacking someone of significantly lower rank. Ranking of course essentially being tied directly to the age of your account. Effectively the game mechanic is reminiscent of a kind of Ponzi scheme - it will only survive for as long as it can keep tricking new people into signing up.    … Expand

    Disgusting ew. Belongs on mobile and mobile only. Games like these should never make it onto any console just plain garbage and don't work properly and .... ew... nothing good at all to say.

    Free-to-play... The only one that stands out is warframe. Battle Islands is at the bottom. It's the same as Clash of Titans. It's a mobile app, not for consoles. The only reason I give it as 3 is it has a bit of strategy in it. like one should not just ship your entire army at the same shore all at once.     The game is updated now so you cant advance anymore without paying if you are even slightly higher level.
    The more you play, the more you are forced to pay.
    No Gold from supply chain anymore after making it x5 times expensive than before. Cash also gets stolen if you try saving it which is your only chance.     This game belongs on Facebook or mobile not a console.
    Unless your willing to ultimately pay forever to upgrade faster, its a click and wait forever style game.
    PSN Should take it down its make PS4 seem crap!

    AI is worthless, countless time my guys would run to a wall and immediatly turn around, all while being shot. I have lost many matches because of this garbage along with the fact of getting attacked by someone who is 30 F*cking levels above me. The stupid ai, unbalanced matches and constant disconnect makes this free to play game a piece of Sh*t. Also the build and upgrade times takeAI is worthless, countless time my guys would run to a wall and immediatly turn around, all while being shot. I have lost many matches because of this garbage along with the fact of getting attacked by someone who is 30 F*cking levels above me.     Like all F2P games, this game starts off allowing the player to progress at a decent rate and the game is actually somewhat fun when you're allowed to play. That honeymoon period quickly ends when you start to run into the walls that impact player experience by requiring an obscene amount of resources to get the next set upgrades available to the player in order to just avoid being setLike all F2P games, this game starts off allowing the player to progress at a decent rate and the game is actually somewhat fun when you're allowed to play. That honeymoon period quickly ends when you start to run into the walls that impact player experience by requiring an obscene amount of resources to get the next set upgrades available to the player in order to just avoid being set back by other players. In some cases, its poor placement of defenses or strategic placement of enemy troops that allow them to take your base. In the overwhelming majority of cases however, its simply a player who has far more resources to leverage by simply overwhelming your base with numbers your defenses can't possibly stop. There is also a massive disparity with the total amount of resources you can hold versus the amount that the player can reasonably produce in a space of time. Your storage facilities can easily hold resources in the millions and are relatively easy to upgrade. Your factories and other resource generating structures in contrast simply produce these things in the tens of thousands and only offer tiny, incremental increases. What makes progression extremely difficult is that you have to store your resources in certain units, which then can be raided constantly by the same group of players who simply bought their upgrades with cash (gold) to bypass the wait limits or are simply way over-leveled and simply go after players who have much lower levels and resources than they do. There are 3 other ways of getting gold, 1 simply through random resource drops that happen occasionally, completing objectives for medals, and through gaining a level. The currency system is the core of the problem, all the progression problems go away for you once you start spending gold, however you get it, while making problems worse for those who don't spend it for whatever reason. If you don't spend gold, then the point of the game is for you to get beat up by those who do, point blank. This game, in its current form, also has no business being ported to a console and should have gone through adjustments to suit the platform better. The console experience itself is an experience where you are expect to sit for an hour or two for gaming rather than the play for 3-4 minutes and wait 30 minutes or so to play again mobile experience. There are other F2P games available on PS4 and encourage the player to spend money only to supplement an already good experience rather than spend just so your experience wont suck and you probably should skip this altogether unless it gets a revamp for the platform.… Expand

    You are rewarded with gold as you advance. Gold enough so you dont have to use real money.
    Your advance will be quite slow - it took me 3 months to get to level 60. The strategic in the game a very simple at the start but as you advance it gets much more challenging. At the later stages it is very difficult to    I think the games is fun and you dont have to use a dime to advance.

    Let me start by saying I do love this game, I play it multiple times per week. It is a fun game to kill a few minutes with a day on the PS4. I would love to give this game a score higher than a 6, but I cannot. This is because the game basically forces you to use your own money to purchase in-game gold and stuff to expand.     This game is total garbage, you need to pay to win the medals. This **** is mobile game that will waste your **** time! Trust me, don't download it or you will get a chance to delete it.

    Whoever allowed this should rethink there decision to allow mobile games on next-gen consoles, not only is it a pile of crap, it has micro transactions.
    Who thought this was a good idea?

    This type of micro transaction cash-cow game should have never been allowed on the PS4, brings down the quality of the console. Shame on Sony for letting this on the platform.

    Taking a mobile free-to-play game like this and copying it wholesale to the console was a ridiculous error in judgement by the developer. Someone in the team should really have understood better the difference in what works for console compared to mobile, and understood that this kind of game just won't sit well with the kinds of people that like playing console games.
