    Let me be honest, MLB 2K13 is the same game as MLB 2K12. And it really isn't good, this shows as a reason why sports games is declining, and it's very sad to be fair.

    There are limitations to all hardware and perhaps we have to wait for the next generation before more strides can be taken in the realm of realism. But when you show no progress whatsoever and you appear content to sit on your laurels, the result is an outdated, unsatisfying simulator that is technically flawed and generally unimpressive.

    You have to wonder how much time was even spent on prepping this game for release, since 2012 was believed to be the last in the series until a surprise January announcement that the series was back from the dead.
