If Sony doesn't care that crap like this is released for the PS2, they are going to start losing all respect and worse, consumers. You can already start to see a glimpse of the future and all I see right now is a big, green X.

With friends and the AI removed from the equation, it shines bright as an arcadey college hoops game for the fans; as a single-player recreation of the road to Final Four tournament, it lacks refinement and long-term replayability.

The X button rebounds the ball and also is the shoot button on offense. In the heat of a game, you often throw up shots by accident.

This is definitely a game that needs a little tweaking before it will ever become a serious PS2 franchise.

The game suffers from way too many AI and gameplay problems to be something that we could recommend, though, and the lack of key features that have become a staple in sports games, like a Dynasty mode, really hurts its overall value and appeal.
