Generally speaking, I'm going to give a thumbs up to a gay adult game because there's more than enough female hentai out there in the adult steam pages. Overall, it's a fun, charming, kinda dirty game :). Anyway, pros and cons...
Pros:
- Fun stories - I'm only about 1/3 of the way through the 12 men, but the stories for each have been fun/funny so far. I have genuinely laughed out loud several times, and then others have been enthralled like I was watching a (good) soap opera
- Segmented paths - Unlike many other dating sims, you start with an intro chapter and then get to individually select which of the guys' story lines you want to go through. I love this because you don't have to wonder if you select the right option to go down the right person's path. Here, you can just choose.
- Adult Content! - I mean, duh. It's well drawn, so I'll give the artist bonus points for that.
- Minigames (see also: con section) - There are actually minigames! I'm sure this isn't a novel concept, but it really breaks things up and each guy has different minigames. Also, the minigames are practically what make it a game (more on that later)
Cons:
- Minigames - Since I just talked about minigames, I will say they are a like janky and definitely not a focus. The soccer game, for example was so stressful because it was difficult to control the ball. In an obstacle course, there are blocks going back and forth slowly, and you have to just stand around and wait several times for them to line up, which got old. BUT, if you do them once then you can skip them.
- Translation - In their defense, this is still being worked on, but the translation is sometimes confusing, and sometimes not finished (use the google translate app on your phone to scan the screen). For example, they keep saying "Goodbye", but I don't know why... You can tell that some men have had their translations done better than others, as well.
- Lack of choice - Like I alluded to at the end of the minigame section, there isn't a lot of "gameplay". There are 7 chapters (plus 3 side chapters) per man. Per chapter, there's maybe 3 choices (give or take). Each choice also doesn't have much consequence other than "can I finish this chapter or will I start it over?". No carry-over to the next chapter from what I could tell. Therefore, were it not for the minigames and the scant few choices, it would basically just be a visual novel (which isn't necessarily bad, just not a "game")… Expand
