Jan 20, 2016Technobabylon's cyberpunk world isn't groundbreaking, but there's still plenty to love in this point-and-click adventure.
-
Oct 7, 2015Despite my issues with the story, Technobabylon remains an exceptional game. Its clever puzzles, complex characters, and unique setting make it a gem that stands out as a welcome change from more gritty, nihilistic cyberpunk stories.
-
Sep 18, 2015A must-have for any fans of cyberpunk, point and click, and/or great storytelling.
-
Sep 10, 2015Genetic modifications, ethical dilemmas, sentient machines vs their human masters — Technobabylon tackles these complex issues and paints a vivid picture of our future. It does this in an awkward manner at times, but if you’re willing to overlook some flaws, you’ll enjoy a compelling cyberpunk story in between sessions of Satellite Reign.
-
Jul 20, 2015Minor problems aside, it is refreshing to play an adventure game that offers up a creative science fiction story while providing an optimal amount of challenge.
-
CD-ActionJul 4, 2015Technobabylon proves that adventure games are the best genre to convey mature stories. [07/2015, p.68]
-
Jun 29, 2015Yet another jewel in Wadjet Eye Studio’s collection. Their games became synonymous with quality in point and click genre and Technobabylon is no exception.
-
Jun 26, 2015It's an extraordinary graphic adventure, filled with cyberpunk cliches that will delight fans of the genre.
-
Jun 17, 2015The puzzles hit that perfect blend of complexity and intuitiveness that keep them immensely satisfying.
-
Jun 14, 2015A superbly written adventure that ticks most of the important cyberpunk boxes, and throws in a lot of solid puzzling to boot.
-
Jun 9, 2015A good point and click game, with a rather traditional gameplay, and a sufficient difficulty. Anyway, the narrative side is the best part of the game, with a well-written story.
-
Jun 5, 2015Wadjet Eye Games begins to deserve a name among the greatest adventure publishers around. One after another, each of its new titles pleasantly surprises and tells attractive stories from a refreshing viewpoint. We thought it would be very difficult, but Technobabylon can compete with Gemini Rue or Resonance.
-
Jun 4, 2015Very nice old-school adventure game, that offers an intricate story, interesting characters and really impressive atmosphere.
-
Jun 4, 2015Technobabylon is a lovely throwback to the golden days of classic adventure games with Blade Runner elements. This game might seem very science fiction, but when you look around you on an average train trip, you will understand that this game might not even be that far off reality.
-
Jun 2, 2015Technobabylon is one of the best adventures WadjetEye have ever published, and that’s saying something.
-
Jun 2, 2015This is a great adventure that excels in pretty much every aspect. You should not miss it if you're a fan of the genre, and if you like sci-fi stories, it deserves a try.
-
Jun 1, 2015Featuring some of the cleverest puzzles we have seen in recent years, Technobabylon also allows the player to tackle those in a variety of imaginative ways, thus presenting a much more realistic and organic vision of it's bleak, dystopic world. A solid script and a very well implemented mechanic of solving puzzles by utilizing both cyberspace and the "real world" make Technobabylon a highly entertaining and original offering. Adventure gamers, take note.
-
May 26, 2015Technobabylon will please all fans of the point-and-click adventure genre, and Wadjet Eye Games can be pleased they found a cyberpunk successor that matches up with the high standards left by Gemini Rue.
-

-
May 24, 2015Technobabylon is a beautiful, compelling game that fans of the cyberpunk genre will devour, as long as you don’t mind a bit of story confusion along the way.
-
May 21, 2015This is a game that shows there’s still plenty of power in punk.
-
May 21, 2015An old school point-and-click adventure with a captivating story, strong characters, and a rich, well-realised sci-fi setting.

-
May 20, 2015I consistently enjoyed Technobabylon. The puzzles are always meaningful, and the story proves that you can teach the aging dog of cyberpunk some new tricks.
