    I quite like this game. There are many maps that alternate sufficiently, from large to small. With many different operators who have different skills
    It is responsive, hear a lot where your opponents are and always communicate with your 4 other players.

    For this moment, my favorite fps strategy game. Game is simple but great executed. Graphics are beauty, particles and sfx are superb, sounds are incredible. however it wont get anything beyond 9 as it's bugged and producers ain't hotfixing this game on a regular basis just on bigger update.

    Comment aimer les FPS stratégique sans aimer Rainbow Six : Siege ?
    Ce jeu offre pour moi la meilleure expérience fps tactique qui puisse exister. Il y a bien d'autres jeux ou la cohésion d'équipe est nécessaire, mais jamais autant que sur siege.
    Je suis un grand fan de fps tactique et je n'ai jamais autant trouvé mon compte que sur ce jeu, avoir une équipe change absolument tout au gameplay, contrairement au autre fps du même type ou souvent, on peut s'en dispenser. le jeu comporte actuellement plus de 60 agents, cela apporte une diversité de gameplay absolument vertigineuse, à chaque manche nous devons donc choisir un agent qui aura toute son importance sur le déroulement du round, et qui donc, va être décisif.

    Sans oublier les 4 joueurs dans notre équipe qui eux aussi vont avoir un impact sur le round en choisissant des agents et une tactique propre. Cela fait d'autant plus de facteurs que les ennemis choisissent eux aussi leurs agents, c'est évidemment des banalités que j'écris la mais il me semble important d'appuyer sur le fait que chaque partie, chaque round est totalement différent et il va donc être question de savoir s'adapter à chaque situation avec son équipe.

    La stratégie avant le round n'est jamais la même qu'à la fin du round. Ce jeu n'est que constante adaptation, action, réaction, action, réaction. Le jeu est depuis maintenant des années régulièrement mis à jour avec toujours de nouveaux agents et de nouvelles maps.
    L'équilibrage des personnages est particulièrement bien géré de la part d'ubisoft, quelque soit l'agent que vous jouez vous ne serez pas désavantagé par rapport à un autre, et ça dès les premières heures de jeu. Ce fps ne déroge pas à la règle en proposant une flopée de skins disponible pour vos armes et vos agents, absolument TOUS accessibles GRATUITEMENT en ménageant plus ou moins d'heure de jeu.

    Je suis obligée de mettre 1 point en moins du fait que ce jeu est sur le même système de notation que d'autres chefs-d'œuvre d'un tout autre type. La structure même d'un fps tactique est finalement assez répétitive dans la forme : jouer en multijoueur.

    Conclusion : si vous aimez les jeux de tir stratégiques et addictifs, vous aimez Rainbow Six Siege !    … Expand

    A beautiful game! Polished game and beautiful graphics. The people behind it probably have a good knowledge on guns. They also made all the maps destructible! However, the reason I gave this game an 8/10 instead of a 10/10 is because the community is really toxic, oh, and also, Theme park.

    This is like chess combined with a fps. You have to think before you make a move and choose a operator that fits the map and spawn. You probably will rage a lot though but when you get a kill it will feel soooo good and satisfying. This is like a breath of fresh air from the fast based fps'es that get boring fast.     One of the hardest if not THE hardest game to get into. Every time I want to play I shower for 10 minutes brush my hair so that none goes in my eyes, I go breathe air outside so I’m in the action of the game. It has a toxic community and a lot of sweats. I hate this game more than everything else but the addiction in so strong I keep playing it. It is the only game where I could haveOne of the hardest if not THE hardest game to get into.     After more than 2k hours of playtime I guess the game was worth it's money. Great tactical competitive shooter. It's kind of a hate love though, as Ubisoft constantly breaks something and introduces new bugs with every season. But there's always new content on the other hand.     Despite current issues with hackers and lack of recent content. The core of this game is amazing and has many long years to go. No game rivals the strategies to each map. The operators are almost all unique and work together very well.

