    Theres Some potential here
    AAW as the name suggest is an arcade wrestling game, however there is just no personality to be found here.. For starters, the game heavily relies on community creations, this is where youll get a cast of charcters that are actually interesting and that you care about, thankfully from aenas to wrestlers, if you think of it, tis    aaw action arcade wrestling

    AAW as the name suggest is an arcade wrestling game, however there is just no personality to be found here..
    For starters, the game heavily relies on community creations, this is where youll get a cast of charcters that are actually interesting and that you care about, thankfully from aenas to wrestlers, if you think of it, tis probably already created for you to download… sadly if you want to create your own charcters, you have to use a companion app outside of the game… inside of the game though, again theres much to be desired, theres are only typical 1v1, triple threat, tag teams, tag team elimination and battle royale modes… this is fun for a little while, especially with the smackdown series feeling move system here, s youll be pressing different direction to perfom different grappling moves, but the nostalgio started to wear off of me after only about 2 hrs.. I need cages, I need ladders, I need more to do than button mash my charcter down to red and see what kind of finshers this game has in store for me..
    Gameplay wise though this is a fun arcade wrestler. Its just a shame the content is so shallow, no story mode, nothing to introduce the original charcters or give them personality, but I do appreciate AAW tries to do something new, putting in random buffs throughout the match that you can steal from your opponent by performing grappling moves, and the game will even call spots during the match, for example hit your opponets head on the houtside rail, youll then gain points to unlock taunts and even new charcters.. but it just wasn’t enough to keep me going… a great roster with a varied move set is just the start, charcters need to feel different, and matches need to be fun and exciting, feel like anything could happen.. none of this exists here..
    The game is also a little broken, I had to close it and restart it twice and rey mysterios finishing move broke one of the matches as well, stick in anaimation and unable to move…
    I do see potential here with the move set and greta creation tools, but thats about it..

    The creation of a wrestler is great, but it's the only good thing about this game :(
    You only get a handful of moves, no ladders, Backstage, go fully around the outside of the ring, You can't create wrestlers on the system you have to go on a PC! The belts are useless, you don't see them changing over nor being carried, etc., It's been out for about a year now    Meh! Save your money.

    Action Arcade Wrestling successfully achieves its prime purpose of being fun. With a ton of customization options, you can create matches that only existed in your wildest dreams. Although the power-ups and spots may put off purists, the love and admiration for the sport are evident throughout the game.
