Oct 16, 2011The best part of this game is the girl on the cover. The driving sucks. The track sucks. And yes, I know this is PS2, but the graphics kind of sucked, too. A score of 1, because I couldn't play it more than 30 minutes until it became painful.

DanK.Mar 12, 2004I love this game! If you find GT3 too be too difficult then try this one. I call it "Gran Turismo for Dummies" Drive all of the great cars on all of the great tracks without having to be a technical expert.....have fun!!!

BrandenR.Dec 14, 2003Grand Turismo is Eye catching but is boring. R Racing the Game may not be as Grand as Grand turismo but they did a good Simulation racer game. Think of it this way Good recover from Ridge Racer V "that was horrible".

Dec 19, 2018It's about time I finally can play a rigid racer game on my Nintendo GameCube for the 1st time!

Jul 15, 2023The Ridge Racer V engine gets the Gran Turismo treatment introducing real cars, real tracks and a series of challenges as well as a career mode. Not as anal in its attention to detail as the GT games, but is more fun to play as a result. A good compromise between realism and arcade sensibilities.

Tries too hard to appeal to all types of racing fans, without ever feeling like a complete experience.
-
BoomtownThe game does, basically, offer lots of variety, a flat learning curve and a decent story mode for those that aren’t just looking for the latest in car physics.
-
A feature-lite driving simulator that neither offends nor excels in any particular area of design, and one that doesn't elicit a sense of excitement, rather a feeling of déjà vu.
