    You have to know how to use gun in Valorant and play a bit well to get entertained. Otherwise it can became unbearable because it's gun shooting and spraying are different from other FPS games.

    A decent solid multiplayer title that's just it, really supportive devs and responsive as well, good content apart from them robbing players for that useless battle pass, skin are expensive ofc but it's understandable when you see how they function as a company, still they have a solid anti-cheat system in place and good monitoring of player behaviour.     It's an alright game. I like the art style and the design but there are some major balance issues. I don't think there should be any one shot kill weapons imo.
    But the worst aspect of this game is the pricing on cosmetics. A bundle for just 3 a handful of guns (not all) that is TEMPORARILY available is priced at well over 80$, it's ridiculous.

    This game would not even launch without me enabling TPM 2.0. Any game that requires me to make BIOS-level changes just to play it is an immediate uninstall.

    Never mind the fact that the anti-cheat is basically malware.

    I highly do not recommend this malicious software masquerading as a game.

It's Riot games, don't have a lot of things to talk about them and their history (founded in 2006, 2007), both of their products are just cheap copies from other games (CS, Dota). After 3 years, this game still hasn't a Demo replay system, same as LoL(which finally has voice chat after 9 years).     That Vanguard anticheat is just invasive, wtf this thing want starting with Windows itself? Not on my turn... and the game itself is kinda lame for me. It looks kinda strange and plays like a game from the early 2000s. I'm not a fan. There's a lot of people who like it though, so I think everyone interested in competitive FPS games should at least try it.     To easy gameplay. Bad balance, bad maps design, bad ping(70 on stch when cs go is 20). Skill isusue players who can only +w spam abilities and shoot. Bad recoil system too randomly, to easy movement system and to boring gameplay. Mb good optimization but to long loading. Its game to booring but for ls mb good

    After spending some hours in this game I cant say this game bring any kind of fun. The characters is dull and bring no diffrence. And the game is full of cheaters, and the matchmaking is terrible and they force you to stay in the game haha, if you leave you wont be able to join any other game etc. No thanks! This game goes into my trashcan.

    Just another Riot game that is a clone of another popular game (CS:GO), first of all, I have no idea why Riot made their own propertiary launcher, instead of releasing their games to Steam, GOG etc, it's so far the dumbest thing about this game, second, why the store only has 4 randomly selected skins and 1 overpriced bundle, it takes ages to get the skin that you want and it'sJust another Riot game that is a clone of another popular game (CS:GO), first of all, I have no idea why Riot made their own propertiary launcher, instead of releasing their games to Steam, GOG etc, it's so far the dumbest thing about this game, second, why the store only has 4 randomly selected skins and 1 overpriced bundle, it takes ages to get the skin that you want and it's unbelievable that Riot still didn't fixed this since 2020, and I love when Riot is doing nothing but releasing skins and being proud of their **** kernel-level Chinese spyware- I mean anti cheat and report system that is not functioning at all, the gunplay in this game is probably the worst one in the FPS history, who the f at Riot thinks that putting RNG as "spray patterns" was a good idea? The Vandal for example has a "spray pattern" only on the first 7 bullets and then it completely gets randomized, and the ADS somehow makes the guns more inaccurate when spraying, the max inaccuracy on Vandal is 1 on hipfire and 1.02 on ADS, again what the hell Riot was thinking when adding ADS to every gun, just to make it worse than hipfire, also I don't even need to talk about its community, I know, every online game has a toxic playerbase but Riot's games' playerbase is one of a different kind, they're starting an argument, just to bait you to answer and get you banned and Riot doesn't gives their smallest **** about that, some person just started to flame me for no reason and we reported each other and I got banned for a whole month meanwhile they didn't received any ban, how is that even fair? The game gets updated regularly and all it does is just ruin the already bad optimization and add more bugs to the existing ones, and lastly even in 2023, the graphics in this 2020 game looks like it's from a 2004 game, thank you rito indie game company for making this unplayable game, it's been 3 years and you guys are still refusing to add a replay system because you don't want to expose your **** anti cheat and non-existent smurf protection.     Game is very fun. Tons of agents, modes, and yearly events, though you can buy stuff to get better equipment for the agents. It's good, not going to lie, it's just that if you suck at FPS games, you're going be called bad and the toxic players hold this game back. From personal experience, this game is good, probably the best thing riot has released.

