This is more fun and fast paced than a regular soccer game. Lots of shots, passing and cool moves. If you don't like this than trade in your balls.

I love the graphics on this game but the gameplay does get quite boring after a bit.

Should be more realistic but it is fun. It takes too much time when an opponent falls to the ground and the camera view is sometimes a bit tricky. But the game is really fun and has new features.

Terrible game, so inconsistent and even on easy mode the CPU still has a bigger advantage(beat tricks hardly "beat" them at all, but everytime they perform a trick, you're on the ground much loner than they are).

After the truly terrible original title in the FIFA Street series I never intended to play the sequel but was convinced by a friend to give it a go because it was 'Much better'.

I won't deny that it is an improvement. The truly irritating announcer and awful music has been replaced and there is more of a flow to the gameplay with the tricks and skills being better integrated into the actual soccer side of things. Unfortunately however it is still simply not particularly fun to play with the gameplay primarily involving the waggling of the analogue sticks in order to perform tricks and winning still require little to no skill.

If you want to play Soccer on your PS2 just buy the regular FIFA games or Pro Evolution Soccer instead and give this one a miss.

The game was well Yummy to play as a child but when you realize that you grew up, you see that there's several bug him. How to lease the dribble when you make a player, or when you celebrate a goal, and then you stumble on someone DO NOTHING! But this game was GREAT for my taste at the time. Congratulations EA Games, unfulfilled football fields, in the game in our country (BR)!! :D

Much more impressive than a normal soccer game with all those impressive passes, dribbles and shots. The PS2 multitap adapter works, but in a very weird way for no reason and you need four Dualshock 2 controllers for a 4-player experience. Apart from that, its a unique soccer game to kill time playing casually with your friends.

The premise is great and the series needs to come back PROPERLY but this entry is held back by a few things. - The biggest issue is that the game takes control away from the player far too often and far too long when a player gets ‘beat’. - The camera makes long passes to your player at the back impractical as you’re unable to see if the opponent is in a position to intercept, making itThe premise is great and the series needs to come back PROPERLY but this entry is held back by a few things. - The biggest issue is that the game takes control away from the player far too often and far too long when a player gets ‘beat’. - The camera makes long passes to your player at the back impractical as you’re unable to see if the opponent is in a position to intercept, making it more difficult to build up satisfying combos - Doesn’t seem to be any indication to whether your opponent is going to counter your ‘beat’ or not, sometimes they just do and ruin your combo. - The keeper AI is absolutely awful
    - Players will run up to the ball but it won’t register that you’ve taken possession so your player will run straight past the dead ball
    - Tackling is annoying and your player never seems to shoulder barge in the direction you’re expecting them to

I remember the third game for 360 being infinitely better, but as it’s unavailable to purchase on any platform it seems this gem is lost forever.

It's not a crap title. However, the sport of soccer doesn't translate as well as basketball to this arcade style of play. The fun factor isn't as high. This is partially due to the over-emphasis on tricks, which remove the actual game of soccer, and it's also due to the game's mechanics.

Bad controls, horrible voice-over (it's just as cliche as it was last time), and the trademark and annoyingly pervasive EA Radio will tax not only your brain, but also your ears. Soccer may be a beautiful game, but it's about time to kick FIFA Street 2 to the gutter.
  3. I appreciate that they expanded the tricks, and added some real players to the mix. And the new Gamebreaker is nice. But overall the trick controls are just as difficult, if not more, than the first game. And not having online gameplay is a big big big issue for me.
