It is a very linear game, does what it suppose to do you have to do some puzzle, but you will find that the moving screen will be the biggest obstacle. The game will take some time to complete, and will most likely give you some frustrating moments

Классная игра, но к сожалению она относится к тем играм где просто хочеться получить платину и забыть. Думаю ее мало кто бы купил если бы ее не раздавали в пс+..

    Another good PS+ release

Coming alongside Lords of the Fallen, which is a AAA title, i didn't have much optimism in Badlands as I downloaded it. To my surprise, it's been a very fun, addictive little game. Whilst it's not by the same studio, the game has a real "Limbo" feel to it. It's art style isn't a million miles off, and the puzzle mix with platform is there, except you kind of float in badland. The levels are relatively short, but once you walk through the initial 15 levels, you soon realise that it's level length isn't the issue, it's the really taxing parts that come down to skill, and a little bit of luck (especially when you've duplicated your wee character into a dozen or more clones and most are getting sliced up or crushed by obstacles!)

For what it is, this is a good little taxing game, pretty graphics and ease to control and master. That itself deserves a 5/10. Where this game becomes much much more fun is to go CoOp or vs mode against a friend on the sofa. I put a few hours into Coop mode and it's harder, faster, and more rewarding. You soon realise that in some parts, one must sacrifice yourself to ensure the other makes it through an obstacle, and you can work well as a team, which is essential for Coop play.

The later stages are more manic and with new mechanics introduced, it's gradually more and more funny as it gets more and more taxing.

The only reason I've not gone higher than 8 on this is it's not terribly re-playable. once you've completed the game, there's not much in it to want to revisit. That said, it's an indie title (free with PS+ for me) but if it was £5 or so in a sale, I'd pay for this as it's still very entertaining.

I've not read others reviews - but anyone scoring this under a 5 has no sense of fun!

Badlands combines the endless runner and puzzle genres to create an interesting little title. I personally feel as though some sections require a little too luck and/or trial and error, which can be a little frustrating, but the game constantly introduces new ideas and the core gameplay is entertaining enough that it still makes for a pretty enjoyable experience (albeit one that you'reBadlands combines the endless runner and puzzle genres to create an interesting little title. Generous checkpoints ease the frustration a little bit, but the design of each level are pretty amazing, and the variety makes each level feel distinctively different in a good way. Grabbing as many minions to the finish a long the way keeps thing fresh and pushes you to try to get them all, guiding a lot of them to the end is rewarding. Saying all this, this game honestly is nothing but a time waster, something you play when you have nothing better to do, but it does it really well. Pros: great variety of obstacles, challenge of collecting minions. Cons: meant for on the go, made for wasting time. Overall console version gets an 8/10, but is easily a 9/10 on phone/ tablet, etc. Expand

For a mobile game it offers a lot of replay value. Very fun game to play with a cross of Flappy Bird, Angry Birds and a dark gothic theme like Dark Souls.

Level design is great, fast load times but is to be expected with such a simplistic game. Multiplayer is where it falls short, while offering couch co op and vs mode. There is no online multiplayer unless...(my little secret, you

Overall, a 7 is a fair score for this game.

Badland is a challenging, thoughtful approach to the game "flappy bird". It's pretty fun and I highly recommend you check it out if you looking for something different and will make you think a little bit.

Indie game with an impressive aspect. It attracts a lot of attention for its playability, graphics, interactivity, physics and originality.

After these awards several ports were made for different platforms such as PS4, PS3, PS Vita, Playstation TV, Wii U and Xbox One.
One of its peculiarities is that it has a local multiplayer mode for up to 4 players (on the same device).

Badland is a platform game within the action and adventure genre, but without leaving behind its strategic part since in many parts of the game it requires thinking a bit before acting.

One of the best experiences of Indies games that I have been able to experience, which I recommend to any gamer.

Simple, but addictive and with plenty of content. If you can obviate the fact that it's a game designed to be played in a mobile device, it offers a handful of hours of fun.
