May 28, 2020Seeing angry SJW reviewers foaming at the mouth over sexy anime girls only serves the purpose of proving why gamergate happened. This game is fun, hilarious and very unique. You can spend lots of hours unlocking everything and not get tired of it.

Jun 21, 2020The game is fun to play, albeit a little bland at times. The characters are fun and engaging, and it's a lot of fun to see them all interact together for the first time. The gameplay is simple, but it's engaging to play over and over again.

Nov 13, 2022The game offers a surprisingly good mix of plot, battles and cute anime girls, both 2d and 3d. Graphics are fine, and performance is great. No bugs spotted either. Voice acting is just perfect, so is the music. All in all, it was totally worth my time.

May 20, 2020Azur Lane: Crosswave is essentially a visual novel with some brief moments of action. Everything works as intended, and there's no need for a combat strategy, but the equipment and upgrades systems are cryptic. The visuals look good, and the chibi characters are adorable. The game can be a decent way to pass a weekend. However, Crosswave and all games under the Azur Lane banner espouse views on females — especially young girls — that I cannot look past, and it's troubling to me that this title is deemed appropriate for teenagers.

Mar 3, 2020Azure Lane Crosswave is a poor 3D shooter, with a lot of grind to unlock everything, and poor visual novel sections. Even though the game is quite sexy, some characters look too young to appear in it. A shame.

Feb 25, 2020Your reaction to it will likely depend on how receptive you are to Azur Lane itself. Existing fans and open-minded lovers of cute anime girls gabbing will find much to dive deep into, but everyone else is probably better off taking some shore leave.