    Coming back to it after some time I still like the core gameplay and I while I dislike how the game shifted more towards ability reliance, making it play more like a hero shooter, I think that was a necessary change in order to balance the game. I'd heavily recommend it for anyone looking for a new fps experience.

    I would like to state that you will not get used to playing if you are alone or even there are 4 people because the usage areas of operators are so wide. Gather your 5 friends and play the game more effectively. So, you can play in a much more coordinated way if you have 5 friends in a team. In the simplest case, if the operators in the team are not the kind that supports each other, the game becomes unbalanced.

    The vanilla operators are also very good, but Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 operators are well balanced with each other. It can take some time to learn and get used to the main equipment that all operators have. Do not break your morale while playing that moment.

    The community of the game is worst! Not all of them, but almost 85% are worst. I can write pages about it. I don't even want to mention it. So, I will pass that part... Sorry.

    If you are playing the highest graphical texture in this game so that the graphics are good, there is no point in telling you. The game is a tactical based game and it does not even take 5 minutes. So do not do this for a 5-minute pleasure. It also causes the game to load late. If there is a difference between the pleasure you feel during sex and the pleasure you feel at the peak, there is such a difference.     I love this game. It's fun, either with friends or alone. Sure, it can be quite rage-enducing, but once you get the hang of it, you can't stop playing. Still, there are some problems i would like to point out.
    1. The servers are crap. There is rarely even a month without them having some kind of error and being down for a few hours. Still, nothings happening.

    3. The anti-cheat SUCKS. I'm currently ranked Platinum 2, and there is a cheater in about 40% of my matches. Please Ubi, get a new **** anticheat system.
    4. Most of the cosmetics are trash. Sure, there are jewels like Black Ice, but those are really rare.
    5. There are WAY too many maps, which are, simply put, garbage. Like, who the heck at Ubi thought that it was a good idea putting Favela and Tower in the map rotation??? Another linked complain are reworks. Some map reworks like Chalet or Theme Park were important and right, But then there are House and Hereford Base. Those were WORSE after their rework, and everybody complains about it, yet we can't have the old ones back.
    6. The balancing is kinda weird. There are WAY too many unneeded changes to Operators.
    Another complain is that Ubi only balances around the Pro League, everyone else gets ignored in terms of balancing.
    7. The Updates are getting worse every season. We are getting less content every year. There hasn't been a new map for almost 2 years now.

    I still love it and play it every day

    Made an account just to review this game. It is criminally underrated on this site (steam reviews are better). Reading some of the negative reviews here and they are pretty pathetic.

    It's much more accessible than ARMA but much more technical than COD and imo strikes the perfect balance. Catering your approach based on the objective, operators and situation is a real treat.     You can go well on your own if you are good enough/smart enough but that dopamine hit when you work well with another player and/or friend and execute a strategy is what gaming is about.

Ну а вообще, игра оч достойная, но всё же, по сравнению с тем, что нам обещали в первых трейлерах, она проигрывает.     But the game has one big flaw that outweighs the rest, the learning curve. Many tactical shooters suffer from a steep learning curve, CS:GO, Valorant and many more, but R6S suffers from this issue due to the amount of unique characters, all with very unique looks, guns, and gadgets (abilities).
    So a new player has to learn so many different characters that they may end up quitting because of the sheer amount of content, that being said, siege is still absolutely amazing, and if a new player has a friend or two to help teach them what all the characters do, and all of the games mechanics , then this is a must buy for any shooter fan.    … Expand

    I've play this game since 2016 operation health and i enjoy this game so much. This is not a game that encourage you to run and gun like a superhero, this game encourage you to be tactical. Played with my friends thinking about a good strategy to defeat the opposing team, though laugh at time when doing something stupid.     One of the best FPs on the market, the only skilled shooter left that is deeply enjoyable after DICE turned the Battlefield Franchise into a "pew pew", kids skill level, COD wannabie. R6 Siege is so Enjoyable and worth every penny.. Grab the Season pass if you like looking good on the battlefield !

