    As a low-skill player this class based FPS game is perfect for me. Some classes don't require aim or good reflexes, thus picking them I can still be a useful member of our team.

    Valve and the community has been creating a lot of funny TF2-content for years. It is recommended to check them out.

    The downside of the game is that it feels abandoned by the developer.

    Team Fortress 2's art direction is simply beautiful. The personality poured into each and every character was amazing, the game-play is also quite fun as well. Despite it taking 9 years to complete, I will say that this game is simply worth it, I would pay for it if I could. This is a great game with great characters and art direction.     Shame Valve isn't giving this game so much content. Then again, the fact that it still is in the top 10 most played steam games after 14 years seems miraculous, until you play it. The game is packed with charm, humor and love with a incredibly fun and addicting multiplayer experience that remains unmatched today. Also one of the first games to capitalize on going F2P with great success .

В эту игру действительно весело играть, где нужен тимплей, где все сделано идеально.     random crits are good when you kill someone with it they bad when you die cus of it and i want to talk about mvm (mann vs machine) this mode is so fun you try to defend Mann Co from robots try to bomb it
    you can buy upraged makes your weapon more powerful yu can buyy abilitys like übercharge, crit, ammo and when you destroy a giant or a tank when deploying a bomb it feels so good you should play this game you missing a lot of things like the scream fortress 2 at hollowen its kında fun and you can do contracts to get free hats and the events are pretty damn gooooood you can figth with bosses or every time someone caps a point portals open to hell (not ar all of the hollowen maps and yah there is maps for hollowen when hollowen stars they came when it ends then gone) and figth for a capping a book so you can win the round its just too much stuff makes me love this game    … Expand

I had a lot of fun it was probably the game that Inspired a lot of FPS games today and after 300 hours in the game My experience was good in the game but not perfect.     The absolute greatest fps game ever made. A pioneer if you will, the funny and great characters unique classes truly a marvel of game design and a sign of valve as the giant they once were.     Solid. Classic. Brilliant. Funny. Great community (sometimes). Full of creativity. Awesome soundtrack.

Soooo many of them all based around TF2. This is easily one of the greatest meme communities out there, reaching far from the servers of TF2.

The visual style is fantastic and judging by the fact that they have not changed the style dramatically in over 14 YEARS and it still looks amazing is a feat that very few games have earned.     There is soo much nostalgia for this masterpiece. This is one of the all time greats of online class based shooters and online games as a whole. This game paved the way for other class based shooters and its a shame Valve gives zero **** about this game anymore.

Quando comprei Team Fortress 2 na Orange Box, jogava em servers não-oficiais da comunidade brasileira, que ficavam vazios de madrugada devido à falta de players ou eram servers do tipo "24h Aquele-Mapa" ou "Achievement Maps". Isso não era exatamente ruim, a comunidade abraçava o estilo humorístico do jogo e tenho inúmeras memórias de ficar horas em um server com apenas 5ogo a uns 10 anos. Quando comprei Team Fortress 2 na Orange Box, jogava em servers não-oficiais da comunidade brasileira, que ficavam vazios de madrugada devido à falta de players ou eram servers do tipo "24h Aquele-Mapa" ou "Achievement Maps". Isso não era exatamente ruim, a comunidade abraçava o estilo humorístico do jogo e tenho inúmeras memórias de ficar horas em um server com apenas 5 ou 6 pessoas, tentando se ajudar a conseguir conquistas entre si, pegar novas armas. Servers oficiais eram estrangeiros, se jogava com ping de 120, mas era extremamente divertido.

    Team Fortress 2, hoje, é muito mais complexo. São mais de 90 armas, inúmeros mapas, inúmeros modos de jogo, jogabilidade e habilidade que podem escalar infinitamente se você se dedicar a ficar realmente bom no jogo. Há servers brasileiros, dedicados e oficiais, e há inúmeros servers da comunidade que oferecem inúmeras alternativas de jogos. É um jogo que oferece um desafio multi-jogador que só pode ser comparado por jogos mais recentes como Overwatch, League of Legends ou Counter Strike: Global Ofensive, onde sua habilidade pode crescer e você pode evoluir como player até onde quiser, se levar à sério. Porém o jogo não te dá absolutamente nenhum tutorial de como chegar até o topo. Tutorial oferece dicas à 4 classes, mas há 9 no total; usando as armas básicas, mas há inúmeras para se abrir. Isso não costumava ser um ponto negativo no jogo porque a comunidade de players se ajudava a entender as mecânicas.

    Hoje não. Team Fortress 2 está enorme, sempre entre os top 5 mais jogados do Steam. Comunidade não é mais composta pelos mesmos players de 5 anos atrás, muito menos de 10 anos atrás. Não é mais um jogo "casual". Jogar por duas horas é garantia de encontrar ao menos um hacker, e é o time em que o hacker está jogando tem que tomar atitude de tirá-lo do jogo - o que acontece com menos frequência que deveria. Os jogadores -PRINCIPAL E ESPECIALMENTE o mais experientes, com mil, duas mil horas de jogo- são os mais tóxicos. Ser xingado de "preto", "sujo", "lixo" é diário, é em absolutamente TODAS as partidas do modo casual -que é a que 99% dos jogadores vão experimentar o jogo. Há uma demanda de se JOGAR BEM, e não se de jogar. Não apenas tentar alcançar seu objetivo na partida, ganhar dos seus adversários, ter uma boa partida casual em um jogo grátis na internet. Essas pessoas tentarão -e, por muitas vezes, conseguirão- te expulsar de uma partida se eles julgarem que você não é um bom jogar, te chamarão de "noob lixo", iniciarão um votekick, e vão conseguir te expulsar, porque tudo que bastaé apertar F1. E você volta à tela inicial e tem que procurar outro server no matchmaking.

