Aug 24, 2012Quite enjoyed it. If only the whole game had been like this short DLC. It shows that they could have expanded more on the Qunari story-line and the focus could have been on that rather than Templar versus Mage story-line which I found tot be quite bland. Worth the purchase, good humor and has a lot more to offer than the Legacy DLC. Only downside is that Tallis is not a new companion.

Dec 19, 2020Mark of the Assassin introduces an interesting new companion, and allows you to explore a new location with a rather fun narrative, with a few references to Origins. Although it suffers from being largely forgettable and irrelevant, but at least offers new much needed enemies to fight.

Jan 3, 2012For the completist, Mark of the Assassin offers 5 achievements, over 20 Codex entries, 19 Quests including optional ones and sizeable experience points. It all adds up to a viable package, a decent running time and value for money at last. If this is the shape of downloadable content to come for Dragon Age II, then there's life in the game for sometime yet.

Dec 4, 2011BioWare has listened to the feedback of its fans and brought us the Mark of the Assassin downloadable content. Fortunately this piece of extra content offers enough variety to keep it fresh. You will also find a great new member for your team, Tallis, who is voiced by femme fatale Felicia Day. Tallis is a great and welcome addition and it's a shame you can't keep her after you've finished this DLC.
