    This DLC for the clumsy but hilariously fun Surgeon Simulator is overall great! The graphics have gotten way smoother, framerate is smoother, and there's way more content to keep you laughing about how you lost your watch into Bob's cavity. The only negative about this is that they made Bob's bones way harder, meaning more blood loss.
