If you like slo-motion killcams and killing thousands of zombies for no reason and the adventure of a linear world than Zombie Army Trilogy is for you!

Alright, this can be fun to play, especially with friends, but it's linear, very linear. Just like Sniper Elite III with zombies. Sniper Elite II was pretty cool. Much better than Sniper Elite III. Anyways, this has all the zombie games

Much better than Sniper Elite III. Anyways, this has all the zombie games from the Sniper Elite series in one package. It adds a horde mode which has been done SO MANY TIMES. It doesn't spice it up at all either. It's just-- horde mode. Again, can be fun with friends.

It does include 8 different characters to choose from. 4 males, 4 women. None of them have special ability's to make them stand out. Just different appearance.

All in all, it's worth picking up for 20 dollars whether you play online or solo, it's kinda fun.

It's gameplay was one of the best gameplay experiences of my life. Some people might say the plot and story is boring but if you come to actual gaming then the mechanics are pretty decent.

if you wanna play single player, its bad!
1> story line sucks, just plain text objectives. no input of other characters, mindless gameplay...story is a zero! just go and kill and go and kill
2> repetitive gameplay...same thing over and over again 3> weapons! all work the same... 4> you get like 3 seconds to search the dead... if you wanna just kill mindless zombies over and over

Just what I wanted in 2015. I liked "Dying Light" and this is in every way hundreds of times better than that. "Cult Classic" means it is pretty bad ass and so it is.

Multiplayer is done right , play with 2-4 players on a quick match or host a private game to play with friends but either way you play it , its gonna be really awesome . As for single player , it really starts to demand quick and smart decisions making every bullet count ! The all new Horde mode provides you with unlimited waves of the undead and weapons , traps and more guts around the floor . This mode is preferably very unique when you play it with friends since it will demand strategy and good teamwork if you want to reach waves 10+.

Overall , this games is really fun , zombie bosses are really challenging but a good zombie game always consists of bosses . If you are a zombies fan then you're gonna love it , i play this on pc and my ps4 and yeah i bought it for both because it is insanely fun to dismember heads and limbs .

Great fun for a few hours, just like 1&2 I'm sure it'll be replayable a few months later - would be nice if you could buy it cheaper without the first two included but no doubt marketing genius will release that version later.
Remember, its more of a Brucey Bonus fun little side game than a full on super triple or quadruple or whatever the heck they're called these days.

I have no experience with the main Sniper Elite series, but I felt inspired to get Zombie Army Trilogy for myself and my friends some time ago after watching Mr. Sark's amusing playthrough of it. While shooting nazis, zombies and even nazi zombies is nothing new, I think ZAT represents a refinement of such. ZAT has the soul of a cooperative game, unlike Call of Duty's zombies spinoff, which still tries to shoehorn competitive elements in to the gameplay.

As a spinoff of a game about sniping, ZAT has the unique quality of having you use a sniper rifle as your primary weapon, with a choice of secondarys from among various submachine guns, shotguns and the panzerfaust, and a choice of pistols for backup. I recommend the Webley. Depending on the difficulity you're playing on, you must take into account things like bullet drop, wind speed and your character's heartrate when shooting, and giving you prone stance as well as crouching. You can also adjust the density of the zombies.

This standalone release of Zombie Army includes the first two episodes that were add-ons to Sniper Elite 2, as well as a new third episode with new enemies, more interesting level design and better writing, and is overall a superior experience, though the first two are hardly bad, just very straightforward.

Overall, ZAT is not a flashy or unique game, but it offers solid four-player coop third-person shooting, lots of explosives and multi-kill opportunities, and the ability to play as the cast of the Left 4 Dead games if that floats your boat. And, well, you get to shoot zombie Hitler in the face. I'd say that's worth the asking price.

Zombie Army Trilogy packs in the updated versions of the first two games, plus an extra third installment. I haven't actually tried out the original games, so I can't really compare how the remastered ones stack up.

I've spent some time with the other two popular co-op zombie games from back in the day - Killing Floor and Left 4 Dead. Now, here I am diving into the third member of the crew: Zombie Army Trilogy. Gotta admit, I think I like the most this one. Those slow-mo kills, although more of a thing in single-player, they're pretty darn cool. The shooting and offing zombies, that sense of satisfaction carries through all three games in this bundle.

The story they're weaving across the trilogy is worth a nod, but honestly, you don't need to dissect it to enjoy the game. Still, I've gotta hand it to them, the whole setting and backstory they've put together is pretty neat. I mean, who wouldn't get a kick out of mowing down Nazi zombies and even facing off against a zombified Hitler? It's not something you need to think too hard about, but it hooks you in.

But hold up, here's something to keep in mind if you've got pals in Germany. The game's got some censorship going on there. You know how Germany does its thing. Don't know how deep, but for instance, they swap out the Swastika for a different emblem. Bit ridiculous, I know. So, while your buddies see the Swastika, you're stuck with something else. Can't blame the game for that, though - it's just Germany being itself.

Putting the German stuff aside, Zombie Army Trilogy is a pretty solid co-op survival game. I'm definitely digging it. The way they've put everything together, it's got my thumbs up.

Great game. My recommendation is this. Play Sniper Elite 2 and then play the zombie army trilogy. It is so neat to see all the places before and after the zombie event. Absolutely great games. If you wait for a Steam sale, you can get both pretty cheap too. You will have a month of fun and great memories. The entire Sniper Elite series is worth the money.

it has a great soundtrack but the game is monotonous and very difficult, it was made to play with 4 people and I played alone, I think playing with someone the fun must be great

The problem with Rebellion’s whole zombie series is that the developers were unable to supplement their great sniping mechanics with equally good content, so gameplay quickly becomes repetitive, even tedious. I can’t imagine anyone completing all three campaigns in single player mode. Co-op is more enjoyable, which is not a surprise, as the whole game was designed around it. [05/2015, p.48]

Zombie Army Trilogy is a collection of three standalone expansions of Sniper Elite that finds its true meaning in the online co-op, while in single player the three chapters of this Nazi hell are quiet boring.

Zombie Army Trilogy may not do much new in the grand scheme of things, but everything that it does, it does well. Shooting is fun and engaging. The story is slightly silly but it keeps everything together. Enemies are varied and make enjoyable targets. Horde mode is an absolute blast that really makes the multiplayer portion of Zombie Army Trilogy stand out as the true champion.
