    First of all, you can not call this a game, for a matter of fact, it's less of a game and more of a recreation. This "game" can be finished in less than a minute if you've watched the original Meet the Medic video released on YouTube. But if you're looking for a game that can help pass the time, this game is it. Heck, you can't go wrong with a free VR, recreation of Meet the Medic!
