    It is a new experience in the gaming industry. The best battle system, best animation, best graphics. Masterpieces of the gaming industry such as Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, The Last of us can not be compared with an underground man. This game is the hope that the game will soon become an art.

    I'm not sure if understood all the hype about this game. It feels like it has sh*tload of references to Russian realities and RU streamer segment which I def wasn't able to grasp in at least slightest meaning. But this game is not half bad at all. I give it max rating (10) 'cause I heard it was developed by only 3-4 fans of Fallout 1 & 2.

    This game is a meme in the memeness mean of ways, it is fun, full of smart jokes (many Rus related), well my final score is 2 because this game is viral, not a masterpiece, my highlights goes to the soundtrack, it's fine and fit the facts nicely (well the soundtrack raised my score for this game in 2 points).

You walk past them enough times, and you get a text from your ARM-69 computer, about bee stinging you in the eye, you trying to apply urine to the sting, but failing. Then, another ****tily-drawn guy vomits all over you and you die, and you have to start from the "tutorial" again.

    This game is garbage. Seriously, if you need to check, just look at the previews or watch some youtubes on this. The only reason its rated like this on the user reviews is trolls or paid voters by the devs. Or hipsters. I don't even know any more.

    Just stay away from this piece of trash at all costs.

    Oh boy, having nothing to do while on vacation as usual was browsing Steam main page for some indie goodies. The Underground Man cought my eyes since it was placed in most popular just-outs . At first I thought it's a generic wanna-be retrowave 80s homage casual indie thanks to cover art. Fortunately the game turned out to be not what I was thinking firstly - its a post-apoc indie mix ofOh boy, having nothing to do while on vacation as usual was browsing Steam main page for some indie goodies. The Underground Man cought my eyes since it was placed in most popular just-outs . At first I thought it's a generic wanna-be retrowave 80s homage casual indie thanks to cover art. Fortunately the game turned out to be not what I was thinking firstly - its a post-apoc indie mix of graphic adventure (you literally have to type in the text like in in good ol' VGA days i.e.) and scroller with rpg-elements here and there. I was shocked to see fallout-ish char gen here. Rather rich and in-depth one actually - attributes like eloquence, charisma, dex, perception are present in this game - all the things that are quite right up my alley. The graphics ofc due to it being low-budget indie is stylized pixel-art - whether its done purposely for the sake of art direction or pure economy/laziness I have no clue. What else I have no clue is story and npcs specifially. But the mystery has got exposed easily hardly had I started to search a lil bit of info bout the game and started to stuck on russian sites in particular. The devs are russians - that explains why I can't get a hook or two about the things happening in the game and can't pass few screens. Supposedly u can understand all the jokes and refs, all the kicks and giggles in all its spacious meaning only if you're russian of native of any ex-soviet country. I'm not so I can't comprehend the game in it's full potential. Thus being said I can only see cons of the game w/o its prons obvious for the people this game was made for and henceforth I won't do the game any justice enlisting all the cons here. (But they are aplenty here: the most conspicuous are non-skippable texts and I'm not sure if switching the graphics settings in game options does any difference or imagine non-skippable dialogues w/o the ability to save after sudden death in case of "bad" answer to npc). On the other hand - pretty in-depth char gen system and dialogue old-school options, maybe some non-linear thingies and endings. Nonetheless it's time to sum things up. I would have given The Underground Man Seven but on the second thought, come on, this game is by russians for russians - tons of in-side jeering, gibing and all the things only they can grasp. So who am I to judge the product that was undoubtedly developed for funny mockering of mundane things unknown to me. So I gave Eight. But be warned.… Expand

    The Underground Man is a hardest thing I've ever played since Battletoads!
    Nice atmosphere, good accompaniment music...
    Only problem of this game you can't skip dialogues, you gonna read it again and again after each death (waiting for update).

    - Deep RPG elements like in Gotic series
    - Direction better than by David Cage
    - Story better than in Witcher series
    - This game is better fallout than Fallout 4

    Blinding picture, amazing dialogs, unbelievable technologies (such as FISTAO), best I ever seen gameplay (I think if I was underground man, I saw the world like world of this game), lovely characters (which is only trap). If you like good old games with nice gameplay, you must buy this game (for support indie developers) and try to beat this game. It is hard to express the feeling, but the most appropriate shoud be the ecstasy of progression. At first sight game seems rubbish, but right after the first hard steps it's coming to you. At the end, you do feel much more rewarded than in most of latest AAASome games are well crafted. Some games are innovative. Finally, some games are masterpieces. Not this one. It's something different. It is hard to express the feeling, but the most appropriate shoud be the ecstasy of progression.     the game will plunge you into the world of hardcore, and bring unforgettable chalenge. a wonderful sense of humor for intellectuals and for retards. as well as the oppressive atmosphere of the post-apocalypse, keep you in constant tension. one wrong word or move and you're dead. it gives you a real experience of the character, and brings real emotions that have not delivered many new games.

