Under: Depths of Fear starts with a great premise, but drowns with the same transatlantic in which the players moves for less than two hours.

Bad graphics, bad gameplay, bad design, bad everything. Wait, no. Solid voice acting. Almost flubbed that. Stay away from this one.

It’s a lot of trial by error which can be frustrating for some people- but overall the storyline and creepy WW1 vibes were great. As an avid horror game fan, this one did well in jump scares and unnerving me- the storyline of Alexander’s development and learning what happened to him was heartbreaking. I got it on the initial release sale at 25% off ($12) and think it’s worth it for the scares and storylines- just don’t expect it to be as amazing as outlast or bigger games that have a much larger team.
