    I don't think anything fairer than a note 10! There are many small details that could be better. Regardless, I have a lot of fun trying new lords and different ways to play. I highly recommend! At first, you get lost with so much information, but soon you get used to it and want more! Of the total wars I've played, I believe it's the best in interface, difficulty and story.

    Great game, maybe best historical piece of total war since medieval 2 are getting bit outdated. Great graphics, great story driven campaigns almost on all factions. Hero mechanics is just awesome. I just hope CA takes best features of this game on to their future total wars.

    This game is rubbish. It is not enjoyable to play at all.

    When it came out, it was a different take on a historic total war game. I did not mind the romantic hero based armies, and I really enjoyed the new and improved diplomatic system. But since then, with every DLC, new bugs were introduced. For instance, the load times between rounds are now a minute or longer on a high-end CPU.    This game is rubbish. It is not enjoyable to play at all.

    Will CA fix these bugs and fulfil the Three Kingdoms timeline? Of course not. CA gave up on this game and works on the successor instead. The officially said so. DO NOT BUY IT.

    Después de unas 150 horas jugadas en el modo Campaña habiendo probado diferentes facciones puedo decir que a mi parecer es el mejor Total War y más completo. Está todo tan bien señalado, explicado y claro, que cualquier jugador novel podría atreverse a jugar sin apenas dificultad. Como novedad para este juego, han implementado la gestión de tus tropas con tener 3 generales y mi gusto,Después de unas 150 horas jugadas en el modo Campaña habiendo probado diferentes facciones puedo decir que a mi parecer es el mejor Total War y más completo. Está todo tan bien señalado, explicado y claro, que cualquier jugador novel podría atreverse a jugar sin apenas dificultad. Como novedad para este juego, han implementado la gestión de tus tropas con tener 3 generales y mi gusto, mecánica nueva es una pasada!!!!. Las batallas son las mas épicas que he visto, los escenarios están muy elaborados, las unidades se ven muy bien.

    Una gran mejora que se va notando con los años y con cada Total War es la Inteligencia Artificial del Juego, que en este juego me parece brillante, tanto en el modo campaña como cualquier batalla. Las alianzas por fin se ven que si sirven y mucho. Creo que es completo a todo sentido y espero que los futuros juegos de esta compañía vayan por este camino. Ya como mejora, aunque los Dlcs son estupendos, me hubiera gustado que en cada Dlc hubiera más facciones jugables, pero por todo lo demás, este juego es el Rey de los Juegos.    … Expand

    Capcom has really done it with this amazing masterpiece and have gained themselves the title of King of Remakes!! This game is absolutely what I could've asked for. It has got RE4's view that actually fits perfectly! This game is a must play for everybody!!!

    This game is awful. I've played every one of the Total War series since the first release. This is by far the worst. It is aimed at role playing pogues, not war gamers.

    The battle algorithm makes it impossible to win. The predicted outcome is predetermined it seems. No matter what tactics you use, you units will break and run to ensure the predicted outcome is the one that occurs.    This game is awful.     Since when do you win battle points and a great victory, when you outnumber the enemy two to one?

    How do you lose when everything is going your way, you're inflicting more casualties and have nearly twice as many men after the battle than the loser does? The fix is in, obviously.

    WTF are the superhero characters about? Are they impervious to arrows? They can single handedly cause a unit of seasoned combat troops to rout? This is a cartoonish game for fanboy role playing geeks and not a true war game.

    It is nothing like Shogun Total War. The game tweaks are idiotic and the algorithms are biased. Avoid it and save your time and money.    … Expand

    This so called "three kingdoms" game doesn't even have a three kingdoms starting date as the last starting date of the game is only 200, the official Three Kingdoms period begins from 220. Furthermore CA has left the game in a terribly bugged state and even dropped support for future patches, and this is completely unacceptable. RNM 退钱！！

    Este juego se encuentra abandonado e incompleto. Es un juego de lo 3 reinos que no cuenta la historia completa de los 3 reinos.
    La razon es que a la desarrolladora se le hizo muy facil abandonarlo y comenzar a hacer una secuela, ¿para que?, para sacarle mas dinero a la gente.

    A great total war game that has added lots and lots to make the game unique and replayable. I just have one major qualm. ITS NOT THE THREE KINGDOMS ERA! It is before and after but not the actual "Three Kingdoms." This really ticks me off that the main game isn't the actual time. Sure the Leading up to the time is fun and the post era is fun but why call it Three Kingdoms if it doesn'tA great total war game that has added lots and lots to make the game unique and replayable.     A pretty good modern version of Total War, I heard bad things about the generals being OP but honestly not really, sometimes the AI is kinda dumb but it's total war what do you expect.

    A game of my childhood dream. The interface and diploma system are better than any other total war games by far. It's very time consuming though, as it meant to be, great job CA!

    Original, very beautiful game design. Please draw characters in this spirit for other parts of the series.

    A very elaborate and interesting system for pumping the personal qualities of characters. Items. Diplomacy. All at the highest level!

    One of the best games in the series!

    J'avais des doutes avant de me lancer car l'univers Chinois ne m'attirait pas, J'aurais mieux fait de m'écouter. Entre l'ergonomie catastrophique de l'arbre de recherche, ainsi que pour la construction des bâtiments, mais aussi les batailles de piètres qualités avec un énorme manque de diversité dans les troupes, sans    → Tristesse et désespoir, nouveau proverbe Chinois après Tree Kingdom !

    Very nice visually, good AI, interesting development of technologies. I usually play those games mostly for strategic play on main map, but in this Total War title i have enjoyed battles very much. It is really polished

    There’s a definite focus shift from tactics to strategy – which is risky, considering that tactical combat had always been a staple of Total War series. It couldn’t be avoided, though: unlike Medieval and Rome settings, China simply lacks variety in troops types. So fights end up being very predictable – while Chinese politic field is anything but! [Issue#239, p.48]

    The Total War series finally takes on land wars in Asia with this latest installment, bringing its signature RTS/TBS hybrid gameplay to the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Series veterans will find a lot to love about this new iteration, and fans of the source material will find this a great jumping on point.
