    I was forced to play this game in German. the CIA should use this to torture their captives. This is the most infernal and evil video game I have ever played. My ears will never be the same. Nor will my soul.

    Compared to many other games, "Alvin and The Chipmunks" is a disgrace. In an attempt to live The Chipmunks' performing career, they failed, big time. The game is very sloppy and poorly made. When playing a song, The Chipmunks aren't even moving their mouths! Very unrealistic, indeed. Including the fact that the game is VERY repetitive. All you do is click the L1, L2, R1, or R2 buttons asCompared to many other games, "Alvin and The Chipmunks" is a disgrace. In an attempt to live The Chipmunks' performing career, they failed, big time. The game is very sloppy and poorly made. When playing a song, The Chipmunks aren't even moving their mouths! Very unrealistic, indeed. Including the fact that the game is VERY repetitive. All you do is click the L1, L2, R1, or R2 buttons as brightly colored stars come at each target. Very simple, very time consuming. In the end, it receives a 3 from me, since I'm sure it would be mildly appealing to some younger fans.… Expand

    I bought this game for my six year old grandson, who thinks it's "okay"; however, compared with other games he has I personally think its cheap and rubbishy. Certainly not worth £19.99. Visually its very disappointing. Kids like lots of colour; this was like watching a line drawing with three 3d characters plonked in the middle (to keep you happy I suppose). I feel cheated.     Jaw-droppingly bad on every level, Alvin and the Chipmunks will only ruin a child's day with its horrible design choices which totally destroy the experience. The interface is clunky and is not suited for it. The graphics look awful, and there were games on the PSone and N64 that looked better.     This game is the best, i love this game so much that i could pay for it a hundred times over and still enjoy it, if this game had in-game payments i'd get them all. i cannot wait for the sequel to come out!11!

    I hated every part of this game the songs were annoying and my ears are yet to recover and everything about it looked cheap but I loved watching thic Theodore

    When you can't fail a song, your character models don't even seem to be performing while tracks are playing in the background, and there's no impact on how the Chipmunks play, you realize that this is a weak attempt at cashing in on the upcoming movie, and it's being sold at full price instead of at a discount, no less.

    Though largely inoffensive in its sloppiness, Alvin and the Chipmunks amounts to a forgettable budget title priced like a premium release this holiday season - as if you needed another reason to abstain from it.
