    Good sandbox where you have something to do all the time - and game doesnt lead you by hand - thats a good one - tho feeling of discovery will be less when wikis are done - DONT USE THEM - figuring this game out is big half of fun

    I've been playing this game for 2 years now, since the French beta. I've gone thought all the content available at this time and I still got some stuff to do. You wont beat the game fast.

    This game offer you 32 skills out of 36 that you will be able to train by upgrading from your tool, your companion, your workshop and even a little big of magic !     There is also a lot of quest to go thought, 2 massive regions unlocked and they're working on the 3rd one.

    I don't consider this game pay to win at all. First thing is that you can buy with in-game currency some Blue Crown and get the same thing as the one buying them in $$.They only true advantage of hetting a 5$ pack is that you'll be able to anticipate your energy recovring and so, be ablt to set 2 days of task at the same time. This is the only advantage you can't get without buying a little pack.

    Pros: - Crafting System is in depth [Production chains!] - Music is awesome for a browser game - In-game marketplace to buy and sell goods, a real online economy for items like blades, chisels, potions - You can buy the special currency with in-game money - It's pretty    At this point we are very early in the 'English' release of the game, but I promise, it's worth it to try now!

    Pros:

    Cons:
    -Has some elements of Pay-to-win, without being as bad as others.
    [Notes]: The bonuses to those who pay for this game aren't game breaking, it's mostly an 'add a weapon slot' or 'buy a special potion which makes travel faster' no godly shields, no asinine magical weapons/stat bonuses. If anything, its a good model to base a system like this.
    - The game can become very, very grindy. But, that's the price of raising skills.
    - It is hard to communicate with multiple people, chat options are rather limited without Guild access
    - I keep getting my ass kicked!

    All In all, it's a fun game and looks like the developers will continue expanding on the potential that's seen.    … Expand

    I am playing this game since beta. Very good asynchronous MMORPG. Its fresh, different, and very fun.
    If you like crafting MMO this game is for you. Many skills to improve, dungeons to explore.

    Very well done for a very small team.

" game ini sangat menarik.. game tanpa level dan meningkatkan skill crafting.. dan lain-lain.. dan juga game ini tidak membuat kita selalu standby di depan komputer terus menerus.. karena di game ini sistem jam dan memakai energy.. jadi cukup bermain sembari meluangkan waktu kita beraktifitas sehari hari "

    Playing from the French beta version. It is an hard game, free to play but not pay to win. Besides, it is not time consuming as you can plan your actions and come back some hours later to see the result.

    This game is amazing... I promise its the perfect kind of game for the people that has a occupied life! Plan some actions for the day like recolting ressources, transform some materials or craft some items! Then when you come back from your work you can do some quests, slay some monsters in dungeons to get some loot.

    Something I like alot is the social aspect of the game! Everybody is very social and kind since we absolutely NEED to cooperate with the people from other craftmanships to obtain/achieve the craft of some big items...

    The monetary system of the game is in my opinion a perfect balance between the needs of the devs and the equity between 100% free players and the ones that doesn't mind giving a couple dollars.

    Just try it, its on web browser so you have nothing to lose... : - )

    Very addictive RPG. It's a casual, browser game but don't let that throw you off. It's the best one I've ever played. Free to play but the cash shop is a good balance of convenience unlocks that are not "pay to win".

The game simulates a virtual world where virtually everything is supplied by the players in the form a multitude of different crafting skills. What you do with these skills is up to you. Do you want to brave dungeons with shiny weapons and armor made by you and your friends? Do youThis game is the spiritual successor for the people who enjoyed the MUD, MUCK, MUetc, games of the 90's. The game simulates a virtual world where virtually everything is supplied by the players in the form a multitude of different crafting skills. What you do with these skills is up to you. Do you want to brave dungeons with shiny weapons and armor made by you and your friends? Do you want to tame animal companions to accompany you? Do you want to make your own home with a variety of buildings on your private piece of land? All of these things are possible and more.

    Of course, you need to invest the time to do all of the above things, and I do mean time. Most game tasks can take from twenty minutes to an hour or more to complete. The good news is that the timers progress while you are offline, so you can queue up multiple activities to accomplish while you are at work, or go to bed for the night in just a few quick clicks.

    Mastering every ability is going to be time consuming, which is why it is a good idea to make friends and join a guild. People with different specializations complement each other in this game. You like to mine for gems? You either need to learn to cut them yourself or have a friendly jeweler friend who can do it for you. You make awesome spear heads? Hopefully you know woodworking well enough to make a shaft for it or know someone who can.

    Speaking of guilds, guildmembers can contribute to guildhalls, making structures, expanding and providing benefits to its members. My gameplay completely changed by joining a helpful group of people in a guild who support each other, and that's a huge part of the game.

