    The Art is beauty .
    Graphics is great .

    Great graphics and art style, nice music and simple story but the game play was very, very satisfying.
    I did not expect so great experience from this game : started at the evening and finished next day at night (or in the morning - depending on how you look at).

    The Gunk is an intriguing little indie game that could have been a staple, given it had more mechanics. The platforming was simple, but tight and enjoyable. Some rolling, strafing and more abilities with the arm would have expanded this game into something far more enjoyable as opposed to the lack lustre gameplay that was presented.

    You can clearly see that cost effective cuts were made    The Gunk is an intriguing little indie game that could have been a staple, given it had more mechanics. The platforming was simple, but tight and enjoyable. Some rolling, strafing and more abilities with the arm would have expanded this game into something far more enjoyable as opposed to the lack lustre gameplay that was presented.

    You can clearly see that cost effective cuts were made for this game to even exist from the cliché facial animations to the not-so-cut-scene ending, given more of a budget, I think the developers could have turned this into a classic, iconic 3D platformer.

    It was good, but had the potential to be a lot better. 6/10    … Expand

    There are no actually gameplay, you just run and smash a single button. The Gunk not requared any reaction, any brain activity. There no platforming sections, no battle sections. You just press a single button for a whole game.
    Graphics looks absolutly plastic. Every location looks like a previous one. Ugly characters. A noticable thing    For 10 hours a played **** vacuum cleaner.

    I loved the art style and graphchis of game, animations wasn't super good but they were ok, the main problem was game play, there are 3-4 game mechains and you see and use them along the entire game and it is only fun first 2 hours then you just turn off your brain and walk i hope we will see another title like this game but with more various game mechanis,3d modells, more clear animations

    The game is about 4-5 hours long.
    World design is nice but it repeats constantly.
    Characters design is terrible compared to the world.
    The plot is just empty.
    No challenges in gameplay, just a few mechanics.
    And the worst of all, it has a high content of political messages.

    I have gotten stuck twice, once where I needed to reset the game and a second time where the gunk can't be removed. Can't play the game anymore, needs updated to fix bugs.

    Literally played 1 min. Obnoxious camera motion blur and temporal antialiasing. Blurriness all around. Lack of graphic options. Mouse at zero sensibility is like 10.000 DPI >.

    Aunque la estética puede ser pasable es un juego pequeño en todo, tienes cuatro mecánicas simples y tontas y a partir de ahí intenta hacer algo parecido al bueno del "journey to the savage planet" que sí fue un gran juego.

    Una historia cero original que no te llama en ningún momento y diseño de niveles inicial simple y con una dificultad nivel niño pequeño.     Olha, é um jogo bom, mas confesso que peca em alguns quesitos. Os cenários por exemplo, após um tempo acabam se tornando muito repetitivos. O ambiente e os gráficos são legais. Não sei muito o que posso dizer sobre o jogo, eu até que gostei, mas não vai ser pra todo mundo.

    Jeu assez médiocre peu intuitif, les énigmes sont assez basiques et l'univers est plutôt cool mais sans être exceptionnel. Globalement un jeu moyen qui ne restera pas dans les annales

    In essence, a hand-vacuum cleaner simulator, you just walk, suck dirt, plants, enemies, sometimes jump, sometimes shoot at something, scan some kind of "generic alien space world", according to the screenshots, it seemed to me that there is a very cool visual, but in the game itself, everything looks very average, according to    The GUNK (like The Dirt), a former 4-month Xbox exclusive.

    In essence, a hand-vacuum cleaner simulator, you just walk, suck dirt, plants, enemies, sometimes jump, sometimes shoot at something, scan some kind of "generic alien space world", according to the screenshots, it seemed to me that there is a very cool visual, but in the game itself, everything looks very average, according to the plot, the planet is lifeless due to dirt + we are looking for rare plants here to earn money, and, oh what a surprise, we found some kind of ancient lost civilization here + dialogues on the radio with a partner + cute robot assistant (never seen anything like this, and here it is again :)

    In general, I didn’t find anything unique in any aspect of the game, everything is mixed up from everywhere, banal template ideas are taken, just to make .. okay playable game, it turned out such a mediocre high-budget indie, animations, graphics are not bad, but I don’t see some kind of new "ideas" or good story in the game, so I can’t recommend it.

