    Not the Pirate Game I´ve wanted but still a solid game for that price.
    Sid Meier's Pirates! is still superior.... But as I said, for that price it's nice :-)

    the game look a straight copy of port royal 4 and same owner (kalypso media) /
    same ships, same world map and same battle system. only weirtd thing is that in this game the ship of the line have only 18 canons , wile on spanish side you have the queen anne ( sort galleon and spain has allot of them) and this ship have standard 40 cannons. if you sail to port royal and buy the havy cannons

    same ships, same world map and same battle system. only weirtd thing is that in this game the ship of the line have only 18 canons , wile on spanish side you have the queen anne ( sort galleon and spain has allot of them) and this ship have standard 40 cannons. if you sail to port royal and buy the havy cannons this game have you can even the biggest ships shink to the bottom. also i dont get why a enemy or pirate hunter need only 1 captain and can attack with 8 ships and i need to deffence myself with on ever ship i have i need a captain? perhaps bugs i dont know? but for the price it is good game. you are free to do what you want in the game , if you dont like quests or assignments sail and plunder ships, sell them in any port or save them in your stock/ pirate dry dock.

    Tortuga: A Pirate’s Tale is solidly entertaining and affordable pirate-fare. I do miss adventures on land and some of the longer trips lack excitement, though. Pirates this is not. But then again, what is?
