    Best futuristic racing I have ever played. Original concepts. loop the loop is mad and also the huge vertical jumps and lots of speed boosts on the track. The tracks are colourful and the graphics are good. The controls are spot on and the game has tons of gameplay to keep you playing till the wee hours in the morning. Good music Fantastic game a must buy and a bargain at just $20.

    Although the game is very easy, is also very addicting. It is a very simple racing game with Speed Racer asthetics on, and that's it.
    The cars go super fast and that's the idea so really tough corners are absent making the game easy.
    You can destroy other cars in the track by spinning like in the movie again without losing momentum, that gives the player the will to bump other cars but    Although the game is very easy, is also very addicting. It is a very simple racing game with Speed Racer asthetics on, and that's it.

    You can also make alliances with other drivers during the championship like the movie, but that makes the race even easier and sometimes the driver chosen will say no.
    Too easy game, but still something will make you comeback once and awhile. The characters are on par with the movie, not the anime, the tracks and environment are really pretty.    … Expand

    All up though, Speed Racer is colourful, funny, has good music and the graphics still hold up on the aging PS2. In fact, I would go so far as to say Speed Racer makes a much better game than it does a movie.
