    The level of customization in Carbon is far superior to midnight clubs. You can't even compare. Where is canyon run and drift racing in midnight club? It's not there is it... fine drive in streets that look like LA and Tokyo etc.. but I don't think people really care about driving in LA or not.     This is one of the best Need For Speed games ever made. You can customize a car in many ways, and that's what i like the most about this game. The courses and challenges are fun, but it's not better than NFS Underground 2. Another thing that is really like are the realistic graphics on Need For Speed Carbon.

    This game and NFS Underground 2 are my two favourite street racing games.

    Its good game and I like modding cars, but the graphics are a bit scrappy and the cars glide to much over the roads, but otherwise, a good game.

    I bought the game and I played it as soon as I got home!, the game its self it great, the races are challenging and the carsused to race look realistic! Its a great game and recommend it to those who like racing games!

    I still think that that Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition is much better,just think about it NFS has 1 unknown town with streets like a racing tracks,Midnight Club has 3 proper city's(4 if you play Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition Remix),NFS has around 20 cars,Midnight Club has more then 50 cars(every on of them can be customized)+choppers,suvs,police cars and sport bikes.NFS limited amount of I still think that that Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition is much better,just think about it NFS has 1 unknown town with streets like a racing tracks,Midnight Club has 3 proper city's(4 if you play Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition Remix),NFS has around 20 cars,Midnight Club has more then 50 cars(every on of them can be customized)+choppers,suvs,police cars and sport bikes.NFS limited amount of customizations,Midnight Club has thousands and thousands of different customizations from vanils to rims.     I love this game! the drifting is so addicting and i personally think its kills midnight club 3 dub edition! the canyon races and new cars in the game are sick! if u like cars and drifting then this is a must buy!

    This game is insane! The graphics are crazy, the ways you can customize your vehicle are wonderful. Drifting is the best part of this game. It is ssssoooo frikin addicting!

    One thing I would like to get off my chest about the game is that there really isn't much of a difference between some of the previous NFS games. So we have yet another one. Need for Speed Carbon. When I first heard the name I thought oooh... the engines start and the racers are off in exhilarating speeds! but when i finally play the game it's so Most Wanted...     Extremamente facil no começo e extremamente dificil no final. Graficos estranhos, jogabilidade ruim, e pouca diversão. Need for Speed Carbon pra mim foi uma decepção.

    Carbon was the continuation of NFS: Most Wanted if i'm not mistaken, I loved Most Wanted, it was the best NFS game to date, I could describe Carbon in the same way as I did Most Wanted, however, you could skip the police chases , and they weren't needed to progress further in the game, I preferred the Most Wanted system, but even so, this game was great, and is the second best in the series.

Mechanicals are the same on NFSMW, races are still funny, but not so memorable as in this game or in NFSU and NFSU2. But the fact that you can conquer territory makes this game more funny, as running the cops and tunning the car which, alias, has more opitions than anotherHere the video-game car series were getting tiring, but still not got bad, as has been happened in NFS Pro Street.     Absolutely solid game. The customisation options in this title was infinitely superior to the previous Most Wanted, but it most certainly had a difficult hurdle to get past to even match such an amazing game. The story was surprisingly good and I did enjoy the night life environment of the game. Unfortunately, I felt that the characters didn't quite match up and weren't as memorable asAbsolutely solid game. But, the gameplay was very engaging and fun and the intensity of the canyon runs within story mode were pretty cool too. Graphics were quite good as well albeit sometimes tacky.

    Me gusta mas la simpleza del Juiced 2, pero asi y todo este juego es muy bueno, aunque los primeros Need for Speeds de la PS1 me gustaban mas porque eran mas al estilo árcade.

    This was the last NFS game on the PS2 and it's good. It's a sequel to "Most Wanted" and is very similar, but adds Canyon Events and Autosculpt. Unfortunately, the police chases are not too challenging. In "Carbon", you conquer territories by winning races. The graphics are not very impressive, but the gameplay is still fun. Series fans should enjoy it despite the lack of innovation. IThis was the last NFS game on the PS2 and it's good.     Need For Speed Carbon is still in 2019 the best Need For Speed experience you can get. It's the most enjoyable of all, especially because of the unique buddy system. You can have a AI partner with you that can be activated to support you during the races. He can block another racer so you can get past him. Other partners can guide you to shortcuts. I highly recommend this game If you want to have a really good time. It's definitely the best Need For Speed on the market, still in 2019. You do nothing wrong.… Expand

    Tolles Rennspiel, mit einem knackigen Schwierigkeitsgrad (nie Unfair). Auch die Tune Möglichkeiten sind spaßig.

    Il gioco presenta una progressione di gioco interessante che consiste nel conquistare i quartieri della città per poi sconfiggere i boss delle crew rivali. Anche noi faremo parte di una crew, con piloti dotati di particolari abilità che ci aiuteranno durante le corse. Se a    ITALIAN:

    Se a questo si aggiunge la polizia, le corse a tempo e le corse nei canyon con le protezioni rompibili si capisce quanto il gioco sia adrenalinico e divertente.

    Infine degno di nota anche il lato di personalizzazione dei veicoli, in quanto potremo posizionare a piacimento le aerografie e persino modificare le dimensioni degli elementi della carrozzeria.

    Un gioco davvero completo che però è stato prima oscurato dai leggendari Most Wanted e Underground 2 (usciti nei due anni precedenti) e poi bistrattato a causa dei brutti titoli successivi.

The good thing about that is, that it improves many aspects. The game dispenses the annoying lengths of MW and polishes the style of Underground. Also Carbon introduces great new ideas to the concept and always staysOlder NFS games never disappoint, just as Need For Speed Carbon.     I didn’t like this game at all. It’s not running well on the ps2. It focused more on graphic details than on gameplay.

    The drifting is an acquired taste (but it's good), the canyon duals are decent changes (though not great), and the crews...well, they suck. Of the myriad new features, the addition of muscle cars and the online functionality are the best.

    A great addition to the series for fans and probably a decent rental for most. While things have been upgraded and new elements added on, it’s still NFS and it still gets repetitive and boring after awhile. It’s like EA’s "Madden" of racing.