    Получил огромное удовольствие от прохождения.
    P.S. Да, на момент выхода она была неиграбельна, это не стоит даже обсуждать, однако все недоработки и ошибки были исправлены буквально в течении суток с момента выхода.    Игра хороша, а учитывая то, что в разработке участвовали всего 3 человека - прекрасна.
    Получил огромное удовольствие от прохождения.

    P.S. Да, на момент выхода она была неиграбельна, это не стоит даже обсуждать, однако все недоработки и ошибки были исправлены буквально в течении суток с момента выхода.

    Let me be honest here. I am not a big fan of Indie games in general. But this one is something else. Billions references to old European films and games, great-written plot with interesting characters.

    Highly recommend "the underground man" 2 all, who want to be surprised or even shocked.

    It's like Fallout and Witcher 3 in one package with adorable idny graphics! I would definitely recommend this game for any fans of deep exposition, social critique and true role-playing.

    Я хотел бы сказать что-то хорошее об этой игре, так как хорошо знаком с её автором - Ильёй Мэддисоным, однако даже тот факт, что меня привлекли для озвучки трейлера данной игры не даёт мне права нагло врать вам в лицо.     Игра невероятно ужасна: убогий геймплей, лишенный смысла сюжет, и графика, заставляющая вспомнить хиты нетленной Атари 2600... будь она на веки проклята. В этом куске дерьма мертвого мамонта нет по-настоящему ничего, что могло бы быть достойным высокой оценки... за исключением обложки и идеи того что любое говно можно протащить в зал выдачи Оскара если стойкое желание и немного умения.Игра невероятно ужасна: убогий геймплей, лишенный смысла сюжет, и графика, заставляющая вспомнить хиты нетленной Атари 2600... будь она на веки проклята.     Oh my god!THIS is BLOW my mind!Чуваки,эта игра просто 10 из 10,эти 300 рублей я никак не могу потратить по-другому,провел в игре 15 часов,это даже круче,чем Dark souls!

    Одна из лучших русских игр всех времен.
    В этой игре присутствует сложный юмор, осторожней с этим.
    Жаль, что только русские поймут весь замечательный юмор The Underground Man. Больше об The Underground Man сказать не могу (не хочу спойлерить). Олдфаги должны оценить ее по достоинству Удачной игры.    Одна из лучших русских игр всех времен.

    Это настолько трогательная и такая прекрасная игра, что ты будешь рыдать над ней практически без остановки. Обязательно пройди ее на самую лучшую концовку и тогда эта игра оставит в твоей душе самые теплые воспоминания.

    Как по мне это просто попытка срубить бабла , на хайпе мемов и всего того что нравится нынешнему отряду быдла и школьников , ведь в этой игре есть мемы мед. личности и слово сиськи . Значит ли это что это должно быть 10 из 10 или смешно ? Игра ужасна во всех отношениях начинаю от геймплея и заканчиваю юмором .     Замечательный геймплей, приятная графика, хорошие перестрелки, интересные квесты и запоминающиеся персонажы. Огромный мир для исследования и огромное количестве встреч на карте. А? Что? Мы не про Fallout 4 сейчас говорим? Ну тогда ладно.     Ожидал что игра будет полным дерьмом 2 из 10, но знаете что я вам скажу.... Игра очень подходит чтобы скоротать время да и просто получить удовольствие. Ставлю уверенные 7 из 10 . Поставил бы 8 , если бы не "Глава 11 - Дрисня". 7 - такая оценка, что игра вроде и не шедевр, но и обычной её не назвать уже.     This isn't just a game this is a masterpiece which you'll replay again and again. After this you will never be the same. Here you can see mind blowing dialogs, great plot and fabulous combat system. I was very excited!!! 10/10

    Ну не знаю чуваки, игра могла бы нести в себе какую то интересную идею еслиб в неё вложили хоть какие-то усилия. Это как предложить пожарить яйца, но забыть вбить сами яйца в сковородку.
    Плюсы:
    - идея - визуальный ряд ничо так Минусы: - слишком много багов - неиграбельность - неприятная музыка - искусственная заторможенность геймплея Моё мнение - игра не стоит своих денег в таком    Ну не знаю чуваки, игра могла бы нести в себе какую то интересную идею еслиб в неё вложили хоть какие-то усилия.     Я не понимаю, почему здесь есть негативные комментарии, ведь эта игра идеальная. Геймплей 10/10, сюжет 10/10, графика 69/10. Лучшее, что я видел со времен игры Gulman 2

    Well, it's perfect game from brilliant men. From Urii's ideas to great game. That game may be the game of year. So, graphics is simple, but it perfect. Soundtrack is beutiful. Scenario by Maddyson (aka Ilya, HoneyMad) is great. If i can i will give 11/10 to this game. My favorite part is gameplay - not only everyone can learn to play this game in moment.
