Oct 3, 2020Had a blast playing it with my friends back then when I was 7 years or so. Very good game and I couldve competed against mario party.

Sep 18, 2020Unexpectedly Great. Most of the party games are very fun with maybe a few misses. The movie scenes are a great way to reward the player for winning. It's also one of the very few Spongebob games to match the humor of the show. If you and your friends love Spongebob and want a party game with no luck (Unlike Mario Party) then I highly recommend this!

Aug 31, 2019I don't know why people are being so overly critical with a party game set in spongebob.
This game serves its purpose which is to entertain both you and your friends who are playing it. -

Jun 9, 2016Spongebob has platforming? Racing? A weird game? A game based off a movie? What next? A party game? Well is it good? It is! Minigames are really creative and fun. Has a way better storyline than Mario Party. Also it is hilarious as well. This game is often hated for some reason and I have no idea.

Feb 12, 2015I don't know why people hate this game. Lights camera pants is awesome. One of my favourite games ever. It may be a copy on Mario Party, but it's awesome

A surprisingly well-made party game that successfully captures the style and humor of the popular Nickelodeon franchise.
-
A nice start for SpongeBob’s first foray into the party genre. He fits perfectly in this genre and I hope his second outing only improves on what was established here.

Official U.S. Playstation MagazineA decent kids' game, but only if you've got at least two people playing. [Jan 2006, p.99]
