Given a lot of the other reviews I've read for this game, I wasn't expecting anything too great out of it, and my expectation were met. The graphics look like this game was a PS2 remaster, the dialogue is wooden and irritating. I kept searching for ways to skip the dialogue and was saddened that I couldn't.

"BUT, the important part is the puzzles," I tell myself. Well, the first few puzzles provided an OK challenge. I was willing to look past a lot of problems with this game because I love puzzle games. Once I got more than 45 minutes into the game, the puzzles were simple and provided no challenge. I was hoping I could recommend this game, but I can't. If you have younger-ish children, this might provide a good challenge. Otherwise, skip this one and just replay one of the Uncharted games.

Error in chapter A Full Spectrum II which makes impossible to play on. Dont buy it. Up until that point it was an OK game. The puzzles are nice but the graphics are weak and the storyline is really weak.

    That’s right
a story about Adam and eve set in the 1920s
And as you may or may not have guessed, this game tries its hardest to be uncharted with puzzles, and it surprisingly comes quite close to pulling it off
at least with the relationship of Evelyn and Adam..
They are constantly going back and forth with each other giving the other a hard time, and I loved it...
Their lingo did break the immersion a bit
the banter seemed extremely modern for being set in the 20s
I think it would’ve been even better if they threw in some copacetic and bees knees
And while I loved the copacetic setting these chapters took place…
Some laziness would coincidentally ruin things like the water for example…
    it’s completely non interactive...
Even when it’s part of the main story path… no splashes… no weight…
again breaking the immersion a bit…
To add to the uncharted similarities, chapters go across the screen when a new one begins… there’s platforming, ropes to swing across… and then there’s the ancient treasure…
you’ll take a trip to the garden of Eden as well as Solomon’s temple
But unlike uncharted, there’s no combat here.. There are some sly cooper like stealth sections... but the meat of this game is its puzzles... admittedly some puzzles felt a little too close together.. But for the most part I felt like they were spread near perfectly through this 4 and a half hour journey.
These puzzles are all fairly simple to understand and are ever changing throughout the game...
sure you may do the same styled math puzzle 3 times in a row in one chapter… but you’ll never see it again later on…
Some puzzles you may not get the rules too..
I for example never understood the 2 dynamite puzzles...
luckily I still got through them by winging it…
so even if you’re stumped, you can get through most if not all puzzles by trial and error
While Adam’s Adventure’s budget and lack of care for detail does show every once in a while..
I completed the game wanting more...
    I laughed at the jokes…
I cared about the characters... and I loved solving the puzzles
Witch careful crafting, there’s some potential magic here…
    I give Adam’s Venture Origins
    a 7.5/10

Unfortunately I can’t say much positive about the game. Puzzle solving fans will surely have some fun with Adam but that comes with lots of frustration. With terrible voice acting, bad graphics and overall weird design choices it’s very hard to recommend this game. (sorry developers)

I bought the game on sale at the PS store for 2.29 usd.
Money vs. fun I give it a 10. If more expensive (say over 5) then I would rather not recommend it.
Graphics and acting are not AAA or good quality indy developer though they are serviceable. The puzzles however are very fun and put you to think. They are very diverse (the game is short -took me 5 hours, most of it trying to figure

They are very diverse (the game is short -took me 5 hours, most of it trying to figure out the solutions- and not repetitive at all).

If you don't mind the dated presentation, and you are into puzzles, then I recommend this game.

This game was a very pleasant surprise. It truly gets back to the basics, GAMEPLAY. The graphics are good not great but like i said the gameplay, especially the puzzles are what had me hooked from the beginning. My son (14) also became a little addicted and we had a blast taking turns getting thru the levels. I would definitely recommend. Well i bought this game for a like two bucks i think. Money wise, this is a good enough game, managed to spent 4+ hours in it (and got the plat too!). Gameplay: horrendous voice acting, cliche story, clunky controls. But, the puzzle was unexpectedly fun, and adam's joke can sometimes be a bit funny, if not weird :D

Очень простая платина с оооочень корявым управлением и сюжетом категории D.

Decent puzzle game. Lots of nice puzzles that are fairly easy but do take some thought. The graphics are OK, sound etc is also OK. Funny banter and humour throughout the game which I liked. I'd recommend it to adventure/puzzle gamers

    JUGABILIDAD:

The reason I give it only 7 is just because it's too short! Yeah, the graphics are not great, rather funny sometimes, but it doesn't ruin the puzzle gameplay. Maybe Uncharted series is better, but the overall quality of puzzles and complexity of these puzzles are much better than in four Uncharted games! All in all - I enjoyed playing it very much.

what starts off as a fun little adventure title is quickly ruined by monkey see, monkey do learned reaction stealth . this coupled with the terribly slow load times makes this game unbearable in the later chapters. sad to see such a game ruined by this all too common tactic .

Such a wooden game with sometimes weird mini-games. At least the mainstream charakter is so dumb that made me smile here and there. Good way to get an easy platinum trophy.

I finished that game but I cannot say I truly enjoyed every moment of it. First of all, game mechanics were not good, graphics were bad. Puzzles were okay and the story was good enough to keep me in till the end somehow. I cannot say it's a disaster but it's not so good for sure..

Adam's Venture: Origins is an harmless adventure; more than a bad game, it's a very bad remake.

Adam's Quest Origins is a bad adventure game and a barely good puzzle game. The environments looks good to watch but tearing everywhere and a lot of others technical problem make it not very good to play.

On a technical level, the game is simply a shambles, with amateurish animation and obtrusive texture pop-in accompanying your every step. [June 2016, p.87]