Valorant seems to be causing negativity to many veterans and new players because this game itself has an extremely toxic community (Especially players from Vietnam). The status of players playing afk, smurf, hacking, as well as toxic attitudes happens quite a lot in competitive, perhaps Riot's punishment system doesn't respond to player reports many times, while Riot itself is always proud of their so-called "punishment system" extremely fair. Meanwhile, Riot is only focused on making skins for guns like how EA does with their games. I really regret spending money on Riot's game and also disappointed in how badly they manage their game. But I really hope Riot improves their punishment system in Valorant and the other games they manage… Expand

    Plays like a bad version of counter strike. Skins can cost over $70 for a single skin for a single gun. Absolutely ridiculous. Agents only having a few skills they can use means if you dont pick an agent with smokes you better hope a teammate does or you lose. But if you do take that agent with smokes you better hope your teammate picked one with flashes. You cant have both. Not to mentionPlays like a bad version of counter strike.     Love hate relationship. I'm pretty terrible at it. Honestly its fun but it has so many flaws. Maps are actually terrible, Riot Games can't make a god d**m good map. You only use Vandal, Phantom, or Operator. and characters are extremely unbalanced. But its a great game to play with friends. Otherwise uh yeah. Not so great.

    If you have a Razer set, then be prepared for bugs concerning Razer Synapse.
    Most importantly, the support team. I haven't received a single fair treatment from that team ever, not once. Regardless of their paragraph of explanatory but that's just paving a nice path to their own benefits and own decisions. Let's say you need a reset for your account, their only solution is for you to find an alternative email with a suggesting username and (remember as much as possible the bundles you purchased). So basically, I can just claim i bought a champions skin of 2022 and 2021, what a surprise, you might suddenly get one without even technically buying it. They say smurfs are the least of the problems then how is that possible if your system suggests to find always an alternative email instead of just resetting a current user's email!!
    Now there is not a single game that you can find without toxic behavior or even taunting, let's make this clear. But in Valo? you will find a different level of toxic behavior. You can get bullied and taunted even threatened and let's say you are the type who stands his ground, be prepared for a ban regardless of who's fault is it, or who even started the manipulation. Your best choice, is to always mute the opponent's text, and cross your fingers that the MRR matches you with good ppl, otherwise your guaranteed for a screw up from both sides coz the amount of players who wants to de-rank, is crazy.
    Yes they do upgrade and update from time to time, with bundles and season acts and so on, but that won't cover the blemishes that you are going to face in this game. Your only choice is to find a group of ppl whom you can trust and know that you can level together, because without them, you will be stuck with wherever they choose for you, and still that won't mean easy peasy, you have a good team then voila I'm in the upper league with the immortals, lol hell no. You still have a long journey, coz some ppl started playing this game since it came out, and are now Bronze 1 level in the new Season.
    If you never played or heard of this game, its an alternative to CS:GO but with abilities instead of flash bombs, smoke grenades and fire bombs. The bomb is the Spike in Valorant.    … Expand

    The weapon balancing is terrible, nothing can beat the vandal. Also, other weapons than the Vandal are getting worse, which benefits the Vandal even more. In addition, more bugs are added with each update. Play it yourself and you can see what I mean. Almost every time the Vandal headshots, I don't know if it could be the hitbox or that the bullets are more forced to the head but it is annoying.

    The game really fell off since release, however it's still a really enjoyable gaming experience for FPS enjoyers. The community is extremely toxic, especially in lower ranks that are filled with teenagers yelling slurs at you. Also not really fun if you have a high pitched/feminine sounding voice.

    This was a great game before...Riot games had destroyed this game with bringing very trash updates, it just keeps getting worse and worse. Valorant was in its peak back in Episode 3, now i totally do not recommend this game.

    I think this game sits in an interesting niche, agents can radically change the way you play but at the end of the day there's no substitute for quick reflexes, good aim, and situational awareness. The ttk is too high for my tastes, but i love the creativity in agent design and i like the carry potential.

    Can you find me the exact competitiveness of this game? Another FPS fan service for kawaii anime colsplayers, uwu, *O*. Graphics and game modes look like a beta game with no finished content. The thing that impresses me is that kids from the 90s who grew up with Unreal and Quake are also playing.... God save us and forgive us from this

    i have played so many games in my life and this is by far the worst game i have ever played. first of all its a very bad copy of another game. its inconsistent, every day it feels like you are playing a different game, it feels very rng based and biased. infested with hackers and toxic community. just crap and updates made it even worse.

    Not enough aim assist and too unforgiving. Having to stop moving while shooting is counterintuitive especially since movement is a component of aiming in many other shooters (particularly those on console). Art style is cool though.

    Fun and good game at its core, a free alternative to CSGO with its upsides (lower skill floor, more quality of life improvements, more characters granting more variety to matches) and downsides (terrible smurf/cheater detection system, overinflated prices of skins, anticheat program issues). Can also be fun as a 5-stack of friends in normal games.

Shooting in CS is not bad, it just suits only this game, and Valorant is a new game that parasitizes on old ideas, outdated ideas that are good only in the environment of their own cultural phenomenon. And after all, the game really had potential, if the graphics had been done with cel-shading (imo), it would have been much more interesting. It's not so difficult to make at least a good more live shooting (I can find the code on the GitHub in 5 minutes, but what can a Riot with their money do...). Get rid of the CS mechanics and focus more on other, more modern projects, and the game would be just wonderful. Knowing that Riots' main strength is supporting their projects, even the average team shooter would live a long happy life. But in the end, we see only the stagnation of the genre, parasitism on ideas without trying to improve them, and an attempt to please the lowest castes of players. Valorant can hardly even be called bad, it's terrible, but i added 2 points only for the fact that it at least works stably, and I have not met so many cheaters as in other games.… Expand

    I started playing this game as a break from Counterstrike Source and Counterstrike: Global Offensive as all of these games fall under tactical shooters and seem to operate very similarly.

