It represents a huge departure from the title that made Hello Games (in)famous but is a perfectly formed experience that continues to entertain throughout its well-judged duration. Probably the best thing to happen to campfires since toasted marshmallows.

Oct 9, 2020Without too much fanfare, The Last Campfire is a proposal that fulfills its purposes, through a game that develops a profound narrative and with the aim of reaching the heart of those who are at the other side of the screen. Neither its puzzles are a challenge nor its gameplay is the most elaborate in the world, but if we take this as a kind of "short film video game" it provides very good moments. An evocative title that is not common and only appears from time to time and that helps to provide a differential touch winch is so necessary in the games industry.
