    A fun game; I didn’t run into any problems with bugs that some people reported, perhaps they’ve been ironed out by now. Yeah it’s a little PC but not as bad as people are complaining.

    5. Sound and voice are stellar

    CONS:
    1. Uninteresting main character (handsome though)
    2. Suffered some performance issues

    Very good game that keeps to it's roots. The graphics are great and what is the most fun is that this is a true first person shooter I've played since the last wolfenstein came out.
    The story is good, the animations, script, gameplay is great. There is a slight sjw element in this but thank god it's not overbearing.
    Best of all, no microtransactions, no lootboxes and no bs. Just a FPS    Very good game that keeps to it's roots. The graphics are great and what is the most fun is that this is a true first person shooter I've played since the last wolfenstein came out.

    I also love the heavy metal / rock music that plays throughout the game. The credits are great, I know it's weird I'm praising credits but the music mix is great at the end.

    Its annoying to see so many negativ reviews because its not a racist friendly game and so many dumb people think this game promotes communism. Capitalism is killing more people and so many suffer. And I love those morons who give a negative review because its not running on their rigs at the moment. At least be so decent and change it after that has changed.     This game follows on perfectly from the first and improves on almost all aspects that may have let the first game down slightly. Now to people that say no multiplayer......... just **** off.......yep simply put **** off, you knew this game was not going to have multiplayer so using that as a detractor is like buying a car knowing it's a three door and then complaining to the manufacturer that it doesn't have five,which quite simply makes you sounds a remtard short of trying to bite your own ear off while trying to use your fingers to touch your wrists.

    My hat goes off to the developers who have poured time, effort and love in to this game and have created something that hasn't been seen in modern gaming for the last 20 years,and with the recent craze of loot boxes, DLC and season passes suffocating games in a cloud of greed it's a welcome change for a developer to show how things should be done, so please support games like these and hopefully EA, Ubisoft and other "AAA" developers will take note and stop producing games for the sole purpose of testing how tight they can squeeze their consumers ****

    Wow. What a game. A wild ride from the begining till the end. The focus on the single player campaign paid off and delivered an experience as intense on action as doom, and as intricate on the storyline as bioshock.

    Highly recommended.

    This game is phenomenal. It tells a terrific story and is visually stunning. It seems the negative attention it's receiving is from A) morons who think it is a SJW statement masked as a game. B) (and this one is even more absurd) terribly optimised. To address both, no it is not a SJW    I just felt I HAD to give this game a review here to offset ever so slightly all the morons.

    To address both, no it is not a SJW peice, it is rather condemning of a Nazi ideology though so if that makes you uncomfortable maybe have a conversation with yourself.

    And secondly, the game is about as well optimised and polished a release on PC this year, hell even the last few years. Both this and Destiny 2 are fantastic examples of how to leverage the power of PC and deliver a visually stunning experience, with performance that scales very well across various configurations.

    The gunplay is fantastic, story is engaging, visual and aural presentation is phenomenal...honestly a standout title of the year. The current 5.6 user rating it has on metacritic is sadly a reflection of the community of gamers and not at all representative of the quality of this title    … Expand

    Best story shooter in 2017! Loved it from the beginning! I don't know what issues other have with the performance, but on my GeForce 670 it works perfectly. And I also don't see problem with the politics in this game. Politics are in new COD WOW, when they tell you that only americans won WOW II alone. The dumbest COD.     I came here to see how the score would be for this great game! And i found it was only 6.8??!! How did this happen? Ive been buying and playing every wolfenstein game in order here in 2022. (started with rtcw)

    Great gunplay, great performance, great story. What more can you want in a shooter? Really enjoying it so far. The alternate history is cool, and the characters are interesting. Definitely recommend buying.

    I really dont get the hate here at all. The game is just awesome. Right amount of weapons and gameplay that gives a rush of adrenaline and a sense of acheivement. Story is very good, i seldom play fps for story but this game made me really care and some moments really kept me on my toes. I love this game and whole heartedly recommend it.

    This is an awesome game; I liked the previous one, and this one is even better. The combat is so visceral, much better than most shooters. I want a gun that feels real, not a pea shooter, and this game delivers. The graphics are fine--not the best, particularly in cutscenes, but they're still quite good. I didn't have any technical problems.

