    This game P2W, broken balance in PVP, PING, there are too many rewards for whales, including modes like Wormhole, chat does not work on many servers, GACHA PERSONALLY SCUM ME, I have opened 4 areas for 100, although there was everything on the beta, by the way, they didn't even give awards for the beta as a keepsake.

The boss is ridiculously strong. If you don't have a ranged weapon, you will never be able to defeat boss ruin D-03, because that boss is never on the ground.     It's not a trash game but definitely can't be a good game.
    First of all, character customization is really good, you can create your own unique character and it does really good looking. Combat, not really creative combat style and mechanic, but it make a pretty good on the PvE. Gacha system is very generous. And that's all.
    Now to the down side. -A LOT OF BUGS: I have to say I could    It's not a trash game but definitely can't be a good game.
    First of all, character customization is really good, you can create your own unique character and it does really good looking. Combat, not really creative combat style and mechanic, but it make a pretty good on the PvE. Gacha system is very generous. And that's all.
    Now to the down side.
    -A LOT OF BUGS: I have to say I could saw bugs every where I been through like climbing, swimming, running,.... even while fighting.
    -Boring story: I didn't really expect story from a MMO game but to be clear it's worst than I thought.
    -Character's Voice, except the main character everyone else sound really cringe to me in english, to be honest, even the talking and emotion motion didn't have a miner change when character is getting emotional changes.
    -Map: Don't have too much empty space, but quite many place is too hard to reach with full of bugs gaming experience.
    -Boss: good mechanic and design, combat? super lag with too many player
    -control setting: 0/10 I have to reset my setting every 20', it's about 40 times or something. don't support controller, you still have to use mouse with the controller if you want to play

    The voice acting is ok for the most part but you can clearly spot the people who were just paid to read the lines rather than the people who put some actual effort in to it

    Combat is a basic affair of spamming left click to basic attack with a timed dodge to slow down time with a generic active skill for each weapon, trying to raise the quality of any of the SSR weapons is basically impossible without spending literal years rolling or by inserting your credit card

    The map, while expansive, is actually fairly devoid of any meaningful content, the same copy and paste encounters litter the map with the occasional sprinkle of unique world boss encounters

    For the most part this is a generic game with a fairly basic story designed entirely to nickle and dime players, but thats fairly par for the course for gacha games but we kind of need to stop accepting this kind of BS from Tencent and Perfect world who are pulling the strings on this one    … Expand

    NIce Anime MMO that requires a lot of polishing for this moment. Story is not best even for MMO, graphics are Okish, not good in artistic realization and very bad in technical quality, not really the best, what I was expecting - Exploration - is very simple, there are no artistic points of interests, but a lot of points of your minimap, you just move by that markers and "explore", if youNIce Anime MMO that requires a lot of polishing for this moment.     Game have huge problems with streaming engine, also Cheater problem is still active, they start banning accounts that cheat, but people are able to play even P2P games after buns, so ban in F2P game is not really a solution, especially when game want to force you PvP, combat feels very clunky and janky, world building is very simple, artistically game have big problems with sounds and visuals, environmental sounds are very simple even for a mobile game, step sounds sometimes make weird noises for surface you step on, music is very simple, tbh some 2D slashers have much better music, visually game is simple, have some attractive places and that are all places where you will be moving by quests, but out of that the world is just simple, I would like combat if not the janky feeling of it, some skills are counter intuitive, Gacha system in MMO make things bad, game already have a huge balance problems and getting weapons from Gacha making it even worse.

    But, despite of this, still can say, that if you love typical Anime MMO games and you are tired from other existing MMOs, then ToF can be a good choice to relax for some time, but if you are willing to find deep, artistically interesting and polished MMO, then better avoid it, also if you are addictive person and have problems with gambling addiction, then better stay away.    … Expand

    Bad mechanics, stolen assets, poor gameplay, repetitive and gacha is one of the worst I've seen alongside Saint Seiya Awakening and Genshin Impact.
    Not recommended nor fun.

    I can’t even play the game on pc after a week, bsod “watchdog violation”plagued me from the very beginning and I had to download an emulator just to try it.

    The graphic is quite decent. There are certain ways of configurations. But at this point you gotta be careful because if you set the graphic on extreme and more, your graphic-card is going to heat over. My graphic-card temperature was about 80 degree Celsius when i set the graphics on extreme and more. So it is recommendable to lower the graphic settings on "good".