    When I first played this game I hated it. Now I have 400 hours in it. It's difficult, but accessible and informational in a way that makes it very doable to improve, with very tangeable results. I'm still playing, and I always have fun. Can't ask for much more than that.

The game is fully multiplayer, so you will have to play with randoms a lot, so there is 50/50 chance of getting good or bad teammates, fair or smurfing opponents..     *Casual mode is for everyone to just play the game with casual rules..
    *Unranked mode is for playing Ranked Style games without loosing Rank in the Rank system of the game..
    *Ranked Mode is the competitive part of the game..

    Issues

    There are hackers who now a days are rare that can ruin your game-play, report them immediately when you understand..
    Also there are smurfs, High level players using a lox level account to play with low level players, who can ruin the fun by using high level starts.. This is now a banable offence, try reporting them..    … Expand

If siege can't pull the game out of the meta and fix cheating within year 5, this review will have to be lowered, yet I'm rooting for this game to be save once again… Expand

    Siege is unbelievable. I’ve never had such a experience where I’ve felt extremely nervous and tense during a shootout. You have to be smart which is very rewarding when you get a kill as it every kill you get feels like your given your team a massive advantage (each team only have five players).     Gameplay is great as the maps available are well thought whilst the older ones that were phased out were pretty trash (don’t even get me started on the skyscraper map). Ranked is good but it could have some improvements such as better servers and no lose of points when you face a hacker.

    Speaking of, this game has too many cheaters in the higher ranks. It’s completely ruins the experience for some people and even pros has quit because of this. Ubisoft seriously need to do something about this.

    Overall, give this shot because it’s worth it when you get good and kick but however, I would wait a little bit until the hacking and cheating dies down quite a bit so that you aren’t having fun.    … Expand

    All around a good game, you have to be tactical and use your head. However, that doesn't mean that you can't mess around, that might be the star of this game. The only complaint is that the hitboxes can be buggy and the hit registration doesn't always seem to work.

    I think it is the best game that I seen. It is very good for 2015. Yeah, there is games better than R6 in 2015 but the best FPS is this game. It is a tactical game. I loved it so much. At the game, there is a lot of teamwork. If your team is nice and you have tactics, it means you won.

The learning curve though is very steep. You really need to understand map and how to callout each room to play this game effectively.     The only complain of me at this moment is the server. It is unstable and sometimes takes so long like 4 min+ to find a room. If Ubisoft fix their server and increase speed of matchmaking, I would give 10/10. Definitely one of the best FPS multiplayer I've ever played in my life.    … Expand

    Now the best way to enjoy R6S is playing it on AMD hardware, Vulkan made this game smoother than ever, And the input lag reduced by 4% compared to DX11, No doubt AMD knows how to destroy Intel and Nvidia.

    This game is just awesome. Very diferent from the typical shooters i have ever played. Tryed in a free weekend and was a obvious buy. It's an hard game to begginers, but its totaly worth it. And yes, it has a big learning curve.

    The game mechanics are fun, the operators are interesting and the comunity is awesome. Not giving a 10 because, unfortunatly, i ocasionaly find cheaters. I know    This game is just awesome. One side is storming the building, the other is defending it. Lots of weapons and operatives.Full destructibility of the map, which gives almost complete freedom of action. do you want to play by destroying everything in your path? Do you want to make a hole in the ceiling and kill opponents through it? All this and more can be done! You can also make holes in walls, and kill enemies through . You can come up with different tactical plans, one goes to the point under the smoke, the other puts a deactivator (this is the goal of the attackers), the other covers the two of you, the fourth puts traps to make it harder for the defenders to get to the deactivator . And this is the most primitive plan. The game has a very large selection of gadgets, which distinguishes each game from the previous one.     This game is now my main competitive shooter. Its your standard 5v5 attack defend formula but each character has special gadgets and abilities that make them unique. Sunk over 1000 hours in so far and love all new content added since launch.

    Unfortunately, there aren’t that many maps available, but each one of them has lots of details and alternate routes, like basements and balconies. Even the airplane is much more complex than the archetypical “long tube with seats.” [Issue#205, p.48]