    Em suma, o jogo, que é brilhante, inteligentemente pensado para ser não só divertido, mas uma atividade em que você pode evoluir com prática e experiência, tem se tornado insuportavelmente "injogável" - e tem se tornado insuportável com uma velocidade espantosa. RACISMO, HOMOFOBIA E, DE UM MODO GERAL, UMA COMUNIDADE EXTREMAMENTE TÓXICA tem feito este jogo insuportável. Raro encontrar um jogador bom e experiente que não vá te xingar ou tentar te ofender com rios de mensagens de chat e tentativas de votekick. Me refiro aos servers brasileiros, à jogadores de servers brasileiros, que incluem peruanos, chilenos, argentinos e, claro, brasileiros. A rivalidade entre nossos hermanos é compreensível até o ponto em que a maioria te chamará de "boludo" e tentará te kickar. Não há mais uma saída de um ambiente em que você não está CONSTANTEMENTE sendo bombardeado de comportamente tóxico. E, depois de tantos anos, eu realmente não acho que a Valve e seus desenvolvedores estão preocupados com este ambiente. Não há esforço real para mudar essa comunidade ou este comportamente tóxico. Não há punição para este jogadores, eles jogam todos os dias, 3 mil horas contadas, e não há absolutamente nada impedindo de continuar.     TF2 is such an iconic and fun game! It's just so creative and dumb with a community that holds the same amount of energy. I can always count on TF2 after a long ass day to hop on, immediately get dominated by half of the other team, lose horribly, then feel like **** for the next hour or so. I love this game.

    This is the pinnacle of games, the customization is incredible, it was the first game to focus on being constantly updated instead of continuously creating sequels, which now most games follow. The gameplay is amazing and timeless. The characters are funny and charming with unique personalities. The Meet The Team videos are the reason I made a steam account and started playing this masterpiece.

    I got into this game back in 2020, when it was 13 years old, and it has since become my most played steam game by far. Apart from the sniper existing, I just can’t get enough of this highly skillful but easy to pick up shooter game, especially with friends. Even after the generation of games defined by it, it’s still the best shooter out there.

    Allow me to set one thing straight. This is my favorite video game of all time. Why the mixed review then? Well, to put it simply, the developers have stopped caring since October of 2017. No updates adding new weapons or tweaking already existing weapons, and only bug fixes whenever the developers at valve presumably have free time. The game also has a massive cheater issue, with nearlyAllow me to set one thing straight. This is my favorite video game of all time. Why the mixed review then? Well, to put it simply, the developers have stopped caring since October of 2017. No updates adding new weapons or tweaking already existing weapons, and only bug fixes whenever the developers at valve presumably have free time. The game also has a massive cheater issue, with nearly every game of TF2 casual through valve ordained servers featuring fake players who can instantly headshot you as the sniper class. Closet cheaters, or real players who hide their cheats, are also regrettably prominent (especially in the also Valve ordained competitive mode, and there is no way to leave games without punishment should you find one of these cheaters).

    What valve has left us with, however, is a testament to the genius in video games. Be it the deep skill ceiling each class offers or the personality in each character, this game makes me engaged and laughing nearly 3,000 hours of playing after installing. No game can compare to the genius of the class balance in tf2. There is something for everyone, and depending on player skill and game-sense, just about anything can be achieved. Unlockable weapons changing how certain classes are played only increases replay value and enjoyment. The major drawback to this balance is the addition of random critical hits, which oftentimes either allows for you, the player, to get a kill that was not predictable, or the enemy. This mechanic undermines skill and game-sense, making it the lone bad decision I can think of in this games balance. Thankfully, on community servers, there are servers with this feature turned off, making for a proper tf2 experience.

For example, the demo man who’s default or “stock” load out only has explosive projectiles make him great at dealing loads of splash damage and dealing with buildings, but he has a different set of items that turn him into a melee based single target beast known as demo knight. With the bot crisis not as prevalent as before, it’s definitely still worth it to start playing. 9/10, not perfect but sure feels like it.… Expand

    Das beste Spiel, was du zu Halloween spielen kannst, bis das neue Call of Duty kommt. Die Halloween Geschenke waren ja schon geil, aber dieses Jahr mit den Schriftrollen war noch viel viel viel besser, wirklich tolle Aktion, hoffentlich ist das nächstes Jahr auch wieder so, hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht! :)

    If you want to shoot rockets, fly in the skies, play rps and much more, then this game is for you. In all seriousness the game is generally balanced and fun. You're not forced to do the objective or be a team player, solo play is encouraged and even when losing i still find it cool. A game that has varying skill floors depending on the class but all have pretty high skill ceilings, Some of the maps are amazing, most are fine, and some are actual **** i wonder how they passed quality assurance. Alot of the weapons are fun to use even if they are weak, and the for the community to do what ever they want with the game is amazing. But itsThis game is one of my favorites.     Probably the greatest game of all time, the array of nine classes with unique personalities allows for hours of content and exploring your favorite characters. The jokes made for each weapon release the tiniest it of dopamine when you read the names. The community has un ending faith in this game that makes you happy.

    The marriage of highly stylised retro-spy presentation, fresh, high octane action, deep and varied classes and the underlying twinkle of humour in its metaphorical eye make Team Fortress 2 far more than just your average fragfest. Long after the novelty of the graphics wears thin, we are left with a refined and accessible multiplayer game that simultaneously cultivates new players whilst retaining enough depth to accommodate even the hardiest of veterans.
