    A good, but not great, interpretation of the Parker Brothers classic.

    EA has managed to produce a competent virtual version of the classic board game, but we still can't recommend it over buying the real thing. You get numerous boards and the questionable Get Rich Quick mode, but you lose so much by not being able to play the way you want.

    All in all, I found EA’s Monopoly unfulfilling and sterile Although the graphics are clean and crisp there is no ‘heart’ to it. But what I find most remarkable is that there is no online multi-player ability. Seeing it’s a multi-player game I would have thought that online play would be a logical extension.

    One of the best Monopoly games I have ever played it's a very fun to play by yourself and with your friends the gameplay never get's old andOne of the best Monopoly games I have ever played it's a very fun to play by yourself and with your friends the gameplay never get's old and the Graphics is the best for Monopoly you will ever see on the ps2 and there are so many mingames that are really fun and funny and the menu design is great and the sound is very good and not only is it a fun game to play alone but you can play up to 4 player split screen great for a party or for the family and there's so many board to unlock and the you unlock the boards is very cool… Full Review »

    I remember playing this with my friends, one million years ago or so. It was OK. I also remember, for some reason, that it had an on-line mode that was always empty. Watching that menu with exactly one person (me) made me feel for the first time what is nowadays called "liminal" feelings.… Full Review »
