Well, I wanted it to be fun, but a number of items seriously got in the way of the fun and immersive aspects of the game:
1. The game brightness is REALLY dark, and in contrast with the random cutouts of Valortha when she speaks, it makes it almost impossible to see anything. The lighting is actually decent, though, and you can see it change in different zones.

2. You can's run or jump, which makes this game really drag. I know it's sold as a difficult puzzle game, but there are a few instances where it would just make sense to be able to run... like past traps, maybe?
3. As far as I can tell, your spells don't regenerate, and you don't have any form of mana that I can see. Would be cool to have a mana system implemented.
4. As the devs have said... NO control rebinding and NO settings at all! That includes camera sensitivity which brings me back the the days of using a goddamn track ball mouse. It's insanely under-sensitive and causes Valortha to play very, very slowly... and in the worst way.
5. Enemy AI is simple, stupid, and slow. The skeletons don't see you until you're right in front of them, and don't attack until they're about an inch away. Spamming the primary attack and moving away kills them almost every time without so much as a scratch.
Here are some of the good things worth mentioning:
1: The lighting is really decent for what I assume to be a fairly low-budget game (just looked and it is from an individual developer), as well as the modelling of the environment and the primary character (unfortunately the skeletons don't match up quality-wise)
2. Duh, dat body is pretty great. If you ever get bored of the slow, slow, game mechanics, just looks down at that ass and it'll make the whole game more enjoyable (not really).
3. The environment is really interesting, albeit difficult to make out in detail. Everything is shrouded in darkness which can be pretty cool at times.
4. Vague but also cryptic story setup. I couldn't make myself play through much of the game, but it seemed like the story was interesting enough, but unfortunately the gameplay fell a bit too short to keep me going.… Expand
