StubbsJ.May 29, 2001I like it. Advancement is interesting, the equipment is fun, and the magic system is neat. I think the graphics are ok, so far. The plot is a little predictable, but not terrible.

JimmiA.Aug 17, 2005It´s a old fashioned fun action RPG. Good side is Lots of Wepaon, Magic, Monster & dungeons. Bad side : AI, sound and graphic. The story line is little more than average.

Aug 7, 2017Bad graphics, akward combat, slowdowns. But you'll manage. Placement of secrets isn't bad, and diary entries are ok. Equipement is shown on the model, which is neat, but whom do you surprise this with now? Very meh. I'm playing it only 'cause I'm M&M fan. Do no recommend.

The animation is spotty at best, missing blocks of frames, while the monsters are chunky messes. The blood effects are pixilated eyesores too.

Hits the mark on a few cylinders, but its clumsy, redundant nature will put you to sleep, and for a videogame, which is by definition supposed to be "entertaining," that's not a good sign.

If you're really hungry for a brainless slasher game with a medieval theme, you might want to give this one a try. For the more discerning gamer, you should consider purchasing a 32-bit PlayStation game (such as "Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver") and wait until something better comes around.
