    WOW !!! Very cool !! The graphics and sound on the 360 are very good and the atmosphere outstanding !! And now waiting for Project Origin !!!!

You become Ethan Thomas as Condemned 2 draws you into it's disturbing world with terrific graphics and spot on controls. The game will engross you. Has a Blair Witch Project type feel that Creepy, disturbing, unnerving all all words that describe Condemned 2. Not a game for the faint of heart, Condemned 2 is a masterpiece survival horror. It will keep you on the edge of your seat. You become Ethan Thomas as Condemned 2 draws you into it's disturbing world with terrific graphics and spot on controls. The game will engross you. Has a Blair Witch Project type feel that will make the hairs on you neck stand on end. Masterpiece from the moment you start playing.     Recommended to Criminal Origins fans Like Me!!! Looks better than the first, new fighting style and new weapons. Oh, and more blood!

    Condemned 2 is creepy and disturbing and is probably one of the scariest games I have played, however the new combat system needs some time got used to.

    Very strange game, I'm all for horror. Love the genre but this is not horror, the start is more like something out of a mental asylum. Very weird, so weird to the point you think it's a bit stupid. The game actually made me want to stop playing it. I did persevere and have finished the game. The fighting controls are average and using a gun is pointless, i found it easier to throw my guns at people to stun them and then close in to finish them in close combat. Overall this is not a spoiler, only a note to highlight how pathetic the early gun fights are, it only gets realistic when you get to semi automatics. Overall about 10-15 hours of gameplay which is ok but was not super impressed with the game. Having played FEAR on PC recently maybe I'm expecting too much but FEAR was a lot better, far more engrossing story. Again this is not so much horror as it is weird sci-fi on acid.… Expand

    This really is a fantastic game. Anyone that loves horror or thrillers in general should certainly check this out. I have to say; Condemned on the Xbox 360 was great, but Condemned 2 on the PS3 is just amazing. Check it out today.

    This is really horrible. I do not want to play this game. I'm glad i borrowed it before playing. Now I'm recommending that everyone save their money and don't bother buy it. Truly awful. It is boring, tawdry, and the story is so derivative. The acting is third-rate, amateurish. The effects look like they were drawn using crayon. A piece of godawful trash.

    Some recipes in Condemned 2 seemed successful at first glance but then they were spammed to death and lost any sense of suspense or excitement. Everything in this game hits level 11 and stays there. Subtleties are lost when the environment is gritty and 'tense' the entire time. Without moments of peace, the tenseness loses its power. Первая часть была куда атмосферней и интересней, была триллером, тут же напихали qte, сделали подачу сюжета да и сам геймплей как в голливудском блокбастере, какие-то комбо с двумя руками, кривая стрельба (зачем-то убрали прицел, в первом части он был, при желании можно было скрыть), еще и производительность на пс3 хреновая, постоянно падения фпс, сама графика какая-тоСлабо, очень слабо. You start by meeting this homeless man this homeless man, and then you notice that the city hasHohohohoooooooo :D Maaaaaaaaaaannn ... insane, insane, insane, INSANE MOTHERF%"#!!"KER!!! Everytime a crazy man was running after me, I was running away like a **** You can hear him shout after you, his footsteps coming closer to you... he's going to **** you up like no one every ****ed you up before.. OK! :D I really mean it maaaaan. It feels like you are in the game every single second... I don't know how they did it, but they somehow found out how to put you in the game and make your brain and motions connected with the moments in the game. They know when to make you scared and how to scare you. They developed the game they wanted to develope and if I saw Condemned 3 been advertised somewhere, I know which game I should have on my number 1 list on my whishlist. This is not Uncharted but it really has the same quality... but I have never played anything which can be so much connected with my emotions. The graphics are insane and I counld not believe it right after playing on the PS2 generation for a while, then this came out. Insane graphics, bunch of horror content(don't let kids play this game!), many hours of gameplay, multiplayer supported, realistic combat and very brutal, Uncharted level story in my opinion... FANTASTIC... this is art, this is fun, this is entertainment. You have to try out this game before you die one day... for real.… Expand

    This is one of the best games I have played in a long time. Very engaging atmosphere, great combat system and creepy as hell. I would give this game a 10 if it wasn't for some minor technical issues.

