With over 9,000 cards at our disposal as well as being able to relive the anime, Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution is everything I could have hoped for. Sure, there are some elements and annoyances that hold the experience back but overall there’s a ton of content and fans should be plenty satisfied.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution may not be the best Yu-Gi-Oh! game, but it actually is the most complete of all of them. It boasts more than 10,000 cards, and plenty of hours worth of gameplay.

A game to pass the time with a few games, nothing to blow your mind. When will the day come for a Yu-Gi-Oh game with a good story?

I thought about buying the game to play single player, but it was still a huge disappointment.
I thought it might be fun to go through the whole story and play with a proper deck.
Two big problems in my plan:
1st The game is extremely slow, compared to unofficial simulators like YGO, to open a booster pack it has a nice animation, however it cannot be skipped which takes a LONG time to open 10, 15 booster packs.
2nd The decks in story mode are very weak which makes everything very easy for those who are used to playing against BOTS in unofficial simulators. Anyone who is used to playing ranked has to stay far away from this game.

In short, I did it, but I dragged myself along and regretted not asking for a refund within the deadline.
