At the moment you can't recommend the game extreme server problems now there are queues without end currently over 20,000 which includes a waiting time of over 9 hours. Something like that shouldn't happen with an early access game that the devs just don't do anything.

Servers don't work. Optimization is really bad. Can't refund game cause it's considered DLC. DE does not give any route to get a refund.

Queue to get in game for hours, only to get kicked from queueing twice, because the developers are trying to "fix the servers", then get back in queue, FINALLY get in game, meet countless UX issues (map is terrible, you can't see your party members on the HUD/Map unless they're 2 feet in front of you), and then crash, after only playing for 30 minutes.

    Only giving this a 2 because I

Only giving this a 2 because I think it has potential, but right now this game is not recommendable to ANYONE.

Overall, my experience with Wayfinder was pretty average. Unfortunately, nothing about the game stuck out, and there wasn't much that felt unique or groundbreaking. While the dungeons were a lot of fun, and the combat was the main thing that drew me in, it wasn't enough to keep me playing. Hopefully, as the game continues to get updated, new content and features will be added to improve the game.

The overhaul to a single-player game with optional multiplayer still has an echo of the MMO design it once aspired to be. The expansive world, character archetypes and end game loop are all remnants of what was, and yet Airship Syndicate has managed to twist the formula just enough to make it worthwhile for solo and co-op RPG players. While some systems may be as dense as the Gloom itself, Wayfinder ultimately lights the way to an enjoyable and rewarding adventure.

Wayfinder is a fun, fast-paced action RPG with some great world-building and excellent progression systems. While there are still some rough areas to sand down, Wayfinder manages to offer an incredibly engaging experience that can be shared with a friend.