    Positives: those who love violence for the sake of violence will love it. Okay graphics (when you can see them). Negatives: 1. On the PS3 - awful sound; 2. Too dark to be able to see what you are doing most of the time which makes for an incredibly frustrating gaming experience; 3. Absurd story line, which makes no sense. 4. Almost impossible to fight more than one enemy at a time. 5. Positives: those who love violence for the sake of violence will love it. Okay graphics (when you can see them). Negatives: 1.     This game started out soooo well, but towards the end became more and more ridiculous. The storyline starts out fine, but soon turns to utter crap when a cult is involved, an awful idea. Apart from that the game has great fighting mechanics and graphics, and will certainly send a few chills up your spine.     Condemned 2 is what survival horror should be its creepy,scary,and disturbing.     If the first one wasn't enough to convince you, try being attacked by a massive zombie grizzly bear inside a small maze in the dark. I think since then there have been allot of strong competitors but at the time this game was innovative and definitely worth all the hype. If you still haven't played it, don't worry it's definitely still worth it.

    Condemned 2 is that game that proves that a sequel sometimes can or cannot be necessary. At times tries something new and fresh and even update some mechanics.

    Just like the previous game the levels are dark and creepy that comes with an eerie soundtrack that levels up the tension... if you expect more original locations you will be a bit disappointed because in the game you will revisit places from the first game and yes some others are new.
    The plot misses the mystery from the previous game... here you will encounter justifications and the reason of why the criminal behavior and turns out that everything is related to some ancient cult that the game will explain you some backstory.... everything in the plot is a backstory to everything that happens and that's why it misses the "mystery".
    The game combat returns again with melee, grab something to defend yourself with indicator of how strong you weapon is and eventually it will break... but... is it heavily focus into melee? not that much fire weapons are more constant here but with limited ammo, but guess what you can grab ammo from other weapons, what? A new implementation in the shooting mechanics is the aiming, yes, now you can aim... but is bad you can barely have a steady shoot because Thomas alcoholism. The melee combat adds some new features like: Combos, to double the damage to enemies. Environmental kills, when the enemy is about to die some objects in the level will highlight with a skull so you can crush their skull into a TV or a table. One last addition into combat are some finishing moves or special moves that works with the tedious mechanic called "quick time event".
    The game offers perks that will be unlocked at the end of the level to make you stronger (this perks will automatically be added, so you don't have to do it yourself).
    The forensic tools return, different of course, now you will have to select different options to determinate the cause of death or something like that (keep in mind that obtaining a good rating levels up the chance to unlock perks).
    Again is it a bad game? not at all. the only cons it have to make it a great game are. 1) the plot, which is silly at times. 2) quick time events. 3) terrible frame drops. If you enjoyed Criminal Origins then you should check this one... but you can skip it... the first Condemned does not need this sequel at all to work, but is fine if you want to expand the game's universe if we can call it like that.    … Expand

    I loved 2/3 of this game. The last 3 chapters are supper bad! You can really feel the development issues/crunch in the fail 3 chapters. The narrative in this game is pretty mid—but the gameplay/atmosphere and **** **** tension/moments stand on their own really well!.

Still, it's kind of unique in horror games, but i'd still stick to survival horror games. If you are a fan of horror games and like fighting with your bare hand or meleeI enjoyed playing this game but i didn't got amazed or really scared.     I felt that the story for Condemned 2 was very bland and generic and Ethan was a very idiotic antagonist. The atmosphere of the game was too dark for my taste, and the horror lost way after you reach the last level. These comments aside, the game is very scary at times and the fighting was pretty decent. It was also graphically superior.

    the error of this game was not coming out for PC because the experience playing on PS3 was not as good as playing the first one on PC.
    Everything in this game is better than the first one like for example..
    It has much more blood particles when hitting the enemy, more saturated glow and kills with scenario interaction
