Great potential, but needs polished. Casting can by finicky, and the reeling “techniques” are impossible besides the basic Straight. I saved up for a Fly Rod and it is nothing like fly fishing though, you are required to drag dry flies across the water at Mach speed to solicit a bite. Instead of paying me $100 for a fish and charging $70 for a lite, why not pay me $5 for the fish and charge $3.50 for the lure. Oh, I haven’t found a way to change reeling hand. I typically cast right handed and switch the pole to my left hand, reeling with my right. I can’t do that in this game. And the reeling is very temperamental as you move your VR controller to reel. It’s jumpy and skips, making the “slow straight” technique impossible, The multiplayer servers seem cool, but the big bulbous avatars seem out of place in a realistic styled simulator. And they don’t seem to do anything, there is no interaction in these servers after hours of playing. I only have 3 maps so far and honestly only the first one has been fun. The second and third are challenging, but not rewarding for the challenge they present. I hope to unlock more maps soon. I enjoy this game and want it to succeed, but it needs a lot of polishing to justify the price.… Expand