    The environment is detailed and motivates to discover and travel around. The Fighting style varies depend on what kind of a weapon you choose. If you choose certain weapons, you get the imitation-status of wanderers who are missing until now. It means you look like the missing wanderers. Nevertheless, you can turn off the imitation-status and take the original look of your own character you created.

    There is a PVE and PVP-System. The PVE-System goes smoothly and there are different kind of enemies. The PVP-System is good and is a great feature.

    The negative point is that there is no V-Sync. It isn't reasonable why this element isn't implemented yet.
    Furthermore, there is no setup for a controller. You can only use the keyboard and mouse.

    The gacha-system seems to be inspired by Genshin-Impact. I tested it and right now i can say it is quite fair. However, the payment method accepts only credit card. I was wondering why they don't accept Paypal, since it is an often used payment method. If you are ready to use a credit card, i recommend you to get a prepaid-credit card that you can get at a filling station/ petrol station. Going to a bank and request a credit card isn't necessary.

    I hope the upcoming updates will solve these problems.

    I got the impression that they weren't working on the game, they had the goal of releasing the game and hooking up monetization.     As a Genshin Impact player, I think these two games are different. Tof is more like a MMORPG game which allows me to throw a party in the game. It was fun to see random people running around in the world and made me less lonely to play the game. When I played Genshin Impact, I could only get to play with my friend after level 16. It was such a tough journey playing alone. Thanks Tof! WhenAs a Genshin Impact player, I think these two games are different. Tof is more like a MMORPG game which allows me to throw a party in the game. It was fun to see random people running around in the world and made me less lonely to play the game. When I played Genshin Impact, I could only get to play with my friend after level 16. It was such a tough journey playing alone. Thanks Tof! When you could have both, why don't you need to make a choice? Though the game still have some room for improvement, I am looking forward to the next update!!!… Expand

    Indeed, the game needs polishing. But its character customization system has so much potential. With more outfits, you can enjoy yourself in the anime world. The combat system is good but more mechanics could be added in future. Hope the dev team listen to the community and keeps improving Tower of Fantasy. Looking forward to the end game!

    10 hours in and Im done with this already. Firstly the game is really rushed, a shocker these days I know but amount of bugs are absolutely insane. So far I have encountered tons of broken animations, falling through the ground, clipping into objects and getting stuck, touching random items and being teleported halfway across the map, text to speech not working, dialogue not completely10 hours in and Im done with this already.     Tower of Fantasy is an MMORPG game that emphasize its possesion of "high skill ceiling" combat mechanics and world building, although they did prove that two points on paper, some things is just not what it seems to be

    On the more general aspect of the game, ToF is really generous on distributing valuable currency and materials that allows people to progress further without spending money, it implements world bosses as something that players has to take down together at specific places, and the combat mechanics works as the game designer probably intends it to be, each battle feels fresh due to the sheer amount of moveset that can be combined, as a casual MMORPG player, you'll probably enjoy playing this game over "the other game", but not for those that seeks the story, the overall quality of the game itself is really subpar, choppy animations, poor cinematic direction and storywriting that somehow makes "the other game" **** storywriting looks good

    The direction this game is heading to is rather bleak, to put simply, the game fails to hype up its initial release on the first week, i dont feel the excitement while waiting for new story chapters to be unlocked, while exploration does feel exciting at first, it gets redundant really quick due to poor story components that would complement the exploration for the zone

    Take for example the world bosses, these are supposed to be a feature that holds a certain kind of lore and can be expanded into some sorta side quest, yet even on a couple of days the game released, players already raids the world boss on the second-last zone thanks to level auto-balancing, so not only the story is poorly written and presented, the exploration itself is disattatched from the story

    The game feels like something that one would play for a week or two then gets abandoned afterwards, it sacrifices so much just to build a combat system that is above average at best, even the kind gesture the global release devs give by granting numerous rewards feels like a way to compensate the flaws

    Regarding to pvp, i cant emphasize further on how terribly unbalanced pvp is, unlike other MMOs that usually give a certain nerf on characters for pvp use, the game instead puts every character on their prime state, meaning that characters that is conceptually strong for pvp dominates even further, nemesis is a really strong healer that also deals damage and interruption, samir is a dps that has infinite range VIA charged attack, and cocoritter basically turns you immortal and uninterruptable, mix that three units in your team and you simply just win the match by kiting your enemy in the most annoying way possible    … Expand

    Full of bugs and lags. Dull story. "Balanced" PvP (as ingame title sad) is absolutly disbalanced, your win depends only on weapon you got from gatcha.
    Very first event in game ruined game completely - absolutely disappointing. You can only get event outfit buying Dark Crystals with real money and it costs a lot!

