    While being innovative,lacks variaety and has tons of glitches and bugs,is not fun and you will be tired of pressing the botton.

    -GOOD-
    -Take paths.
    -Lots of combos....

    BAD
    -Which are useless.
    -Repetitive
    -Bugs and glitches
    -Dull story and camera

    Pros: fun gameplay, city is huge, web-swinging is fun, good story. Cons: not exactly deep, repetitive combat, running is too sharp, city is boring, bad graphics, weak cutscenes. OVERALL: enjoyable in parts but once you finish the game you have to start a new file. and there should be more things to do in the city.

    The best thing to do in this game is by far the swinging around. It's fluid, responsive and looks good, animations are top notch. There's more moves to pull of such as wall running, crawling sliding etc it's all good... That is until the glitches kick in, and completely ruin the experience. You can be soaring through the air at breakneck speed, only for Spidey to come to an instant stop inThe best thing to do in this game is by far the swinging around. It's fluid, responsive and looks good, animations are top notch. There's more moves to pull of such as wall running, crawling sliding etc it's all good... That is until the glitches kick in, and completely ruin the experience. You can be soaring through the air at breakneck speed, only for Spidey to come to an instant stop in mid-air, witness his world load before him, then drop down vertically. Other times, he may just disappear altogether requiring a restart or load. Levelling up is incredibly easy. Unfortunately, it requires you to collect 2000 tokens around the city and it's boring, but makes the game better once it's finally done.
    Combat is pretty good, nothing major though still the best in Spidey games so far. Red or black suits have different moves.
    Voice Acting is rubbish (except Black Cat) and the story is dull with basic red or black suit choices. Basically, it's a decent game. Best Spidey game anyway.    … Expand

    Gracias a una historia sencilla pero profunda, bien desarrollada e interesante, unos gráficos muy ágiles (destacando en los combos y la variedad de los mismos), un control muy fresco y cómodo en su derecho, interacción y una VERDADERA diferencia entre el traje rojo y azul y el negro, este se convierte en, quizás, el mejor videojuego del superhéroe.

    The game even that is fun, the graphics are nothing else, the choice of good or bad way is a positive point of the game, but he's a little repetitive, and the story is not as engaging

    Like Spider-Man himself, this game was absolutely amazing. The combat was fluid and web swinging was almost perfect (it stuck to the sky most of the time). Venom was awesome and I enjoyed fighting him seeing as he is my favorite Spidey villain. I love switching between the red and black suit whenever I want. If only Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus were in this game.

    The good is that thisgame has a Spider-man that is the most fluid in combat that I've ever seen. The bad is that it takes awhile to get there because you have to be taught by Luke Cage (I know, very stupid) to unlock your powers. Once you have ever thing down pat to make you an ultimate bad ass spider-man, you get to play a weak story and extremely repetitious breaking up of gangs and thenThe good is that thisgame has a Spider-man that is the most fluid in combat that I've ever seen.     Spider-Man: Web of Shadows it's the best videogame based on Spider-Man.With a gameplay similar to Spider-Man 2,3 and Ultimate Spider-Man,but with a storyline more dark.

    This is the first Spiderman game I've ever really played and it hasn't disappointed me yet. It makes me feel like I am Spiderman, and isn't that the point of a "Spiderman game". Web-strike is awesome!! There are minor glitches with camera angle (which is to be expected, I mean come on, it's Spiderman) and the voice acting is a bit "off" but, all in all, I think This is the first Spiderman game I've ever really played and it hasn't disappointed me yet.     "Web of Shadows" is far from perfect, but it's plenty of fun. This is the "Prototype" of Spider-Man video games. The combo-driven combat and environmental destruction is terrific. Spider-Man has plenty of attack moves that can be upgraded. You can call in several Marvel heroes and villains for assistance. And you can switch into the "Black Suit" during a mid-combo at anytime. The story"Web of Shadows" is far from perfect, but it's plenty of fun. This is the "Prototype" of Spider-Man video games. The combo-driven combat and environmental destruction is terrific. Spider-Man has plenty of attack moves that can be upgraded. You can call in several Marvel heroes and villains for assistance. And you can switch into the "Black Suit" during a mid-combo at anytime. The story missions are good, but the optional objectives can get repetitive. Also on PS3, the framerate isn't fluid, screen tear happens frequently and glitches occur. However, there is plenty of replay value due to four endings and multiple pathways. I would rate this with a 7.7 out of 10.… Expand

    Espetacular!!! Simplesmente o melhor jogo do aranha até o momento!Enredo e gráficos ótimos e jogabilidade muito fluída, praticamente obrigatório para todos os fãs do cabeça de teia.

