Nov 19, 2012This game is way, way, way better than the last incarnation. That said, sadly, I'm giving it a ZERO out of ten - because it's just shockingly poor. The graphics are ok - physics, handling, sound and everything else about this game are dreadful. What were the developers thinking of? Dreadful game. In summary: BAD. VERY, VERY BAD.

Jun 25, 2023One of the best racing games I've played. It's simple yet fun to play and it has a decent amount of play. Nothing is really wrong with the game except the quiz sections which I wish there was a setting to turn off. I also do think thats it hard to figure what to do when you first start the game which the game could've helped a bit with thatm

Jul 26, 2013Driving physics are as intuitive as they are challenging. Opponents do a good job of advancing through thick traffic, although they do tend to cause unfortunate accidents.

Playstation: The Official Magazine (US)Nov 20, 2012Although last year's NASCAR The Game 2011 was a credible effort, Inside Line is the first NASCAR racing game in years that feels like someone cared. [Holiday 2012, p.72]

Nov 14, 2012Even on the easy setting, the game is very unforgiving and style and technique trump power and speed. This is a fairly true simulator that should end up trackside in a fancy setup with a rumble seat and steering wheel. Driving with a controller is very touchy and a decent wheel would be the choice way to play.
