Lmao is that the biggest joke in 2020? Account with 1 review (and it's this game) points out that
some positive reviews have only one review. That's just another level cringe honestly.
Maybe, just maybe, people made their one account to show that they actually like this game? It's so typical that every new games gets downvoted into oblivion, but if there happens to be positive reviews,

No to mention literally 90% of these 0's reviews have only one review and very clearly fake. Nobody is saying it's perfect or masterpeice, but it's no 0, that's for sure.

It's perfectly fine open world game to have fun with. People who create fake accounts just to leave 0's are literally pathetic. I don't even count them as actual gamers. If literally only game you are going to play this year is cyberpunk then you are not actual gaming fan. You are just loser hops on bandwagons and hypetrains.

PC version run's perfectly fine 60-80fps with any rtx card. Of course there's literally no need

Who plays games afterWatch Dogs Legion is nothing special (as expected), but best games of 2020 are actually coming in very short time. Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Black Ops, Miles Morales and Demon's Souls remake will literally make this years gaming season. By December 10th people will be so burned out by all other games that i strongly believe majority wont even care to play cyberpunk. Who plays games after december 10th anyway? It's end of the year, christmas is coming, new years eve is coming, nobody has time to nolife some first person sci-fi game.
Of course it will get attention, but not as huge as it could have had in november. So basically where i'm going with this is that no wonder Delayprojectred fanboys are angry and downvote every new game lol.

I mean it's pretty obvious that on 2013 base consoles, it can't be amazing, best version of it right now is PC version, if someone wants to play on consoles it's better to wait for Xbox Series X or PS5 versions. I'm impressed that base consoles even run this. They barely runs RDR2 and RDR2 is mostly empty wasteland.

Watch Dogs: Legion is a great addition to the series and thus far I have been enjoying it thoroughly.

Downsides: The biggest downsides to Legion are game design choices that don't seem to make much sense (at least to me). For example, London in the game is just a few boroughs that colloquially constitute the city - the most central part that ends with Camden Town up North. Also, everyone in game speaks like a geezer while in reality London has a very wide gamut of accents. It is considerably, remarkably less homogenous. Moreover, the city itself isn't very vibrant in game. It's neon and colourful, but the different areas feel the same, unlike with the real thing. On the flipside, many areas are recognizable and I think the key elements of them are there. It just doesn't feel like London overall - that sense has not been captured. Not in the same way that San Francisco felt like San Francisco in Watch Dogs 2.

There are many more unrealistic things in the game, but it's a video game - it's meant to be fun (even if Neil Druckmann might argue). So I only draw my attention to the parts where Legion yields to real London significantly in terms of that sense of exploration.

Some good things about the game:
    1. I think mechanically it is about as fun as Watch Dogs 2.
    2. the mechanic where a lot of the story characters are randomly generated is a breath of fresh air, and I like it.
    3. the game supports Nvidia DLSS and it is one of the titles where with Nvidia 20 series cards you can actually run ray-tracing with decent framerates, also the game is well-optimized and the framerate doesn't dip as much as in many other Ubisoft titles.
    4. Graphically the game is pleasing.
    5. The story is a little convoluted but about to the same degree as in Watch Dogs 2 - it's quite enjoyable.
    6. The hacks no longer deplete charges, instead each individual hack recharges, and quite fast. It's a welcome change.
    7. Surprisingly, all the dynamic characters have quite unique voices.

    What I would improve:
    1. there is a bug with setting the contrast in video settings, the setting is far too sensitive and the preview images do not reflect the actual strength by far.
    2. there are some loose subtitles coming from nowhere.
    3. when driving under street lights at night, sometimes the sky changes brightness drastically due to eye adaptation.
From my experience in game production, those are not high priority issues. So the game is quite polished for launch, especially by Ubisoft standards.

    Performance:
I have two computers I've tried it on. Legion gets 35-40 fps average on a 7th generation i7 & Nvidia 1080 on low settings at 1080p. 80 fps average on a Ryzen 3900x and Nvidia 2070 S on nearly Ultra settings (except Ray Tracing, or with Ray Tracing but DLSS) at 2K. It crashes every few hours on the Ryzen but not on the i7. So far the crashes have all happened within minutes of the Boring-Sundae error, which I experienced only on the Ryzen. Otherwise the performance is quite good and severely aided by DLSS. If your card supports DLSS, you will have a great time.

    Multiplayer:
Multiplayer isn't available at launch. At this time, it is planned to launch in December.

    Overall gameplay:
The main gameplay loops are tight, you will generally always be engaged in a few tasks that feel rewarding. Locations are reused between missions so they can get a little bit old. But I've already spoke about the map feeling relatively small for a Ubisoft game.

To close, I think it's important that we recognize that this game has faults as well as great technical achievements. Let's not review-bomb it because it didn't meet crazy-high expectations at launch. For anyone interested in playing it - it's playable, it's fun, and it's worth the £12-24 (depending on how long it will take you to get enough of it) on Ubisoft+, hands-down.

Gameply is a lot of fun, despite the game is even more casualized (less serious) than the first one (which remains the best for me). It's not narrative, but some quests are really well done and tell interesing stories.
Highly recommended to play with a perma-death on hard!

Legion is a return to the darker roots of Watch Dogs. It is also the best game in the series, regardless of whether you’re inclined to avoid violence and solve problems DedSec style (by hacking), or prefer to unleash a hail of bullets. The story improved big time and it is unsettling to realize how much the game’s dystopian reality resembles our own. [13/2020, p.62]

This is the worst kind of sandbox, with bland, repetitious gameplay, and barely existing narrative.

Watch Dogs: Legion is a fun game, but in the end it doesn't stand out. The possibility of recruiting anyone is ambitious, but many, perhaps even more important elements have fallen victim to it. The game unfortunately falls into the ranks: to play and forget. [Issue#307]