    As for the political stuff--I enjoy killing    This is an awesome game; I liked the previous one, and this one is even better. The combat is so visceral, much better than most shooters.     An outstanding game. Flawless smooth gameplay at 4k 60fps on my system (4790k gtx1080ti) on uber settings and it looks spectacular. (apart from screen tearing initially which was solved by setting in game fps limit to match screen hz).
    The story and gameplay are really well done, I loved the characters and wandering around listening to the npc chatter. Well written and entertaining. The    An outstanding game. Never thought much of the new Wolfenstein games before but started with The New Order the other day and went right on to The Old Blood and just finished The New Colossus.. Absolutely one of the best games series I've played so far. Totally love it! Can not waitHoly crap, what a fantastic game! Just a.w.e.s.o.m.e graphics, intense gameplay and the Story is so over the top it's a must play!     Best shooter in years, I cannot begin to describe the joy I felt playing this game. You could feel the heart, soul, and love of every little bit of thought out detail in this game.     Killing Nazis is even more fun when the story provides context through character growth, conflict and excellent voice acting. There are some corny bits and the story does go in some controversial directions just by virtue of it's subject matter combined with the current social/political atmosphere. Which is an alarming situation that has nothing to do with this game but a sad    Wow!

    The graphics don't seem to match the toll they take on performance but I really dig the style which serves the setting very well and creates a nearly perfect realization of location, tone and feel. Nothing feels out of place except the resistance, Perfect!

    It took about 20 minutes to disable the Vulcan bits that don't jive well on NVIDIA cards. Finding the fix was only one search and 2 clicks away.

    Much like Doom and The New Order, the devs don't overthink the gameplay. Kill bad guys, move the story, rinse repeat. While every other AAA game today lives or dies by it's open world combined with coop MP and pointless loot boxes containing fashionable armor designed to shoehorn an RPG in to pad gameplay, Wolfenstein 2 keeps it simple while achieving mechanical mediocrity on a grand scale and I love it!

    I give it a solid 8:
    + Gameplay is exciting
    + The setting is perfectly realized and eerily topical (weird times we live in, not games fault)
    + The story keeps the action honest throughout. The stakes always feel high.
    - Performance. There are easy fixes for NVIDIA users. I hate to subtract for this. PC gaming can be complicated but great power requires great responsibility, which equals amazing results. But I wish it had an NVIDIA button that disables the Vulcan bits that don't jive well on Maxwell/Pascal. I'm sure this will be patched but this is the current state.

    Final score goes to 10 for offending snowflakes. Where were all these people when Mafia 3 came out?    … Expand

    After the first update the game works now smoothly have not had a problem yet with R9 290 at 1080p Ultra settings. Some of you may still have problem but I am speaking for me and my hardware.

    Well written, evocative story elements help fill in the back story of Blasko and his band of renegades. Great gun play and set pieces make this a must buy for any fan of the original game. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Great game, takes all the great things from the new order and greatly improves on them. This game goes along way In proving games don’t need online to be amazing fun, and the single player in this is fantastic.

    Shooting is super tight and feels great, a little slow paced but very satisfying. Gorgeous, great story, lots of dead nazis and salty incels. If you liked Doom or the Wolfenstein reboot you'll like this

    What more could you ask for? You get to kill Nazis in style. Solid gameplay, great graphics, and Nazi killing! If you can't afford the game just yet, pass some time watching videos of Nazis getting punched online. And remember, the only good Nazi is a dead one!

    Also, frankly, it was great fun hitting “alt-right” nazis and KKK with an axe. The fact that killing NAZIS is    I loved this game and had no technical issues with it at all.     It's been a long time since I enjoyed a FPS as much as I did the New Colossus, I would place it right up near the top with some of the best ever FPS like Half life 2, Bioshock & Halo.

    Anyone who's allowing their own petty political views to taint their opinions on this or stop them from playing altogether deserves to miss out.

    This game is way better than the original. With much improved graphics, and a halfway decent storytelling. This game brings back memories for me. I would buy it just for the nostalgia.

    The New Colossus is amazing. No more buggy than any other PC game at this point. Nothing is perfect in this game, but everything is amazing. Can't wait for the next MachineGames game.

    Great game. I have absolutely no idea why this game has such poor user reviews. It's one of the best games of 2017. It's a must have. Fantastic story, gameplay and characters. It's funny at parts and absolutely brutal in others. Highly recommended.

    Great Experience. Love killing Nazis! I don't get why there are so many reviews complaining about bugs and performance issues. I'm running this game on ultra settings at 1080p and I'm getting constant 144 fps+ with no frame drops with an i5-4690K and GTX 1080.