    As someone who spent about 100+ hours on the original Chinese OBT last year, I feel this global release isn’t as good as how it was during the original OBT.

    There are obviously more bugs and little improvements. 1. The character sharing and importing was a fantastic experience during the original OBT but it is now broken miserably… 2.     2. I see many people complaining about the time gate, it’s definitely worse than the original OBT. (During the Chinese release, I didn’t face any lootbox time gate until entering the third major region. The level limitation was there since day one starting from around lv20/30 ish I couldn’t remember)
    3. Many parts aren’t localized well (EN). The lab reports are not aligned well and look confusing. Missing translations on some map/ui textures. Missing voice lines through the story.

    Both Perfect World and Tencent are notorious for leeching off money. From the design details, you can tell this game is mediocre compared to Genshin Impact in all aspects. In addition to the confusing currency tokens/points and colourful maze-like UI menus, they exploit the item rarity colour scheme too. Many golden looking legendary items are just trash fragments. And you will need stacks of them to make them useful. There are just countless different fragments you need to pay attention to.

    The action combat system is quite unique and works well in a multiplayer game. Kudos to that.    … Expand

    Creo que este juego va a perdurar por su contenido que va dirijido a los jugadores, es un muy buen punto a favor, en comparación a Genshin Impact, desde la creación del personaje, historia, el MMO y el RPG, el gameplay es bueno, las armas y los personajes. Tiene de todo un poco, claro que se pudiera decir que es una copia de Genshin, pero mejorado.

    Das Spiel habe ich im Sommer zufällig in der Steam Entdeckungsliste gesehen, auf die Wunschliste gepackt, vergessen und als Instagram Werbung kurz vor Release gesehen und mich dran erinnert. Direkt zu Release gezockt und die Story heute abgeschlossen, macht echt Laune, sieht super aus, man bekommt viel kostenlos, aber wenn man den Suppressor von 4.0 auf 4.5 braucht um durch das Gift zuDas Spiel habe ich im Sommer zufällig in der Steam Entdeckungsliste gesehen, auf die Wunschliste gepackt, vergessen und als Instagram Werbung kurz vor Release gesehen und mich dran erinnert.     I really like how you can use other character's abilities on your character and still keep your chosen look, and you can change the attack methods by switching different weapons.

    This game is literally unplayable. I wanted to join my friends and family on the server we chose and agreed on. Unfortunately this server is overwhelmed and they can't access their data anymore. On my side, I couldn't join the server at least once. This game is basically a Picrew 3D to me.

    Falling through world. Mobile version crashes all the time. There seems to be no anti cheat, so people are speedhacking and teleporting people to death. Graphics pop in and out (Wont go further, the graphics are bad by mobile standards in general). Mission waypoints are jank. Map is jank.

    3) максимум 60 кадров для пк это кринж. 4)нет локалезации игры я понимаю что игра на уровне збт надеюсь что патчами игру пофиксят и добавят локалезацию оценка 3.9 для збт игры не плохо надеюсь что исправят эти проблемы даже на телефоне оценка 3.3 критикуют тоже так же тут 4 причины исправления а на телефоне 5 щетая    1) плохая оптимизация.

    The game is not a Genshin Impact clone. It is Sci-Fi, and an MMORPG, neither of which Genshin Impact is, making it entirely different by main and sub-genre. It slightly borrows from Genshin Impacts world design. I would argue it is much more similiar to PSO2NG in just about every way. The ways that ToF is similiar with Genshin Impact, Genshin is the winner in nearly every category, and not by a small amount. But there is a place for both games and the amount of hate towards ToF is honestly petty and immature. The MMO aspect of Tower of Fantasy will attract a lot of people that wished Genshin Impact had a better online aspect, at the cost of some polish and overall quality.    … Expand

    ITS A GOOD GAME, most of people are saying its Genshin Clone. but you have to admit, there are a lot of elements in this game are innovative. like Anime Customization system, and MMO Open world. I'm really enjoying it!

    Magnificent game, with all the content that was missing in other games that were also derived from Zelda. Character Creation (with Human Skin Colors), Real MMO, Mounts, Chat, Quality of Life.

    Everything in this game represents freshness.

    Tower of Fantasy has a brilliant character creator. It’s a big plus. You’re able to create your own unique anime character with a large suite of options.
    And.. if I remember Genshin was not so generous about rewards when starting the game.
    So I'm keeping an eye on it. Let's see what will come of it. Since it's F2P, you have nothing to lose) TOF is definitely worth a try.

