    Even more gruesome and even more brutal. An extension of first game but because of the first game, the shock value of all the kills may not be as strong...

    A game that ultimately falls short of its goal, and has to settle for being a watered down, restrictive, ultra violent version of Grand Theft Auto 3 with poor camera angles.     I lately played manhunt 2 and I was surprised to see that it is a game from the same ompany that bought us the outstanding GTA series. In short the game has little if you compare it with the games that are coming out nowadays... It is verys hort, has an exceptinoally dumb AI and is so linear that it even puts games like resident evil series to shame..I mean everything is just where it isI lately played manhunt 2 and I was surprised to see that it is a game from the same ompany that bought us the outstanding GTA series.     It's all been done and by today's standards it's just plain ugly. Manhunt covered the general gist of the genre and Manhunt 2 does not change or update the formula. They have added new environmental kills but border lines on just sad and only freaks and ignorant children will enjoy it. Gameplay, is basically non existent if you don't enjoy pointless killings and graphics are just bad. Flat, gritty, smudged, pixelated and hard on the eyes.     A stylish and demented torture porn flick. If "Manhunt 2" was a movie, it would've been described as such. It also would've been filmed by "Hostel" director Eli Roth. This sequel to the controversial "Manhunt" was not made by the original creators, and it shows. It feels very much like a budget title. A direct-to-video sequel, if you will. A direct-to-video sequel, if you will. Nevertheless, the makers have stayed true to the original concept while making it even more revolting. In fact, Rockstar Games had to edit down the violence to earn an M rating. Having seen the uncut version, I can certainly agree with the original Adults Only rating. Like the original, this is a sick and twisted stealth game (with more guns) that pays homage to American horror flicks. While the first game referenced "The Most Dangerous Game", part II is a direct relative of "The Manchurian Candidate" and even pays tribute to Roth's "Hostel". Players use crossbows, hand guns and manhole covers to massacre the creepy gang members that stand in their way. Although not as good as the first, it still delivers sick entertainment like any low-budget slasher flick. 7.5 out of 10.… Expand

    Ohhhh man this game is real badass. You are massive murder that is looking for someone who is special to the character you play as. The game has the sounds of when picking up weapons or health packs, etc as in GTA III. The graphics look so darn classically awesome. Rockstar out did themselves with this I think. Some of the mission's take you to some disturbing places.

    Only thing I can    Ohhhh man this game is real badass. You are massive murder that is looking for someone who is special to the character you play as.     Only thing I can think of is it's a true AO (adult only) rated. Other games like GTA are worse, you would think but that is wrong. GTA has a more funfill and less disturbing story. GTA is like opening a box of you're favorite cereal in the morning and enjoying it, not because you can steal people's vehicles, run over people or create a homicide but because it is an open world and the story isn't all about needing to kill everyone you come across but you do it with a different feeling, like a joke. In Manhunt 2, everything looks and feels serious, more than in GTA because you are told to kill, kill, kill or stab, stab, stab where in GTA, totally different.

    El mundo tal y como te lo presenta esta segunda entrega sigue siendo igual de macabro, oscuro y retorcido, de la misma forma que nuestro mundo, y ese es el punto. Esta entrega te sumerge en las partes más oscuras de un mundo repleto de morbosidad y de violencia y te hace participe de ella. Pero tiene también otro punto.

    Manhunt 2 is a like a low-budget, straight-to-video sequel. It isn't as good as its predecessor and feels cheaply made. But it is somewhat enjoyable. Originally rated 'AO' for explicit violence, the game was even more controversial than the first. The killings and gore had to be censored (a stylish filter was used) in order for the game to be rated 'M'.     The game borrows the premise of The Manchurian Candidate and features a nerdy protagonist named Daniel Lamb who suffers from vivid hallucinations. His brain was experimented on by a shadowy organization so that he could act as an assassin in a moment's notice. The game also pays homage to Eli Roth's grisly Hostel. There is also a reference to San Andreas, the city from Rockstar's very own Grand Theft Auto series. However, this is easily the company's weakest effort. It's mindlessly entertaining, but lacks the quality of the best stealth titles. Despite its shortcomings, fans of the first Manhunt and horror movies should enjoy it.     На PS2 атмосфера более ламповая. Правда цензура говно полное, зачем такую игру вообще выпускать на консоли если её главную фишку цензурят?

    Nice stealth game but Manhunt 1 better and good story in the game and nice characters dialogue.

    fantastic game with lots of gore and executions. not better than the first one but still damn good. if you like gore and stealth this is the game to buy.

    manhunt 2 is one of the best ps2 games ever made gameplay and gore it is little bit short only like 3 hours of story but still a fun time playing this one

    Con una historia y gameplay perfectamente desarrollados, Manhunt 2 en definitiva se convierte en un videojuego tan profundo como perturbador para todos aquellos jugadores sencibles a la sangre. Sin embargo a la historia le faltaba mas pulido, confundiendo al jugador en varias ocasiones

    Very similar to Manhunt, but without the shocking factor (for obvious reasons). Some of my friends loved it, and that's how I saw the ending. I never beat the game, too boring.

    It's hardly the pinnacle of stealth games - the enemies are dumb, and there's not much to do aside from sneaking and killing - but if you're in the mood for something creepy and horrific that'll leave you feeling a little dirty, Manhunt 2's still-shocking murders and eerie, is-it-real-or-am-I-just-insane storyline won't disappoint.