The only thing that very annoyed me was the excessive stretched mockery of the "whiskered villain" in the space base. They made him too... dumb.     Really beautiful, great shooter, can play it with stealth or Doom style.
    Good duration and replay value.

    - A wonderful game that ran smooth as silk for me. A lot of reviews seem to suggest otherwise so I might just have been lucky (hell I never even bothered updating my graphics drivers lol).
    - Excellent gun-play
    - Weapon customisation and a perk system that rewards your particular play style
    - Some really gorgeous looking levels
    - Decent challenging FPS experience that forces you to react quickly making it an adrenaline fueled delight to work your way through.    … Expand

    Everyone should learn how to correctly install a videocard driver before downvoting this game.
    I must have a magic PC, because running the latest nvidia drivers, the game runs silky smooth without bugs and glitches 150+ fps on max settings everywhere.
    The game itself is fun, definitely better for me than new order. I recommend it. Edit: the endig was a little bit meh

    I love this game.
    I love this gunplay and cutscene dialogues, those little scenes on submarine and most bad ass protagonist ever aka Blazcovitz so much I will ignore horrible optimisation and sjw pandering.
    Seriously, that was even better than TNO.
    p.s. oh and playing Wolf 3D while playing new Wolf game..? That's incredible!

    Everything that one was hoping from a Wolfenstein sequel. Absolutely stellar game. Mick Gordon has done yet another fantastic soundtrack. The characters are great and the story is wonderfully over the top again.

    Haven't had a single performance issue with a medium tier PC

In fact, they have improvised it, when you opt for Glory Kill from front, the NPCs will try to attack you automatically, for instance when you click glory kill, the NPCs will try to kick you and you'll grab his leg and will chop it off, and so on...

    - Even the cutscenes are great.

    - Great acting and dialogues - for instance main villain, supported NPCs (check-out the strawberry milkshake scene), BJ Blazkowitch monologues, and so on...

    - Good music

    - Enough of aww moment, such as riding the dog, beheading, some great fight sequence, etc.

    Cons
    - there are a few fps dips
    - game freezes a few times
    - only single player, yet this is what this game was meant to be.

    I've almost completed the game, so far it is all great. Didn't regret playing any of it.

    On the other hand, what i found here that AC Origins got a lot of 10/10 user ratings, this let me doubt that whether AC Origins is paying people / bots to rate their product better and Wolfenstein with the low grade. For instance, most user review for Wolf.. they criticize about the storyline / politics and stuff. On the other hand for AC origins, the reviews that i've read such as the game works great on FX 8350 with GTX 1050ti on auto detect graphics settings, buying it from uplay instead of steam, makes the game run more smoother, uplay offers rewards so no need to pay for perks, and so on...

    I would strongly recommend people to go for this game, don't go with the user ratings that you see here, play for yourself and judge. I would give it 9 coz of a few graphical issues that i've faced.    … Expand

    Awesome! Well-written, immersive story even if it is a little bit short. I finished the game in 8-9 hrs which is a little bit short for me and nothing really new compared to the previous installments. but that's okay because it is still a Wolfenstein game and it should be.
    Good job Bethesda, maybe make the next game at least 10-12 hrs long.

We get a way more realistic setup and also the characters around us also feel more real then the games before, which felt more like a dumb Duke Nukem vs Nazis, without losing the dark humor Wolfenstein always had

    Lol. So much low spec crying babies. I have 2 years old graphic card and didn't notice any problems, except crashes, which were fixed after drivers updating. This game has great graphics, funny characters and dynamic gameplay, but if you have a **** pc then you'll be frustrated like all these haters.

It goes very well in the settings of occupied U.S. of A. as, surprise surprise, there were (and are) a lot of black people in the country. Deal with it you racist pricks.
    Story is not too complicated but well executed. The cruelty of Frau Engel and her band of morons gave me shiver up my spine. The readable documents nicely contributed to the complexity of the world and pictured the nazi hate to untermenschen and their total lack of care for the lives of non-nazis, which were treated as livestock.
    Gameplay is nicely fast paced and fluent as in the previous games.
    I would give it a 10, but it seems that they focused primarily on the story and forgot to implement boss battles or any remarkable enemies.
    All in all a very good game which could be better if there were bosses or any other notable (and killable) enemy characters other than Frau Engel which you also see like 3 times total.

