+ amazing presentation
+ funny
+ unique

Cons:
- bad default controls
- convoluted secret ending -
Oct 28, 2022Trombone Champ is aggressively fine in the sense that the whole game plays on a single, well-executed joke. This is not a game to be taken seriously, and although I don't see myself playing for much longer, that single joke was memorable.

Jun 8, 2023It would be great with other instruments and a lot more music ...

Jan 20, 2023Trombone Champ may present itself as a novelty title — a joke not meant to be taken seriously — but those who give it a chance will find a surprising amount of polish and sophistication. I never could have predicted that Trombone Champ would become my favorite rhythm/music game of 2022, and if you’re even remotely interested in the title, I’m confident it will be yours too.

Dec 19, 2022Though slightly held back by its visual presentation and potentially polarising humour, Trombone Champ is a respectable rhythm game with enjoyable gameplay that fans of the genre are bound to enjoy.

Oct 17, 2022The world's first trombone game is a viral hit, and rightfully so. Trombone Champ is maddening, maddening and maddening fun. The worse you play, the more fun the game becomes. Clearly this humdinger simulator doesn't take itself or the instrument too seriously, but beyond all that hilarity, lurks a very solid and challenging music game.
