Apr 29, 2022The Plane Effect is a well-crafted surreal and atmospheric experience with philosophical undertones. While not perfect (though not too far from it), it is heartily recommended.

Jan 16, 2022The Plane Effect is a narrative experience with jagged puzzles and rough control. Even so, it presents an oppressive universe that is attractive and encourages us to discover more about its twisted plot.

Oct 15, 2021The Plane Effect is a fine and even beautiful mechanical object, but it doesn’t quite have a soul. It is a shame perhaps, because with a bit less open space, without the spectres who are never quite made substantial, I think that the automaton might have been enough, regardless of whether or not there was a ghost in the machine.