    Also Hitler gave it a zero. That means it cannot be bad ;)    … Expand

I am far from finished but even at this stage I can say without doubt that for me personally this may be the best PC video game I have ever played, at least so far. This was unexpected. 'Wolfenstein' is an old franchise. One with a wonderful pedigree for sure but by now I thought that perhaps I had tired of shooting nazis and storming wildly imaginative military industrial complexes. I was wrong.

    The first thing that surprised me is both the depth of the story line and the emotional nuance of the characters. Our hero B.J. Blazkowicz is introduced us through a series of memories from a childhood that is unpleasant to put it mildly. I really like the back story and how we learn it as a frame to his current attitude. But the story line from there only gets deeper and more involved. I haven't cared this much about a character or story line since Vampire Masquerade all the way back in 2004.

    This serves to makes some of the plot changes and 'Game of Thrones' like deaths that much of a shock when they occur. For shocks there are. Be prepared for decapitations and violence on an epic scale. But these are built into the story and game play brilliantly. For this is a thoroughly enjoyable game to play as well as experience. The stealth/melee attacks as as good or better for example as those in 'Far Cry' whilst upgrade able weapons and ranged attacks offer variable options in how to progress levels.

    I also really like the way that sometimes when it seems impossible to make progress, for example after many failed attempts to jump to a rescue, I had to finally realize that I really wasn't meant to escape that way. Pausing, rethinking years of standard game play, I found alternatives ways to move forward. This is refreshing and Machine Games deserve kudos for taking a fresh approach.

    There is also much humour in the game. I laughed out loud to find one nazi officer in his room with a VR headset on oblivious to the carnage going on around him. Another time you get to over hear an enemy celebrate finding a working toilet. These lighter moments are terrific and add enormously to the games enjoyment. I would not describe the scene with Hitler the same way but it was still amazing. This was the first FPS game where I had to grab a pen and paper to write down and memorize an actors lines. That too made me smile.

    If I could ask for more it would have been for more outside, open levels. At one point we come across a parade of nazi soldiers. It would have been enormous fun to wreck havoc with that. All in all this is a wonderful game and for those like myself that may feel the best days of the FPS are over I am pleased to say that this is not so. This game is really terrific.    … Expand

    Честно говоря я даже не знаю с чего и начать, с того что я разочарован или с того что это один из самых хороших шутеров, что я когда либо играл. Я не буду упоминать Нью Ордер, просто не буду, так как это не имеет смысла.
    Вся игра представляет собой запуск миссии из подобия коммандного центра, но в тоже время остается полностью линейной, к тому же сильно    Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
    Честно говоря я даже не знаю с чего и начать, с того что я разочарован или с того что это один из самых хороших шутеров, что я когда либо играл. Я не буду упоминать Нью Ордер, просто не буду, так как это не имеет смысла.
    Вся игра представляет собой запуск миссии из подобия коммандного центра, но в тоже время остается полностью линейной, к тому же сильно удобрена длинными катсценами. К шутерной механике я не имею никаких претензий, это вариативно, апгрейды оружия, улучшения перков в зависимости от стиля игры и так далее. Музыка мне лично очень сильно напоминает Дум. Левел дизайн сделан на высочайшем уровне.
    И вот на этом плюсы к сожалению и заканчиваются.
    Но вот тут начинается самое интересное - сюжет. Игра несет игрока через гущу событий так быстро насколько это максимально возможно и знаете ради чего? Чтобы абсолютно позорно и глупо слится к концовке. Я не буду спойлерить концовку, но она, честно, убогая. Она просто никакая. Все эти сюжетные вау моменты и крутости некоторых постановочных сцен просто нивелируются этой странной концовкой. (Стоит кстати отметить, что тема Гитлера раскрыта очень хорошо, запоминается так сказать).
    И вот теперь мы так плавно подходим к технической части. И вот тут тоже полный, кхм, ужас. Я не буду ничего говорить про производительность, однако мне бы хотелось знать указанные рекомендованные для каких настроек? 970~1060 и эта самая 970 не держит стабильных 60 на ультра, не говоря уже про убер или мейне либе. Вылетов, крашей и зависаний как у ораторов в отзывах я не наблюдал, поэтому скорее всего опять компы через одно место собрали и ноют, однако лично у меня была иногда проблема что во время взрывов вместо эффекта собственно взрыва было большое черное пятно на экране, не знаю в чем причина. Потом не совсем понимаю смысла выпускать игру исключительно на вулкане, ведь есть видеокарты этот самый вулкан не поддерживающие, но который спокойно бы вытянули бы игру в 720п на минималках. Почему не дать выбор меж опенгл и вулкан, как это реализовано в думе? Не понимаю.
    В целом игра на 910, но концовка очень сильно портит впечатление.    … Expand

A more open-worldy approach that facilitate infiltration and allows for a wider variety of approaches. I also liked that the devs did not compromise on the politically incorrectness of the first Wolfenstein in order to attract a wider public

    Cons: BJ is weak in this game, pathetically weak. Unlike the first game, where you could charge groups of ennemies and tackle them quite easlily, a few of them will overwhelm you fast here and you'll get killed pretty quickely. This negates part of the fun that comes from the wider maps approach, and can sometimes be infuriating.