    Combat is hack an slash, elemental based, and weapon/stance swamping heavy. It can be used in a complex manner, however at level 30 there has nt been enemies that provide any challenge (like most mmos i hope/assume difficulty will increase at cap).

    If you liked that Genshin was an anime ripoff of BoTW, but didn't think it leaned heavily enough into mmos give Tower of fantasy a shot. Its like coke and pepsi, different versions of the same flavour    … Expand

    It's a good game. Love the concept. It has a little of everything in it. Star point for customising your own character and focusing more on weaponization rather than character base combos.
    Happy that they have PvP and the gacha system is not too punishing compared to some other games that I tested out.

    It's good to have Open world MMORPG game combination like this one, overall features are so great for experience. But some part of server optimized need to improve to make it more friendly to MMO users in MMO features like world boss hunting. and some bugs that need still to improvement. i heard that 2.0 version will be great optimized than this current one. so i can't wait for that.

    Достаточно хорошая игра. Нету прям чтоб лютейшего доната как в геншине. Нету убогой молитвы. И достаточно достойная игра. Присутствует своя интересная механика боя, с комбинацией оружия. Так же есть маунты(более быстрый способ передвижения по миру.) Достойная графика, вставки анреал как не как не что что юнити в геншине и эти мыльные текстуры.     There are some bungs but after 50hours nothing game breaking had happened to me yet.    Decent game to have fun with.     It is definitely more than just a reskin of Genshin Impact. It has completely different repeatable activities (and more of them) and a fairer gacha system.

    It gives various movement options (and with that more freedom) with gear like the grappling hook and hoverboard. Not only that, but it also gives you the ability to double jump and dash midair.     This is a blatant ripoff/clone of Genshin with a few broken ideas thrown into the mix such as carrying elementals to unlock nucleus (gatcha currency). The combat is some how worse than genshin, not to mention buggy as heck in combat with mobs quite often just insta-respawning or just resetting themselves for no apparent reason.

    When I say a ripoff of Genshin, its basically the same game engine and just reskinned. Even following a robot (like with spirits in Genshin) is here, even the way you climb cliffs but somehow its just a lot more buggy and has issues all across the board.

    Lets talk combat, its annoying because its standard fair, you have your trash mobs and you have your elites and bosses, almost guaranteed bosses will have shields or elemental immunities so occasionally you just can't hurt bosses at all, requiring you to run away and change your load outs, this happens once you start acquiring new characters/weapons...oh did I mention, the gacha system is identical as well, a 10 pull will on average will give 9 rare (common and useless) weapons and one SR character or weapon.

    The gacha system is very predatory, like with Genshin - if you want to max out a weapon then be prepared to spend hundreds, if not a thousand+. There's so many different currencies in game its hard to keep track of what does what, instead of sticking to one premium currency there is about 5+. You have your multiple nucleus drops which you can get in game but it'll take a long time and you'll eventually run out, then you have gacha coins and another currencies which you can't farm making the game somewhat pay-2-win.

    The gatcha system is exactly the same as Genshin, on 9/10 10 pulls you'll get 9 (R) useless items and a basic SR weapon or character, if you are really really really lucky 0.75% chance you might get a SSR but to really have any chance to unlock these, you'll need to pay $$$$ unless its a special event that works you to the bone to unlock something.

    The character creation system isn't too bad, and probably the best aspects. The voice acting is pretty good with well known voice actors delivering good performances, the character designs of the NPCs are pretty good too, with some cute characters and good story lines which unfortunately get overshadowed by the poor mechanics of the game in general.

    I could easily post a 5000 word review, but Tower of Fantasy right now is just your typical anime style predatory Mog (it isn't an MMO at all, just like Genshin) 9/10 times you'll be playing solo until you unlock any actual multiplayer content, the game is hampered by significant bugs, poor hit detection, annoying combat mechanics and obvious pay to win cash shops.    … Expand

    The game has a metric ton of issues which will be hard to list but I will try.