    [PT-BR] Um dos melhores jogos do Homem Aranha,um ÓTIMO enredo,os chefes do jogo são muito bons,trilha sonora boa,se balançar pelos prédios é tão divertido quanto nos outros jogos,etc.Porém o jogo tem seus erros,como os bugs,que sinceramente não são poucos,e a câmera,que eventualmente buga e te atrapalha bastante.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I really don't understand the hate with this game from critics. But honestly, it's one of, if not, the best Spider-Man game in existence up to this date, if not, better than Spider-Man 2018 IMO, and it is not a treasure that shouldn't be forgotten.

    Pros:
    Character design:
    This game has by far one of the best character design in the entire Spider-Man series, including the inclusion of Moon Knight and the symbiotes with their badass and my favorite symbiote designs in the series, including Symbiote Wolverine. If he ever makes an appearance in any of the Marvel movies/shows/games, I'd definitely watch/play it.

    Story:
    The story is simple: find Venom, stop him, and save the world. That's it, but with a twist. The game has a branching paths that if you want the good ending featuring the good spiderman, or the bad ending featuring the black-suit spiderman and controls the symbiotes and takes over the world while both Kingpin and S.H.I.E.L.D. join forces along with fully controlled Symbiote Wolverine (the game's boss) to take on the new symbiote ruler that is spiderman. If there's a sequel that follows this ending, I would love to play as the boss to take on the evil version of spiderman.

    Gameplay:
    Out of all spiderman games, this has the better web swinging and better combat. You have so many moves to chose from for both suits. Moves for red suit spiderman and moves for black suit spiderman. Red for weak but fast attacks and black for slow but strong attacks. This game also gives you the option to chose which route to pick that if you want the good ending or the bad ending, and it's a breath of fresh air if someone don't want to be the "goodie-two-shoes" spiderman and it's also good for replayability.

    Cons:

    Characters & Voices:
    This is something I have to agree here. The voice acting are mediocre and I don't blame the voice actors for trying their best. One of them is spiderman's whiny voice that I can't stand. It get's better when you pick evil spiderman. Some of them are the voices are so bad that they're good, like Scarlet with her stereotypical slovan voice and Luke Cage's snazzy but dull voice. And there're good and amazing voice performance such as Liam O' Brian as Electro and Steve Blum as Wolverine.

    Game Bugs:
    This game has encountered with so many game bugs and sometimes, the game crashed on me that I had to restart the console.

    Dull world:
    There's another thing that I would have to agree is that the world is dull. No side missions, no extra costumes, and there's barely any life.

    Cut Content:
    Out of all Spider-Man games, this one that has the most cut content in the game. Most of open world spiderman games gives you the option to free roam the city. But in this game, here's no post-game free roam, so you're stuck with the story and call it a day. This game also has missing characters that should've been in the game like Symbiote Moon Knight. There was also finished art work in the credits of the game. It feels like this game was rushed upon launch. Not only that, I feel like the bad ending is the canon ending and if it is true, I want to play as Symbiote Wolverine and play as him 24/7. But sadly, that dream lives on.

    Overall:
    It may have been the most overlooked Spiderman game, but it's one of the best one in the series. If this game ever gets a switch port or even remaster it for current/next gen consoles, I would re-buy it.    … Expand

    this is by far the spiderman game with the best web swing !! the animations are awesome, the sensitivity of the fighting is impressive, the game has a simply incredible story mode, the combos of the combats are overwhelming !!

    muito bom, os graficos não são muito realistas mas deve se lembrar de que o jogo é de 2008. O web swing é gostoso DEMAIS, o golpe de web swing é brabo, os combos e o combate são muito criativos cara, vale a pena jogar

    This game is very bad and the combat system on the wall is annoying. This 360° camera makes me nauseous every time I try to fight on walls. Ultimate Spiderman was in 2004 and it's a thousand times better than this thing

    Одна из лучших игр по паучку, но, есть одно но...
    Оптимизация оставляет желать лучшего. Вне боя фпс проседает до 18-19 кадров в секунду. Играть очень не комфортно.
    Имхо лучше поиграть в неё на боксе 360

    Combat has seen some minor improvements, but the missions you're required to play and the side-quest stuff in the city are still pretty bland encounters for the most part, and it's those areas that really need to see the most improvement for the next Spider-Man installment down the line.