    My rating is an 7, as I now have several hundred hours and stream this game regularly. I love the competitive aspect of the game, and regularly enjoy Competetive matches. The gun balance and gameplay is pretty optimized, but the game sometimes suffers from network issues. One on one battles can be decided based on your ping.

    Maps leave something to be desired. Most maps are defensively-sided or offensively-sided, with a middle ground not being found very often. The balance seems off, but the maps are built well and allow for good gun play.

    The learning curve is STEEP, which drives a lot of new players away unintentionally. The game is hard to pick up, but with practice it is a game that anyone can be competitive at.

    The community has gotten better since the initial release. Players are generally friendly and play well with each other. It has come a long way since the toxicity of the initial launch and beta testing.

    Overall, fun game. Tactical shooters are always fun because you really need some skill to win. There are some issues with the game, but the actual playing experience is great!    … Expand

    Character Design isn't that bad. Each character is pretty unique. The gameplay is alright. Its just that the community is garbage. I get a lot of toxic people in my games who can't wait to point out any flaw I do missed headshot etc. The game is really corner camping based. You thought rainbow 6 was campy this game you have to check each corner and the map designers love making corners.

I had 4k~ and then I completely lost connection. It was a ranked game, but I unfortunately quitted. They banned me for 7 WHOLE DAYS because of my network dropping and making me leave the game.     Developers should really improve the appearance of the walls since you'll be staring at those 95% of the time. Then the shooting begins and it's all over in 2 seconds, then repeat. Possibly worst game design ever.

    Whenever i feel bad about my performance in CS:GO, I go to play this game to feel better about myself. For that confidence boost alone, it's 6/10 (community is absolutely cringe, the amount of people called some form of 'mommy/daddy', 'milkers', etc. and the amount of e-couples...)

    This game is lost. It seems to think it's more of a clever and well thought out shooter without ironing out any of it's issues. It's got the wrong kind of people behind the wheel shoving terrible content and generating skins for the masses to constantly buy.

    I finally had enough after I got comms banned for laughing at someone. They decided to come at me after I asked for a smoke. One simple question and it blew up into them being really toxic. I made a couple of jokes that weren't in bad taste and I ended up getting comms banned. Fast forward not even a day and I get in a few games with players clearly cheating. I report them, nothing happens. This is the issue Riot has on it's hands that they seem to not care about. The community is so fixated on this idea that Vanguard is stopping cheaters when in reality it's doing nothing but stopping the obvious free cheats.

    What the community fails to understand is that the game is built on Open Engine. A free software which anyone can use and exploit, as Epic Games have realised. The one key difference between Epic Games and Riot is that Riot decide to rely on this false advertising that their anti-cheat is amazing instead of being proactive and going after cheat makers like Epic Games did.

    People can critisize me and many others saying this, but the game is full of them. I even played a game with a spin botter and he openly used it in my game. One of my teammates didn't think he was cheating when he killed 4 people while spinning inside a smoke. This is the community that has been created within Valorant. It's soft, it's loud, it's not an enjoyable community to be a part of. Their own reddit is policed like it's 1984. You can't mention certain things as it will upset the player base. I'm done with it.

    Overall, I hope it falls on it's own sword soon and we no longer after to deal with such a terrible fan base created by a terrible money grabbing company.    … Expand

    Valorant é um jogo muito bom, conta com um design incrível, leve e bem otimizado. Skills/Habilidades bem interessantes e variadas. Se parece com CSGO mas tem suas diferenças.

    Um ponto negativo é os variados erros que podem ocorrer, mas o suporte -na maioria das vezes- é bom.

    Karakter skilleri falan fena değil aslında ama vuruş hissi ve Riot'un asla dengeleme sağlayamaması, split'in kaldırılıp yerine yeni haritanın gelmesi, battle pass'in asla ücretsiz kullanıcılara ödül vermemesi gibi Rito'nun aldığı saçma kararlardan ötürü asla oynanılacak bir oyun gibi değil.

    Valorant has a high-quality and clean release without any problems. The game will definitely please fans of the competitive FPS genre. The eSports potential of the shooter has only become established over time, and the first tournaments are already planned. However, a high entry threshold requires serious skill training. But this only makes the game more interesting.

    Overall, Valorant is a great game to play if you're a fan of first-person shooter strategy games. But it is also something that someone without experience with games like CS:GO can enjoy and pick up quickly. The Agents are, for the most part, balanced, and the planned addition of more should keep the game fresh. The overall style doesn't really land and the sound design needs to be fixed.
