May 17, 2024More than just an expansion with interesting mechanics and wonderful additions to the sprawling lore of Total War: Warhammer 3, the newly released Thrones of Decay shows a willingness from Creative Assembly to listen to fans and learn from past mistakes. Both paid and free additions and changes show the vast potential of this game and that we still haven’t seen all the franchise has to offer.

May 15, 2024Total War: Warhammer III: Thrones of Decay is a meaty update that easily eclipses its predecessor at launch. With a host of new units and features for each of the updated factions it makes each of them feel decently feature complete. And whilst I still feel that the Maggot Host faction is the lesser of the updated factions there is still a lot to enjoy regardless of which of the packs you decide to buy.