    1. This game being an "MMO" is a complete lie, it translates to "Massive Multiplayer", each server has over 100 channels, seeing anyone in the open world is actually rare. And besides, the game has ZERO similarities with actual MMOs, You can always upgrade your equipment and skills, the "towns" in the open world are completely useless besides quests(which you run out of quickly).
    2. When 2.0 released DX12, DLSS and Ray Tracing was added, after around a week they released an "update" that forced the game back to DX11, took away Ray Tracing and introduced a memory leak when trying to use DLSS, making it impossible to benefit from it. AND IT WAS NEVER FIXED, even though people figured out that the memory leak can be fixed by replacing ONE file in the game files and the game support claims that modifying the game files can result with a ban, sooo, enjoy crap performance for no reason besides devs being completely incompetent morons.
    3. The story... Let's just ignore it, it's terrible, you don't care about any of the characters. The game shares a lot of VAs with Genshin, I wonder if that's intentional.
    4. The game has a lot of open world bosses which have billions of HP, even if you are a mega whale you can't do them solo so you need to group up. This is probably fine however, what's ironic is that the game can't handle the amount of people needed to effectively kill those bosses. I just checked and my internet is 450/40 (download/upload). Surely it's more than enough for a multiplayer game but apperantly it isn't for Tof. In the settings you can set how many people you can see on the screen, between 5 to 30. At 30 even with very good internet, the game becomes uplayable, you get stuck in place, other people next to you move by an inch every few seconds and you often end up dead when the game recovers or you decrease this setting to 5. (really immersive massive multiplayer game)
    5. Supposedly the main advantage of this game over Genshin is "end game content" so let's touch up on that. There's Bygone Phantasm, basically a never ending floor based challenge, it's fine, it rewards you with equipment upgrade materials so it helps you fuel further upgrades. Similiar to it is Wormhole, I never fully understood that but it you can get rewards weekly based on how far you're able to get. There's Void Rifts and Frontier Clash, you get 3 attempts per week, they stack and you can use all 3 at once on Saturday. Also raids you get 3 attempts per week. So to sum it up if it's not Saturday and you've done your raids all you have to do is dailies and stamina limited activities, maybe 1-2 hours of gameplay a day.
    6. My last point is this game being an online gacha: a red flag for most people. As a F2P/Dolphin you will never be able to compete, and for me it was the last straw of dropping this game, almost always being at the bottom of the damage tables because I'm not a whale was too demotivating, I don't want to play a game where I feel useless because I'm not throwing hundreds and thousands of dollars at this game.    … Expand

    Tower of fantasy es un MMO perfecto para adentrarse en estos juegos de nicho (juegos MMORPG), tiene una estética anime muy bien lograda, sin una hisotria cliché y con una cantidad de contenidos tanto solitarios como en equipo increibles, con mucha variedad en farmeo, contenido e eventos, la exploracoón es una locura, hay grandes mapas para explorar, y cada poco tiempo añaden más, laTower of fantasy es un MMO perfecto para adentrarse en estos juegos de nicho (juegos MMORPG), tiene una estética anime muy bien lograda, sin una hisotria cliché y con una cantidad de contenidos tanto solitarios como en equipo increibles, con mucha variedad en farmeo, contenido e eventos, la exploracoón es una locura, hay grandes mapas para explorar, y cada poco tiempo añaden más, la exploración y todos los contenidos están muy bien recompensados, el juego mejora a cada paso con las actualizaciones, si eres de españa te recomiendo entrar al servidor dyrnwin, hay mucha actividad española y muchos clanes.… Expand

    I've been playing since the release, survived all the bugs, broken pvp, endless bad luck in the local casino, lack of gameplay and poor technical support.
    And I sincerely regret not even the money, but the time spent on all this disgrace.
    This is exactly what the modern gaming market is heading towards, and it needs to be nipped in the bud.

    Leider kann ich nur ein Rating von 2 geben. Dies bezieht sich aber auf die Playstation, da die Steuerung Grotten schlecht ist. Tasten funktionieren nicht, Sachen werden ungewollt getriggert weil es die selbe taste hat, Cursor verschwindet, Map hängt fest, Bildschirm ist nicht mehr drehbar usw.
    An sich ein schönes game mit vielen Möglichkeiten, aber auf der Playsi nur mit viel Akzeptanz    Leider kann ich nur ein Rating von 2 geben.     Tower of Fantasy is, at this point, an anomaly among its peers. Beyond its perfectly average music, Hotta Studio keeps steering the game in such bizarre directions that it’s hard to tell whether it’s intentional design or the result of consulting a Magic 8 Ball. And even with the Warp Server, it’s still unmistakably Tower of Fantasy: a janky, charming, and fighting an uphill battle to reinvent itself after years of decline.

    So: Do I recommend it? If you like games with anime looks, and you feel like the popular MMOs today are just too clunky for your taste, Tower of Fantasy looks to be a solid option. It’s kind of rough around the edges, but more than makes up for that with the fun factor and potential for long term playability. Perhaps not for everyone, but it is a surprisingly good entry into the F2P MMO space, especially among those with a mobile version.
