    One of the best racing games to this day. Absolutely brimming with content as well. And if that wasn't enough, the game supports custom user-created mods / skins / tracks and etc, for FREE. The handling is also super responsive and it's pretty much a near-perfect racing game. Did I also mention that you can create your own tracks and car skins for free? :D
    So even if you run out of    One of the best racing games to this day. Absolutely brimming with content as well.     So even if you run out of anything from the base game to play (which is unlikely), you can infinitely keep creating your own tracks or download the ones that others made to keep yourself invested for a long time.

    Overall, would recommend a lot. And surprisingly, multiplayer is still active and working (at least on the 'Forever' version of the game) after all these years. So you don't even have to get yourself busy because all you need to do is install the game.    … Expand

    I may or may not like trackmania valley and burnout paradise more, but due to tmu’s combination of quantity and quality I believe this is the best arcade racing game to date, as in contrary to the aforementioned games trackmania united never got boring no matter how many hours do I delve into it.

    Welcome to Trackmania, the most competitive racing game ever made. It's so good that people still play it over 15 years after release. Absolutely a must-play.

    I remember I loved this style of racing game! I spent several hours playing the demo version, until many years later, I got a full version and I was able to play all the scenarios. This game is nostalgic for me.

    Incredible replay value. Instant casual multi-player racing. Brings the best of Playstation/Wipeout and Amiga/Stock Car racing to the PC. The game takes years of practice and skills to master but is just as rewarding and fun for newbies.

    This has to be one of the best racing games out there. Ever since the first TrackMania was released I have been completely crazy for the series. Definitely a must play for racing game enthusiasts.

    The most fun racing game I have ever played. You can Build your own tracks and race on them. You can use custom cars downloaded for free from Car Park. This is the only game that I ever play now.

    Wow. Fast. Fun. Free! The pacing and presentation are perfect. A lot of alliteration. The only issue I have with this game is that the difficulty goes from hard to nigh-impossible all at once. But I'm not going to fault the game just because I'm not that great at it. :) Definite 10/10, and the critic who gave it a 60 managed to miss the point altogether.

    a great free game, the payed version is even better with more tracks and cars, its been very addicting since i installed it.

    I've always been a fan of Trackmania Nations Forever, but this just tops that, an excellent build on the already fantastic game along with tonnes more variety, where can you go wrong?

    Well worth the upgrade from Trackmania Nations Forever, the additional arenas and vehicles are amazing, and you can still play on TMNF servers online.

    Racing games have always been my favorite genre. I've loved the Rally Cross series on the Playstation, the Need for Speed series on the PC, and I love Trackmania. Based on Stunts, my all-time favorite game from the 90's, this is far and above the best racing game I've ever played.

    Quite simply THE BEST racing game ever made! And yes, that means over Forza Motorsports, and the Burnout, and Gran Turismo series. From the minute I bought this game I haven't stopped playing! This is definately the best $40 I've ever spent. (If you'd like to try out a small portion of the game before you buy, download the free version "TrackMania Nations".     WOW, try it with the 3d settings tuned on and a pair of paper 3d glasses you can get on the net or out of some magazine when they run a 3d issue. It blows me away! You don't need a special video card for the the 3d effects. More games should have done it this way.

    Awesome graphics at first I thought they where gonna be so so because of the low requirements but WOW! The game play is just awesome and the tracks are just amazingly fun if your on the right server. Usually I cannot play a game (BF2, COD4) very long especially online because I get too pissed to play even though I score high.     Ok, it's free but needed to work. Some tracks (at least most I had played) you just can't race. Don't wast your time on it.

    This game is so lush in environmental detail it emmenses you within the game.

    Trackmania United really is a united gaming experience - even when you're not competing online, the online community elements are still there. Couple this with addictive and challenging "hot wheels" like gameplay, and you have a very complete, very "alive" arcade racing package.
