    Excellent Graphics. Great acting and a really strong story
    Bad- Pacing issues at the beginning can kinda be a drag Thoughts- Ultimately, The Quarry isn’t trying to do anything new. On the contrary, it feels like a return to its roots for the studio.     Ultimately, The Quarry isn’t trying to do anything new. On the contrary, it feels like a return to its roots for the studio. Leaving behind the experimental storytelling that Supermassive focused on during its Dark Pictures Anthology, The Quarry focuses on a smaller story, but one that ends up feeling more engaging and human, thanks in no small part to phenomenal acting and gorgeous visuals. While its gameplay isn’t going to set the world on fire, it does its job in adding the right amount of tension and giving just the right level of interactivity for even non-gamers to have a good time. The Quarry is an all-round good time for anyone that loves a good horror romp, especially for fans of classic horror.    … Expand

    No gameplay good grapichs this game could be better than until dawn but story not completed and this game is a horor game but not scary it's a game that didn't do what it was trying to do pls dont download this game and dont loose your time to this game AND ANİMATİONS BRUHHHH

    Until Dawn' göre baya zayıf kalmış. Öncelikle interaktif oyun değil de interaktif film daha çok. Bazen 1-1.5 saat hiçbir şey yapmadan ekranı izlediğin oluyor. Quick Time Eventler çok gereksiz saçma yerlere koyulmuş. Bazı seçimlerin hiçbir etkisi yok. Çok fazla gereksiz diyalog ve sahne var. Oyunu uzatmak için ellerinden geleni yapmışlar. Artı olarak görsellik iyi; özellikle karakterlerinUntil Dawn' göre baya zayıf kalmış. Öncelikle interaktif oyun değil de interaktif film daha çok.     Another walking simulator, only thing you can do in game is walking. Annoying, garbage and most unrealistic characters ever written. A bad story which has a lot of disconnected parts and a pointless ending. No fun game mechanics at all. Ugly camera angles.
    But has very nice graphics. If that is a game to your understanding than this game has been made for you because it has nothing but    Another walking simulator, only thing you can do in game is walking.     It was the game with the most empty conversations I've ever seen in my life. If the game takes 8 hours, we can only control the characters in 3 hours, there are tons of unnecessary scenes that can be removed in the story of the game, they just put it to prolong the game. Same story as Until Dawn, really not worth playing.

    Graphics are good. So. Little to no gameplay. Dialogues are plentiful but empty. Choices don't matter. Always the same ending. The finale sucks. The locations are exactly the same as Until Dawn.

    Great, I wish humanity needs more like that games !!! Supermassive do the harder work, and it’s really nice.

    The Quarry is not without flaws, but it is far from a bad game. It's entertaining, immersive, and the fate of Hackett's Quarry is entirely in your hands. A must play for fans of Supermassive's games

    The game is graphically stunning , it absolutely nails the atmosphere and soundscapes and has a intriguing story line but for me it was a little bit to guessable as to what was going on but all in all it was still enjoyable story .

    my main gripes is just most of the characters where just to blasé about everything they saw going on/happening which just made the whole thing so unbelievable and a bit boring at times. The characters had a lot of potential but really just didn't meet that expectation. The horror elements where very lacking with very little suspense or "scares" which for me was a key reason to play the game.

    For me I put Until Dawn at around an 8 - 8.5 so based on that I would give The Quarry a 6.5. I paid only £30 for it on PC and playing through a second time to follow a different path so certainly worth the money but at £60 full price I would advise waiting for a price drop/    … Expand

    Overall joke of a game with some big name actors attached just to attract hype, some of the worst animations/mocap I've ever seen in modern gaming, and a story that could and may well have been written by a 13 year old.

    10 - 10 I usually love supermassive games work and this was a great one. Isn't the best game in the world but it can be one of my best one :)

The problem here is that anyone is voting even if they didn't play the game or just saw it on YouTube. Don't look at the negative rate because you already knew how this going… Expand

    Basically it's a movie not a game, because you watch most of the time, you don't play. Seven years has passed from Until Dawn. Good story, good graphics, barely a videogame.

    Perfect game 10/10 , that's how you create a Horror game , some kids will start spoile the game rating now because they didn't understand how to play or it's getting better rate than their games or they just saw videos on YouTube . I totally recommend it to give it a try

    I was excited to play this game as a huge fan of " Until Dawn " But after my first play-through, I admit the story is so lacking & the characters are cringey and boring and annoying. Technically I have RTX 3090 and this game keeps dropping to 45FPS, .. please add HDR & DLSS for GOD Sake...     The Quarry is a good piece of cinematography and storytelling, lost in its medium of choice. The gameplay elements aren't particularly fun, nor worthwhile replaying. The cutscenes are good the first time around, but are certainly get a bit grating the longer the game goes on. Standout performances from the actors certainly carry The Quarry, and it is worthwhile playing through the story at least once, but the second time around feels too much of a chore. The Quarry is the definition of a weekend rental.

    The Quarry is a retread of the familiar genre tropes and Supermassive's own debut game, Until Dawn, but the quality bar is somehow lower than 7 years ago. Still, it’s entertaining enough for one playthrough if you like ”QTE movies”.

    As I mentioned earlier it’s hard to review games like The Quarry without spoiling the story, but I hope I’ve been able to whet your appetite enough with what could easily be Supermassives best entry to date. With the beautifully crafted scenery, soundtrack and great cast it’s certainly one I’ll be playing again and again once I get my Series X version!