    По сути симулятор руки-пылесоса, вы просто ходите, засасываете грязь, растения, врагов, иногда прыгаете, иногда по квесту во чтот стреляете, сканируете какой-то "generic инопланетный космический мир", по скриншотам мне казалось, что тут очень крутой визуал, но в самой игре всё выглядит очень средне, по сюжету планета безжизненна из-за грязи+мы ищем тут себе редкие растения, чтобы заработать, и, ой какой сюрприз, тут обнаруживается какая-то древняя затерянная цивилизация+диалоги по рации с напарницей+милий робот-помощник (нигде такого не было, и вот опять)

    В общем, ни в одном аспекте игры я не нашёл ничего уникального, всё понамешано отовсюду, взяты банальные шаблонные идеи, просто чтобы сделать.. окей играбельную игра, получилась такая посредственная высокобюджетная индюшка, анимации, графика, тут неплохие, но какой-то новой идеи или сюжета в игре не вижу, поэтому рекомендовать не могу.

    Me ha parecido terriblemente básico, la verdad. Una historia simple que se alarga más de la cuenta. Está bien si es un juego del que no esperas gran cosa.
    Eso si, visualmente es súper bonito.

    Symulator zbierania gnoju w akompaniamencie męczących lesbijek. Okrutnie liniowy. Całą rozgrywka opiera się na parciu po prostej ścieżce, czasem podskakując. Nudny, nieciekawy - fabuła nie angażuję a rozgrywka jest tak ninjaka że w połowie gry mam wrażenie że nawet twórcy nie chcieli kombinować tylko już jak najszybciej skończyć

The graphics style and design is pretty good, but technical aspects - especially low texture resolution, are worse, which goes contrary to the surprisingly high minimum required graphics card.

    The platforming works pretty well for the most part, and the game    Fun casual platformer (and perhaps at times too easy) with a story that tries, but utterly fails, to tackle a very complex topic. The graphics style and design is pretty good, but technical aspects - especially low texture resolution, are worse, which goes contrary to the surprisingly high minimum required graphics card.

    The platforming works pretty well for the most part, and the game does have a couple mechanics to spice it up a bit, but it reveals its hand a bit too soon and becomes a bit repetitive, despite being relatively short. The "power cleaner simulator" part of it is also a bit unbalanced in some parts of the game and turns it into a bit of a chore.

    An okay experience on gamepass or heavily discounted, but nothing special, if you are looking for a really good platformer, you'll have to look elsewhere.    … Expand

    Grafisch völlig ok und ausreichend, schön gestaltete Welt, gute Steuerung, geradlinige Story ohne große Plot Twists. Genau das richtige, wenn man nicht die großen 80 Stunden Blockbuster ein halbes Jahr spielen möchte. Fühlt sich zur keiner Zeit gestreckt an. Die "kurze" Spieldauer ist genau richtig. Tolles Spiel, kann man nur weiterempfehlen!Grafisch völlig ok und ausreichend, schön gestaltete Welt, gute Steuerung, geradlinige Story ohne große Plot Twists.     Graphically completely ok and sufficient, beautifully designed world, good controls, straight story without big plot twists. Exactly the right thing if you don't want to play the big 80-hour blockbuster for half a year. Never feels stretched. The "short" playing time is just right.     ABSOLUTELY ROBBED of meme of the year. No one gave this a chance. This game was a good kill-time for a few hours. Whatever they were smoking in the board room to get this approved I salute you. It must have been good. Either way, I finished it and it was a game to remember. Because it was just that much of a weird one, who was it made for? IDK.

    The Gunk is a little-big surprise. It is an unconventional platforming game with puzzle elements and interesting gameplay aspects. It offers a strange world, fun game mechanics, although it doesn't have many fights and its story is a bit clumsy.

    The Gunk is a wonderful game about good friends Rani and Beck. They have a small scavening business and harvest resources in order to sell them. The fascinating story begins as soon as you land on a planet full of disgusting gunk. Once you cleared it up you can see the fantastic and colorful world that is hidden underneath the slime. Soon they even found signs of an ancient civilization. They realized that they have to discover the secret of the colorful planet in order to remove the gunk and save the former inhabitants from the threat.