    Spoil: also, the part on Venus was obvioulsy rushed, and not nearly as good as the part on the Moon in The New Order.    … Expand

    Overall seems like an improved version of Wolfenstein - The New Order. Has good replay value.

    I don't like the new weapon switching, but got used to it.

    I experienced FPS drops/glitches where sometimes when I load the game I would get 1/3rd the normal FPS.

    Sound quality isn't great, similar to the previous game.

    Almost a masterpiece for me. One biggest issues I have with this game was a backtracking....
    Everything else like graphics, atmosphere and story is outstanding :)
    DON'T BUY DLS - not worth :)

    I thought this game was excellent, decent stealth, fun gameplay, excellent level design. The story is pretty good, they certainly jump the shark at a certain point, but raising the stakes is always a good thing in a pulpy, campy game like this IMO.

    This game is the best Wolfenstein game I have played and it is better than Wolfenstein: The New Order in every way. People are complaining about performance issues but I ran it great with a mid-tier setup.

    Ve oynanış süresine gelirsek 6-7 saate bitirdim geçen oyun gibi dolu dolu gamepasstede var oynayın

    Hikayesine gelirsek :Oyunun hikayesi New Order’ın bittiği yerden başlıyor bu yüzden de hikayeye hiç yabancılık çekmiyorsunuz. Ana karakteri B.J. Blazkowicz, General Strasse ile verdiği kavgadan çok ağır yaralarla birlikte kurtulmayı başarıyor fakat arkadaşlarının kurtulması için kendisi arkada kalmayı göze alıyor ve arkadaşlarına bulunduğu üssü bombalamasını söylüyor. Sonrasında ise kendini yavaş yavaş ölmeye hazırlıyor fakat Blazkowicz’in arkadaşları Blazkowicz’in fedakarlık yapmasına müsade etmiyor ve geri dönüp Blazkowicz’i kurtarmayı seçiyorlar. Bu seçenek her ne kadar riskli olsa da arkadaşları Blazkowicz’i başarılı bir şekilde kurıyor ve Nazilerden çaldıkları U-Boat’a dönmeyi başarıyorlar. Durumu ağır olan Blazkowicz 5 ay kendine gelemiyor ve komada kalıyor. Kendine geldiğinde ise Nazilerin saldırısı ile karşı karşıya kalıyor. Strasse ile verdiği kavga sonrası hayatta kalacağını bile ummayan Blazkowicz, hissettiği tüm acılara rağmen bunları görmezden gelip yaptığı en iyi işi yapmaya devam ediyor; Nazi öldürmek. Blazkowicz ve arkadaşlarına saldıran general ise New Order’da ağzını yamulttuğumuz Frau Engel’in ta kendisi. Strasse’nin ölümü sonrası Blazkowicz tüm Nazilerin düşmanı oluyor ve hepsinin gözünde Terror-Billy ismiyle bir numaralı terörist konumuna yükseliyor. Blazkowicz’in Engel ile olan geçmişi ve Engel’in önemli bir general olduğu göze alındığında Terror-Billy’i yakalama görevinin kendisine verilmiş olması gayet normal görünüyor. İlk karşılaştıklarında elinden kaçırdığı Blazkowicz’i bu sefer yakalamaya niyetli olan Frau Engel, ekibin U-Boat’una Nazilerin elindeki en güçlü savaş aracı ile saldırıp Blazkowicz’in arkadaşlarını esir alıyor ve Blazko’nun yumuşak karnına basıyor.     Reading the "Most Helpful" reviews, I see people from 2017 complaining about performance issues and bugs but when I played all 3 games back in 2021 this one seemed to perform the best for me actually.