    If you prefer to be a loaner and do everything for yourself, that's cool too, but be prepared for a large investment of time. This can be a very rewarding method of play as well, especially when you find you can do a little of everything.

    The artwork and cartography are simple, but beautifully done. The character creation options are somewhat limited, however. It'd be nice to see a wider selection of hairstyles, faces and skin tones, but the ones that are there are great. Your character model changes to reflect what you wear, and everyone who inspects you can see what you are wearing, which gives some bragging rights to those who have worked hard to equip their character.

    The adventuring/combat system is fun, with dungeons that have puzzles to figure out and open world objectives that you need to explore. Make sure to read what the NPC's say to you, not everything is highlighted on the map. The combat is punishing, and while there is no death, it can take you hours to heal up to the point where you can try again. This can be very frustrating especially when a few lucky shots by a monster can end your experience in minutes.

    There are a few things you should be aware of. This game is not for people who want instant gratification. You will be frustrated. You will be upset. You have been warned. Second, the English server is very new. The economy is growing, but what can be achieved is very limited so far. You may need a better tool to progress in your job, but can't find one because no one can make it yet. Lastly, the game is translated from the French, and sometimes things don't make perfect sense to a native English speaker (or some translations have been missed entirely - though this is extremely rare), most of the online resources for the game are in French, and if you are the type that wants to go to a wiki for a quick answer, that isn't always something that's available.

    The staff are friendly and approachable and love answering questions and you can tell that they are very committed to the game and have a unique perspective on online gaming that is refreshing.

    Ultimately, this game is very fun and has a lot of potential. The opportunities for building a community are extraordinary and the developers only have plans to add more content to increase the depth. If you have the patience, it is a very exciting time to get in on the ground floor of a casual game that is huge in scope and has years of enjoyable gameplay in store for you.    … Expand

    Therian Saga is a very complex sandbox-like game, reminding me about paper RPGs and old-school products with so called soul inside. There are so many interesting things to do that everyone will find something attractive for oneself and spend own time the way each person likes.

    Friendly community, full-fledged crafting system and thoroughful mechanisms of asynchronous gameplay, discoveries through exploration of continent and using personal abilities, multum of miscellaneous tasks (building guild and home structures, setting tasks for your labour team, etc.) and quests, very solid dev team with professional support (yes, they do care about playerbase's feedback), challenging dungeons and huge list of companions (humans and animals) to recruit and level, balanced Cash Shop without P2W items and availability to get Cash Shop currency in-game are some of the main assets of Therian Saga, check it out yourself for more, Myriaden needs you to improve. :)

    No other game since Ultima and golden times of Ragnarok Online offered me so much joy in front of monitor, it's definitely worth my time hence I'd like to thank Studio Virtys for their product and give a total score of 11/10, you totally deserve it. Keep up good work~!    … Expand

    The best rpg online after ultima online... it's amazing... great sandbox, there's always somerthing to do... crafting, exploring, fighting, trading and socializing... economy is all done by players, the gameshop can help only a little but don't influece the gameplay and don't give important advantages...
    Really happy to have discovered therian saga...

    Finally!! An intelligent RPG!! You don't need to dig 50 hours to increase by 1 point your mining level like any other lame RPG's, instead you'll have to use the right competencies to improve your character. and you can do so much more. An experienced player will not be that different of a new one, they'll both have fun and even help each other in their field of expertise. A great game.

    The game was decent, but with the recent publishing agreement with GameForge that is no longer the case. GameForge has taken over community management with a moderating team that includes one who repeatedly uses profanity, even curse out new players, while regular players are banned for similar behavior.

    The game developers can not keep up releasing new content. There are months between content release with estimated dates of delivery pushed back months at a time. Past promises of updates on a monthly basis fell by the wayside as their game platform is no longer supported by Chrome. Now the game developers are working on putting their game into a new engine. The only updates they have time for are to remove the old restrictions on the use of premium currency. One of the best things about this game was the balance between "buying progress" and going without using premium currency. Since the partnership with GameForge, the balance is now gone. While serious game bugs still exist, it seems the focus is more about how to get more money from players than improving the quality of their game.

    All in all, it's a good game if you have patience or a credit card. Don't expect new content on a regular basis. Don't expect professional community management either.    … Expand

    Fantastic game with content still to come! Anyone who likes to craft, upgrade and grind will absolutely love this game. The fighting gameplay is simple but quite effective. Quite addictive.

Infinite possibility to you do, since trade, combat, build. It s the game! The English Server is new, only have 100 days yet. Have a good game on TS!

    Fantastically in depth game that offers plenty of new content to come with alot already availiable! perfect for people who have a real life and job outside of the internet game world. set your tasks for your character for the day, and go to work..come back and the tasks are completed, then its time for a few dungeon runs!
