Really loved this. Deep strategy, truly beautiful simple art style and magical music.

Visually it may bare a tenuous comparison to Eden, if you were to squint. But the gameplay is not the same, at all, even a little bit. If I had to categorise it, I might say it was an RTS of sorts with the music of bladerunner and the visuals of a pastel flavoured kaleidoscope. Would be interesting

Would be interesting to see Move support Incorporated. It feels like a game that could benefit from a direct-point interface (I have Flight Control in mind, as an example), but that isn't a big negative as I personally felt it functioned perfectly well on Dualshock.

Its a game that requires thought and a degree of patience, and by that measure perhaps won't be for everyone, but if you like games that test your quick thinking and multi-tasking skills, this is an atmospheric bargain waiting to be discovered.

This game is really a good game.. maybe is not like most of the others games so if you didn't like the demo simply don't buy it and most of all don't give it 4/10...

And the 0 vote are really lamer..

I only played the demo., but I immediately felt that Pixel Junk Eden is 1,000 times better in every way. The concepts were similar, but Eufloria was very tough to wrap my head around or be immersed in compared to Eden's excellence. I'll not write a review for Eden here, but this was my immediate impression.

Terribly unbalanced with awful sticky controls that overcompensate for digital movement instead of analog sticks as it should be, at least on this platform. The controls for this game make it unplayable since you must rush to do things and are fighting the controls to go to the right place in time. Demo shows you only the easy levels with no balance whatsoever. Eufloria is a basic strategy game that can be both frustrating and entertaining. The overall simplicity might not be enticing for more seasoned fans of the genre, and the slow pace will prove maddening to those expecting more action at a faster pace.

Conquer, travel from comet to comet and rule the universe while destroying viruses. Quite original, but not enough depth to keep you entertained for days on end. [Nov 2011, p.98]

Only cumbersome controls steer[] this shy of a more eufloric score. [Christmas 2011, p.109]