    I love the newly rebooted Wolfenstein franchise (excluding the fourth game). If you're thinking about playing this game for the first time, then first play the game and then read all the negative comments from those b1tches and decide for yourself.    … Expand

    I thought the crazy bits were genuniely creative and well done, but the "serious" bits were very superficial, boring and drawn out. The characters, although plentiful, were one-dimensional and I didn't really care about any of them.

    The game itself is a lot of fun. Visually it looks great and runs very well, the controls feel good and the shooting is satisfying. Given the crazy unrealistic setting the enemies could have been a bit more diverse, particularly in terms of strategy, but they're still quite fun. The stealth mechanic is very questionable but luckily not forced.

    7/10 for the story (5/10 for the "serious" parts and 9/10 for the crazy parts)

Again, the formula is very much the same with the core mechanics and game design untouched. Subtle things like the characters, animations, voice acting and movement is so natural it's unbelievable. Watching the characters talk and move feels so much more natural and realistic than any other video game I've ever played. The added abilities and perks and upgrades are very welcome, as is the more immersive story and brutal violence. This is Wolfenstein on steroids, with some Saints Row level crazy antics. It's shocking. It's comical. It's badass. It's a rich game world (some of the collectibles' references to Donald Trump are hilarious). It's fast-paced and action-packed. What more could you want!?

    On a technical level, the game also runs well and looks great, though it requires some tweaking to get the best out of it. After much experimentation, I'm managing to achieve a stable 60 FPS using mixed settings (mostly on Ultra) with a GTX 1060 6GB, i5-3470, 12GB DDR3-1600 MHz RAM at 4K (2160p) resolution (albeit with 42% resolution scale)! Though to be honest, the game doesn't look significantly better than Wolfenstein The New Order, and that's coming form someone who played it on Xbox One (though it was one of the first and only shooters to achieve 1080p60 on console, at least at the time). The only real complaint with the graphics is the unsually low texture quality. Perhaps this is a bug or some graphics setting but the textures are definitely inconsistent in quality both between and within levels.

    Finally I have to give this game much praise for something absurdly simple yet practically a godsend: the loading times. I have it installed on an external 7200 RPM hard drive, and it is a big game obviously. Yet after disabling the intro movies (easily done by renaming the video file), from the moment I press "Play" on Steam I can be in the level within 20 seconds. Better yet, when you die (which will happen quite often on the hardest difficulties), you'll be thankful that the game doesn't mess about with ridiculously long death animations. It immediately reloads the last save when your health goes to 0. And guess how long this takes on a mechanical hard drive? About 2 or 3 seconds. Combine this with the ability to save the game at literally any moment along with your progress saving between deaths for things like perk unlocks, collectibles, upgrades etc. and you have a game where you can easily die a hundred times on the same checkpoint and not feel frustrated whatsoever!

    I don't usually write reviews for games before I finish at least the main campaign, but for Wolfenstein: The New Colossus I don't feel I need to see any more to warrant a recommendation. With so many disappointments and shady business practices in the current gaming industry, Wolfenstein II is a shining beacon that reminds us how simple it is to make a great video game. You don't need to re-invent the wheel or do anything drastically different. With incremental improvements in many areas and continuing the story (and without censorship!), improving the game world and not littering the game with microtransactions, whilst keeping features which add value such as challenge modes (and not shovelling in a half-baked multiplayer just because it's a first-person shooter), Wolfenstein II is surely the de-facto standard for modern single-player first-person shooters. It stays true to its legacy yet moves the franchise forward; arguably more so than the similar DOOM (2016).

    My only complaints after finishing the game are the crashes which seem to happen more regularly, the unimproved graphics and worst of all, the complete lack of any changes to the already basic scoring system in the challenge mode.    … Expand

    Had a great time with this. Interesting story with a blend of intense and funny moments. Great action and enough varying mechanics to keep you interesting. Worth playing.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Very nice shooter. Story is a bit weaker than the first part, but still quite nice. Well, as least was nice b4 incident with BJ head - I really was like sitting on needles and thinking - what is going to happen, how he will survive? This hade transport was ... err, I don't know, quite unbelievable. On the other side, Hitler was really cool :D
    As for gameplay - it is solid shooter without much strategic elements, quite challenging - I was playing on -1 of max difficulty. Many different weapons (tho tbh 90% of time I used rifle).

    Shooter of the year! It plays great, looks spectacular and sounds amazing. What’s more, despite an apparent lack of seriousness it’s not afraid to bring up difficult subjects, mixing comedy and tragedy in a stunning way. It’s a ridiculously good game. [13/2017, p.30]
